Overall, this was an okay fast-food experience. The restaurant looked like a typical Taco Bell, with a basic and familiar atmosphere. The visit itself was fine, but the food was bland, plain, and underwhelming. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really stood out or made the meal feel satisfying either. I've been to this location a couple of times, but most recently my visit was met with a positive experience in person. I placed my order at the kiosk and despite there being a few other customers, the two workers managing the place were able to get my to-go order ready within 10-15 minutes. Even though it was after 10pm, the man who called my name was energetic and kind. My order had several items and he politely explained what each item was based on their wrapper and refilled the mild sauce packs. I didn't get his name, but I wanted to share how his kindness put a smile on my face and reminded me that not all fast food establishments have grumpy and rude workers. He made sure a positive customer experience was delivered. I wanted to give them 4 stars because of the great experience, but I had to remove it because the two beefy potato burritos I ordered were burnt on both sides of the tortilla. It was a to-go order so who would check the food that's already wrapped up? You trust that the workers know how to make the food and aren't going to do you wrong. Well I was really looking forward to them as I hadn't eaten any dinner, but ended up pretty unhappy and dissatisfied with the food because all you could taste were carcinogens - ugh! I tried to pick off the burnt tortilla, but it was just a mess. It felt like the workers didn't care - they can see when something is burnt after they heat it up before wrapping it up. Very disappointing. I sincerely hope management relays to their workers that if they burn something they should re-do it, even if it's an extra cost to the business. In the end, you're leaving a lasting impression on your customers and future customers who read this review. August seems to be my Fast Food destination of choice. I was hoping to score one of the Tuesday drops but missed out. Apparently people are noticing the Tuesday drops. They had 30,000 Nachos Bell Grande available starting at 2 pm last Tuesday, last week. I tried to buy one at 2 pm and they were all claimed...bummer. I ended up getting a Build Your Own combo box with a Crunchwrap Supreme, Crunchy Taco, Chips with Nacho Cheese and a Diet Mountain Dew soda. The Crunchwrap was grilled perfectly and had a little bit of a crispy crunch to it (I've always had browned ones from other Taco Bells but never crunchy), a crunchy taco that was a little on the chewy/soft side but full of meat and lettuce (nicely made), chips were crunchy and I scored a Diet Mountain Dew soda (some of the other places only have the Diet Baja Blast). Service was quick and the employees were nice. This location will be my Taco Bell of choice when I'm in the area. They do it right. Sorry, no pictures this trip. read more

This Taco Bell location is in the Fallon Gateway plaza. This plaza gets pretty busy, especially on weeknight and weekends - parking lot is a bit awkward and a bit disastrous to navigate through. No drive-thru here, and I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing because this location is always way too busy for having only 2-3 people employees on shift. We usually only go here for tacos when we have the cravings for it and this location is the more convenient one. A simple 10 minutes stop always turn into 30 - 45 minutes wait for just a few tacos. On our last visit, we waited almost an hour and we received a burrito instead of a taco - I get it gets backed up, but this is ridiculous and to get the order completely wrong on top of waiting that long. We usually have to take the L at that point because we do not want to waste any more time waiting. read more

Second time I this place has me standing outside the doors, restaurant schedule is 8am to 12am, im at the door at 8, then 805,810 and still not open. They even had their OPEN sign on. Stopped by this location to grab my dinner today as I'm on the road for work again. Ordered 3 tacos and 4 burritos and it took well over 20 minutes with two workers and only one other order. While you might think that was, and the main reason for me posting the experience, due to laziness. But, sadly, no. They were just very, very slow. The reason for the post however was that my order was horribly wrong. No, it wasn't someone else's order, it was just wrong. What was wrong is that they didn't build my order in accordance with my actual order. Like with everything else in my life, my fast-food orders are exceptionally consistent as I really, really struggle with change. My Taco Bell order is always 3 soft taco supremes with extra cheese and 4 bean burritos with no onions and extra cheese. Now days, the extra cheese is $1, so it matters if they miss that. You can see in my photo, that I didn't get a taco supreme with extra cheese. I received a regular soft taco. In all, the mistake cost me about $8. More importantly, my dinner was wrong, and that sucked!!! read more

Worse Taco Bell ever! I've been a customer since 1981 when I worked at Taco Bell in Southern Oregon as my first job. This location without a doubt sucks. They've gone to an automated ordering system with a screen so you cannot order with a real person. The screen does not have all the options to make what you want. and even when you put the options in the idiots behind the counter, don't read it and they make it incorrectly. When I did ask a question about having green sauce instead of red sauce, neither one of the Spanish-speaking employees who spoke evidently zero English understood what I was talking aboutand just stood there with a dumb look on their face. The employee at the counter wouldn't let us order except using the kiosk, which is fine. We're older and don't love them because it takes us longer, so we prefer to order at the counter especially when the restaurant isn't busy, but we weren't terribly bothered at first. The restaurant was totally empty when we walked in. But while we were there, three other groups of people walked in and ordered at the counter! Nobody else was told they had to use the kiosk. I've been to at least a billion different Taco Bell's. The quality can vary a bit, but since it's a mega-chain, they're usually pretty consistent. When I first came to this place many years ago, the food was good but the staff was sooooo sloooow it wasn't worth it. Now they have updated technology and Miriam and her team are quick as can be. Plus they added Baja Blast Zero, so I'm here all the time!! Great turnaround, one of my top local Taco Bell's. read more

