If I could give zero stars I would. The machine to order was glitching and saying it couldn't calculate cantina tax and then wouldn't take my order and rebooted. Did the other machine and it said it couldn't either. Went to the counter to get assistance and the lady said she couldn't take my order she isn't allowed to. I asked to get someone who could. Manager came and said none of them are allowed to take orders. What kind of nonsense is this at Taco Bell? Took our family of 6 and left. Never going back. I ordered two crispy cantina chicken tacos. To give props, the food came out quite quickly, but that should be expected for "fast food". HOWEVER, one taco no extra chicken--as I was charged for--and the other had barely melted cheese. Overall, the food came out sloppy and not as I asked. For context, I usually get a customized meal with light cheese, light sauce, one extra chicken, and the other with steak. And let me say, there was an excessive amount of cheese, with barely any meat or sauce. I understand it, I ordered light sauce, but I just wanted a normal TacoBell meal after a long day. Are you poisoning your customers? Consistently every time I come here your mexican pizzas taste like they were fried in cleaning solution. Are your employees dumping cleaner into the oil? Feeling hungry thought I'd give this unit another chance. WRONG, it's gotten worse. Ordered chicken taco's on Dorito's shell. The chicken was DRY, and minimal. If you cut up one CHICK FILET nuggest, it would be more than what's on this units chicken taco and better tasting. It's chicken parts or bits and pieces. We received our grub hub order that was incorrect. I ordered the delivery from the Taco Bell website. The grub hub driver was 30 minutes later than expected and we were missing a cheesy bean rice burrito with extra rice. The driver apologized for being late but complained that a fee was being take out of his tips and he stated this 3-4 times before walking away and complained that being 10 miles away was too far. The quality if the food was good. When I tried to get the missing item refunded taco referred me to Grub hub and Grubhub said I didn't have an order. Annoying. read more

So I had high hopes for this Taco Bell being that it is brand new. In fact, when it first opened it was much better than it is now. Now granted, it's a Taco Bell, so I'm not comparing it to gourmet. I know what Taco Bell offers in food, and for me it's just a comfort food. The Taco Bell in downtown Alpharetta, is old and has been there forever, and they server quality food, quickly, and with a pleasant attitude always getting my order right. That's all I really wanted. And when it first opened, they had an older manager there, and that's what I got. Tonight I walked in on a Monday evening, when nobody was in the store, nobody in the drive through line... and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes. I timed it. There were two people at the food prep counter, one sweeping, a manager and two girls. All seemed to be teenagers or early twenties. One of the girls even looked at me and turned back around. Eventually the young manager, asked her to take our order. When we did get our food, it was sloppy, half of it was on the tray, we just ordered tacos... I mean the food was on the tray out of the wrappers. We've had one fast food restaurant in our area for years, McDonalds, and they've had the same subpar service for years. They've actually improved over the past year, but it seems poor performance is contagious. I hate that for Taco Bell, because it really is a comfort food for me.
