Place is clean. Service is fine. The food did not taste fresh at all. Chalupa tasted stale. Potatoes not fresh.

I was craving some Taco Bell and it had been a minute. I really wanted some greasy, fast food version of Mexican. I didn't care as I was going to be making sure that I was in a food coma after I made it home. I got myself a good amount of food to do so. Got the Nacho Bell Grande, added a spicy potato soft taco, cheese and bean burrito, and fiesta potatoes. Of course, on top of all that, I got the mild sauce. Now, I know that seems like a lot of food, but by Taco Bell standards, it's a drop in the bucket. And you would also think that it would be put together rather quickly. But that was not the case. In the time that it took to prepare my food, I was able to use the restroom, find a seat, make trips to the condiment station for sauce and utensils. Even when it was ready, I had to go back up to the counter to get my drink. I never received it after ordering. I also had to ask for napkins as the dispenser was empty. I finally tried the Taco Bell Mexican Pizza, and I have to say it was a fun mix of flavors. The layers of seasoned beef and beans between the crispy tortillas give it a nice crunch, and the melted cheese on top with the pizza sauce ties everything together. It's definitely not an authentic Mexican dish, but that's kind of the point--it's Taco Bell doing its own twist. What I liked most was how easy it was to eat compared to some of their messier items, though it can still fall apart if you're not careful. The portion felt decent for the price, especially if you add a side. I will say the sauce on top is a little sweet for my taste, but overall it's a satisfying, comfort-food type of item. Fast and friendly service in a recently opened location in Burtonsville. The interior is the smallest dining area of a Taco Bell these eyes have ever seen! I didn't want to dine in anyway. I ordered from the app (so easy) and accrued points (love it!) and expect to be here often given how close it is to home and how much the one in Beltsville sucks. This one doesn't have KFC with it, so you'll have to get your potato wedge fix elsewhere! read more

Remodeled, fairly quick (we had to wait a few minutes in the end of the drive thru) but food was prepared well, the way we requested and we got a ton of sauce. Chicken quesadilla and the potato taco were great, tons of sauce. Wish they gave us our receipt so I could have scanned it for my Tbell app points. read more

I ordered the mexican pizza with steak. The still put in the ground beef. I also ordered a side of guac and they put that in the pizza too. What I big yucky mess. 10 dollars right in the garbage. Taco Bell opened on 8/21/20 and plans to have a grand opening at a later date, which hasn't been determined yet. We tried the basic soft beef tacos and they were delicious. Dining room inside is modern and sleek when compared to other fast food restaurants. read more

Unfortunately I have to update my review from a 4 to a 2. Sadly my experiences here are worse and worse lately. The manager himsel has been very nice to me in the past with a messed up order, and breakfast here is usually a 9/10 but any other time my past visits have been less than good. Last weekend we came out at 12:40 ( to my close at 2 on fridays and saturdays as well I believe and 1 during the week ) and we were told they were already closed. Tonight we went and I got two spicy double steak grilled cheese burritos and when I got them they were not only the non spicy kind, but they were folded so poorly they were already opening up. Upon looking inside my DOUBLE steak burritos had less than 5 piece of steak each. I went back in the drive through and politely explained this to them and asked if they could be remade and I was given attitude at the window with no words spoken, but the window slammed opened, the bag shoved out at my boyfriend in silence and the window slammed immediately after with the "corrected" burritos which while had steak in them this time, they hardly had any cheese in or on them and they just clearly did not care. I'm pretty frustrated with this location because the manager is genuinely very nice but the workers here always seem to do things half assed and get mad when you return and even explain nicely that your items are missing or incorrect. read more

Over the years we've stopped by here to get food through the drive through since we work close by, and I think it's gotten better. Sometimes the order is still messed up and some staff are still rude but our expectations weren't high anyways so ‍ Service could be worse, and the food could be worse. read more

This Taco Bell is extremely clean and the staff is super friendly. Brian C. made sure I had my fav with the quickness; beef chalupa meal with soft taco and a nacho bell grande with extra cheese. Brand new at least to me this Taco Bell could come in handy. Prices seem slightly higher than usual but it may be the new normal. The drive thru girl was perky and polite so that was nice. Getting in and out of this parking lot island Taco Bell is a little harder than it should be, but that is a problem with this shopping center. read more

So first time I went here and wanted nachos the girl in the drive thru said they didn't have any... then I asked so you guys dont sell them and she said well theyre cooking. There was no one in line behind me so I could have waited but ok I guess I wont give you my money. The second time I went and got a power bowl and guess what they didnt give me? A fork. Asked for fresh Cinnabon delights because last time I received ones that were old and warmed up! They gave me Cinnabons that were Luke warm on the outside and cold in the middle! Compared to the Taco Bell in Beltsville this Taco Bell is god-tier. There was no line, the service was fast and cheerful. They actually wrote the alterations on the packaging and asked us which kind of tea we wanted. Everything was correct and hot. They gave us our sauces without asking. They didn't make us drive around to wait even though it was a mobile order. I'm so glad this Taco Bell opened, absolute life save when I've been dealing with the worst Taco Bell ever in Beltsville down the road. read more