How did this place get bad reviews though? I totally don't get it. First of all, this might be the nicest and cleanest Taco Bell in the area and that I've seen too. And it's because it's still relatively new. So the interior decoration was nice, the tables and seats were clean when I went there, so I seriously got no complaints. The lady at the cashier was also friendly and nice to me. The soda fountain machine in the store was new looking too. My initial impression of this restaurant was nothing but super positive. So I visited Taco Bell because the commercial for the Cheddar Toasted Beef Chalupa was too tempting and mouth watering. So I obviously ordered that. For one order of the chalupa box, I got 1 chalupa and 2 crunchy beef tacos, all for only $5.99, and I got a drink. Seriously people. It was cheap. And chalupa was 450 calories while each crunchy beef taco was 170 calories. It was awesome. Yeah I'll be coming back soon. read more

Never get my order right. I paid for extra beans in my burrito and got maybe a speck of a bean. Before I left I even confirmed with the worker to make sure the extra beans were added. I had to go back in to have it remade. That worker didn't believe me and dissected my whole burrito with his fingers to show me 1 little bean (in front of other customers). Was so incredibly rude. They are observing all precautionary measures for social distancing at this Taco Bell. Located in the once busy Fallon Gateway Shopping Center, we came here on a Saturday around lunch and the shopping center was a ghost town. The inside of this Taco Bell was clean. There were indicators on the floor where you should stand for social distancing. Ordering was easy - just walk up to the counter, there is a large plastic divider so germs won't be spread. Came for take out. Only my 2nd time during this pandemic to get takeout anywhere. I've been cooking up a storm at home. I used the app to order. Pretty easy to use. It did crash/freeze quite a bit though. Went to the store for inside pickup. Surprisingly quite busy inside. They call your name when the order is ready and they still have the self serve soda machine which I thought most places had stopped for the pandemic with everyone touching the soda machine. They didnt quite get the order right with mixing a hard shell taco in the order and they don't have a screen where you can see where you are in the pickup lineup like some other stores have. Overall though not bad service for how busy they were. This location is also within walking distance. Can't complain. read more

I am a regular customer at this location and I always place my order online. I was there to pick my order, asked them if they have included the sauce with my order or not - no response I opened the bag and saw no sauce. I asked the person for sauce, and gave two packets of sauce. I asked for more as my order mentions more than 2 packets of sauce the person was so rude she took more two and threw it and had such a rude attitude. I don't really feeling visit this location any more. First thing is if I place my order online I expect things to be ready, every time I go I have to check if the order inside the bag is correct and the sauces are also added I would say 99.99% of the time sauces are missing. Generally fast food is kind of "meh" as an experience for me, but I actually had a very pleasant encounter here when I went one Sunday morning with my coworker. I had never been to this location in particular, but my coworker was in the mood for Taco Bell, and it had been months since I've last even been to a location. It's not a drive thru, which is different for sure. The girl at the register was super nice and friendly! And the food came out quickly without much wait time. My wife and her friend went here to pick up lunch for a group of kids. They order from the kiosk inside at about 1:30 pm and the time said it would be ready around 8pm. Obviously, my wife asked the manager if they did something wrong on the order and the manager would not respond to her. Finally, after many questions he began being rude to my wife and friend and basically told them "I don't care". I drove to Taco Bell and told him that he was in a customer service position and he should never be rude to people. His words were "I have a new girl training and he hasn't had a break." I told him that it was not an excuse to treat people badly. One more note, the is some suspicion that the manager may be racist because he was very nice to the Caucasian people in the restaurant but not to others. I'm sorry. I have a low bar, I'm a loyal Taco Bell fan and will let almost anything slide ANYTHING! But latest visit on Dec 31st made me drive 20 minutes out of the way to another chain instead. The manager here, a small portly lady with tattooed eyebrows, would arbitrarily take orders from random customers not in the actual line. I was waiting for over 10 minutes just to order. Secondly, their machine was broken and couldn't serve drinks. Near the cashier you see several patrons angry demanding a refund since they order via online. All the portly manager could say was: "call Taco Bell" As I am still waiting to place an order, another customer demands her refund too. "I don't want food from people touching their faces and moving their masks then touching my food" Seeing and hearing all these complaints and disorganization of this chain during the COVID shutdown made me leave. read more

Im not sure what is going on here from the previous posts. But I have been here twice. And my sister in law has been here as well a handful of times. Every time we come we have very large orders. And every time we have had excellent service and the food has tasted bomb!! I would like specially recognize Diane. Diane is so sweet and hardworking. She makes conversation with you and has a smile the whole time. I went just yesterday and placed a large order and had the pleasure of being served by her. The cooks are fast and competent. I order from this location every single week via doordash and sometimes the sauce packets I order are all there, and sometimes they aren't. I realize the number of packets I order may seem like a lot to some people, but I do use exactly 6 packets per item. I like how it tastes. It seems as though whomever is preparing my order thinks they get to decide how many I get, in spite of the fact that my order clearly states how many. Why even allow customers to choose how many of each sauce we can have, if it's just gonna be ignored?? I'm hoping the other Taco Bell near me is in my DoorDash vicinity, because I'm giving this one one more try and if they mess it up again, I'm switching to a different location. Nobody but me gets to decide how to flavor my food and this has led me to have to keep a stash of sauce packets at home that I pick up when I do venture out for a store visit, so that I have them on hand when this store ultimately has another order of mine that's incomplete.
