WORST TACO BELL BRANCH EVER I had ordered food online on the app to be picked up at 8.15 pm. I got a notification at 7.00 pm that the order is ready to pick up. I tried calling them to let them know that I want it at 8.15 PM and not early but no one picked up the phone. So I drove down there to let them know the people to eat them would come at later time and the food is going to get soggy by then, so I want it at my said time but the person was very rude to talk to, there was no sorry or regret in his speech and he said that I had ordered it online and I have to take it now. The customer service in that branch is very very bad. This is not the first time I had bad experience with them . We had stopped going to this branch for a very long time and very hopeful they might have improved but it's sad to say they have gotten worse. read more

Went here around 2pm and the lady at the window was very kind. The tacos were ice cold. Ordered taco supremes and soft tacos and nachos. It was like the taco shells were previously frozen and they hadn't been thawed. Manager needs to check this location. read more

Dang, sorry to see all the bad reviews... KIMBERLY is the best! Honestly this Taco Bell is great. I mean it's always busy. They're working hard in there to give us the food so it might be hard for them to also speak to you. I mean there is a line around the block sometimes... you can't blame them. They're busting they're you know what's off. I've gotten the wrong order before and went back around and they fixed it. Now KIMBERLY, she is either a manager or supervisor is the best. I pulled up right when they were closing and she hooked me up. Her customer service skills were great and so are the other employees like Saul. Kimberly went above and beyond for me. Never had any such pathetic experience with any Taco Bell ever before. We went in this evening and got some chalupas and burritos. The chicken was so frekin hard that i couldn't even chew that thing, not sure what exactly they did to that?! And the staff were acting as if a bunch of crazy people, they were shouting, barking and so on... Wont recommend this place to anyone and will never go again into this crappy place every again! This Taco Bell is absolute crap. We placed a large online order and they failed to give us an entire bag of 8 items. When we drove back to get our missing items, they refused to give them to us unless we could prove we were missing items. My brother had to drive home to take photos of the food we received and drive back to this store a THIRD time to get the food we ordered and paid for. Even after all that, they didn't give us any of the sauces we ordered and they made the burritos we were missing incorrectly. They should've at the very least remade the entire order because the food they did initially give us was cold by the time we actually got our full order. They did not apologize once. The food isn't bad but the customer service is terrible. My dad came here the other day in the drive thru and he asked if his sauces were in the bag. The employee said, "they should be." He pulled forward and opened the bag to check. Of course, no sauces in the bag. Then, my mom came by today and opened her bag in the drive thru to check to see if her sauces were there. Of course, when they weren't there, the employee got argumentative and said, "yes they are." No apology from the employees. Nothing. Absolutely the worst service i have ever encountered. Ordered door dash for me to pick up. I arrive to pick up 25 min later ( when they said it would be ready) and still waited 1/2 hour. At this point my lunch break was over, and hadent even gotten my food yet. I asked a lady if she could check on my order, especially after watching people come and placing orders at the kiosk, and getting their food after i had clearly ordered at this point 35 to 40 min prior. The lady i tried to ask, didn't understand my question, and i believe it was the manager that came out to help. When i tried to explain i was just checking on my order, as im showing him my receipt... he starts raising his voice at me saying what did u order... as im trying to show him my detailed receipt.... He starts yelling at me again what did u order? I tell him, he leaves in a huff and returns almost throwing it at me. I said wow... great customer service.... And he starts yelling at me as i walk out. All the while... one of the employees is sleeping on one of the benches. Absolutely disgusting... needless to say... I threw the food away. This taco bell is so helpful. I'm gluten free & allergic to almost every item, even meat. I grew up eating tostada's & a couple years ago they stopped selling them . Some TBs will sell each ingredient & I put my tostada together but this one actually changed for a bean burrito & made me a delicious tostada. Thank you to the manager! read more

