I really don't get how this place got bad reviews,m because in my LONG experience of coming here it's been the cleanest and most well organized Taco Bell I've ever been to. The food is on point and more importantly it's just the way you want it as the kiosks enable you to order exactly what you want. ALSO the Taco Bell employees here never miss a single modification. This is a relatively new location. While they do not have a drive-thru (which is bizarre since El Pollo Loco is literally next door and they have a drive-thru), the location is amazing. It's really nice on the inside. Also, the food is generally of reasonable Taco Bell-like quality. However, the service is the worst I've EVER seen. It's always been bad, but it used to be less annoying because the people were nice. Until tonight... Ignoring the major difficulties in even placing an order, when the hostess (the same woman who took my order) made my steak soft taco supreme, she squirted the sour cream on the OUTSIDE of the tortilla and not the inside. It was because the tortilla flopped on itself just before she squirted it. Now that's fine. It happens. But I do NOT want sour cream on the OUTSIDE of the taco. I told the lady who handed it to me this, and the original lady decides to just wipe it off the outside and give it back to me! This is unacceptable. One of the more modern, clean, and well-maintained Taco Bells I have ever been to. There's plenty of parking as it's located in the Fallon Gateway complex. The only thing I was surprised about was that it did not have a drive thru, which would have been more convenient, considering it's "fast food". The quality of the food is much much better than most other taco bells and you can literally taste the difference. The food and modern ambiance are the only two reasons I'm giving high marks to this place. The main con that pretty much everyone else mentioned in their reviews is the long wait for the food. Sometimes the wait can get up to 30-35min which is ridiculous as this is supposed to be a FAST FOOD chain. However, it feels like any other normal restaurant where you get seated, order, and wait wait wait for your food. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of fast food haha. But I keep going back only for the fact that I feel a lot healthier (and hygienic) eating at this Taco Bell than at the all the others. read more

After our horrible experience with the Taco Bell in San Ramon, I decided to give this Taco Bell a try. Boy what a difference! It's clean, the staff is pleasant... it's like they smile because they actually value their job. Best of all, I feel like I can trust the food. The meals are clean, fresh, and well put together. None of that stale soggy slop San Ramon TB is peddling. And on a night with a lot of customers, they'll stay open past their closing time. Who knew Taco Bell was capable of basic customer service? I have two other locations near me but purposely drive to this one so I can sit in a nice decor and get friendly staff. Walked in the place is pretty clean, few sauce packets on the floor, no big deal they were sweeping up! Not crowded at all and the atmosphere was really relaxed. Ordered right away even got suggestions from the cashier to optimize my order. My food took less than 5 minutes to come out and the staff was sooooo nice. I love coming here during lunch with my coworkers and seeing Germaine at the register. By far, it makes my day seeing her there when I come in because she is so friendly and goes out of her way to give customers a personal experience and it's greatly appreciated by my co workers and I. It's generally pretty clean and I understand that during typical lunch hours it can get a little dirty as people are coming and going. I come to this Taco Bell at least 1-2 times weekly and have been for the last 5 years. It is my go to spot for lunch. I have never had a bad experience until today. I can honestly say this was my favorite Taco Bell. I went in today and ordered at the Mobil ordering device, 2 bean & cheese burritos & a large soda, and proceeded to wait for my food. As time went by, I started noticing that everyone who had come in after me and ordered had all gotten their food and had left, and no these were not mobile orders or delivery orders, they were people coming in and paying at the register. I decided to ask one of the ladies preparing food about my order and she ignored me, I asker her twice. Then the manager started to prepare my order (15 minutes after I had ordered). As he handed me my order I asked him why it took so long and he did not have much to say, I made a comment stating that I had waited awhile and that everyone had received their orders before me and he instantly got defensive and his attitude changed. Stated that mobile orders have priority, I told him I understand this but that the people they had helped were not mobile orders. He then asked me if I was trying to get something for free and I said no I just wanted my food and wanted him to apologize. He looked at me and said "sorry" in a very condescending tone.. Regardless I left feeling very upset and frustrated. I have worked in retail for 12 years and that is not how the customer should be treated.
