Came here once to get a meat free Crunchwrap and the order was wrong, gave them a second chance again the next day only to have the same issue. To make matters worse, the takeout bag ripped open as I carried it home, it was so soaked in grease. I like this one because it's close to home and because it has good customer service. Steel (I think that's his name), is one of the nicest employees there. After picking up my daughter from school, we decided to stop by taco bell and were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR SERVICE. Firstly, there was no one at the cash register and my daughter and I had to wait about 3 minutes for someone to come help take my order. Food was decent like any other taco bell. The security worker is worse than the high schoolers there. He sits around talking on his phone, and as soon as a child comes in, he kicks them out! If my daughter had not been with me, he would have kicked her out too I bet! During my visit, I saw him make a kid eat his food outside on the floor! OUTSIDE! These are CHILDREN buying FOOD. I'm speaking out because I'm thinking that this could have easily been my daughter. When I give her money, I expect her to be able to buy food and EAT INSIDE.