So we came here and everything was normal but then the manager locked all the doors! It was the single weirdest thing I've come across at any establishment. This is the local Taco Bell that is nearby my home. I know that Yelp really isn't even meant for reviewing places like this, but I just figured I would do it anyways. This particular location sucks. They are incredibly understaffed. The people who work there are kind, but the drive through can take 45 minutes if there are 4 cars in it. The thing about taco bell is that the craving is short-lived. I usually want it after a few drinks before I've come to my senses. If I have to wait 45 minutes to eat, the desire has diminished. Maybe in some ways this is a good thing, as it will avoid me from eating someone that will destroy my intestines just mere hours later, but that's a whole other story. read more

Service here is terrible. Came to the drive thru and the woman was mean from the very beginning. No hello nothing just what do you want to order. I asked for a few minutes to look and after seriously like 6 seconds it was okay what do you want. I was like ti.e to look at the menu please. She curs me off with okay so what are you ordering. We only ordered a few items but after each is that it? It was so rushed and rude that I said yes that's fine. She asked rudely again and so my daughter and I both very politely yes thank you only for her to yell back fine When we get to the window she doesn't even look at us just sticks her hand out thw window for my card and returns it in the same rude manner and walks away. Then some kid shows up and hands us our food and I ask him if we can get our receipt and she looks at me rudely mumbling something and then scoffed when we asked for hot sauce like it wasn't allowed. Cleary this woman has a serious issue with customers and working the window. She was so blatantly rude that I can't imagine that management has no idea this is going on. Do you enjoy spending nearly 30 minutes in a drive-thru AND having your entire order wrong? If you said yes, then you've found the right place to get your "fast" food. However, if you're sneaky, you might be able to get out of here without paying for your food. Came here tonight and ordered a burrito with no onions and a chicken quesadilla with no sauce. What I got was a burrito with no sauce and a chicken quesadilla with very little chicken, but loads of sauce. The best part was while waiting to pay and get food (holding money in my hand out the car window), I was almost just given my food by another employee who didn't know whether or not I had paid (if it wasn't for me holding money in my hand I would have gotten free food tonight). They made our order completely wrong and when we came back to ask for the correct order, the lady that helped us yelled at us and said we should've told her when we got it but we only checked after we left. When we came back for the correct order, they took 10 minutes to give us the order. You guys need better training for how to deal with customers and better training for orders. read more

Every Taco Bell I've ordered a 'Beef Only' w/extra Beef Burrito I've been pleased except this location. I ordered 2 today but only ate 1/2 of 1. I placed an order through the app and the order summary and number was on my phone, but the lady at the register was saying my order didnt pop up on the screen. I had a very good experience today, thanks to the cashier Tia. I came in around 2:30 pm, to pick up a bite before work as I was running late and didn't have time to prepare a meal to take with me. When I walked in I was horrified at all the patrons in the restaurant, mostly high school kids, thinking there was no way I was going to get something to eat here and be at work in time. I asked the cashier if she thought my bean burrito order would be ready within 15 minutes and she asked me if I was on my way to work, to which I replied yes, and she told me she would see what she could do. Well, the next thing I knew was my order number was being called. I was very happy and impressed with Tia's great customer service and thought she should be recognized for that. Let me start by saying I go to this exact taco bell a few times a week. Usually great service, accurate orders. UNTIL TODAY. I mobile ordered, took me 10 mins to get there, and then stood for 10 minutes waiting for the food. One bite into my beefy melt burrito, it was about 40% lettuce, which does not come in that item. Simply put this one restaurant managed to ruin my night. After a tiring afternoon I arrived at this Taco Bell location in hopes of a quick and tasty meal. I was treated to extremely long wait times and terrible, terrible customer service. It has been and hour and waiting, my food has not arrived yet. My friend ordered an item that was not available, they gave another cheaper item and the cashier refused to give us a refund. I've been to several fast food places in Dublin and Taco Bell is the best. I've taken my kids here multiple times over the past year. Each time, the employees have been patient, friendly, and professional. Almost all of them are young immigrants from Latin America or India, and they bust their asses for minimum wage. They have to juggle the front counter and the drive-thru, and they do it well. Anyway, the food here is decent. It's not French cuisine, obviously, but it's always hot and satisfying.
