The food is always good and the items I've had range from bean burritos, chicken enchilada burritos, hard/soft tacos, french fries, tostadas... man just a bit of everything and it's all been so delicious, but hey I'm a Taco Bell guy so there's a good chunk of bias there :P Not much has gone wrong with this location except for maybe a total of two occasions where my order was incorrect, as of now, but hey we're all human! WOW! I let them know that they previously messed up my order. It was 3 bean and cheese burritos, add beef. In 2 they put onion and lettuce which was not on the receipt. I go back today the manager didn't want to give me what they messed up (as I called and go no answer the day of the mistakes) Bethany took my order, I order the same thing every time. I asked for 3 pintos and cheese no sauce but it was out in as 3 pintos and cheese no cheese. The pintos and cheese were wrong and drowning in sauce. I don't even care that it was messed up. I'm upset at the other " manager" on duty (that picked up the phone) I asked for his name after he was so rude. He said..... "just write down will" I asked when Bethany would be back and he said 30 min. 7:35 I call back and they answer and he tells Bethany "that's all you" Bethany then told me to hold. I call back and she did it again. She said they were extremely busy at the moment... I've never seen it busy.... But okay. Horrible customer service. This is my go-to Taco Bell, no glaze. It's very clean and the parking lot is always empty when I come by which I love. The drive-thru is quick and efficient with their service. The food is what you expect from a Taco Bell. Although, I find it kind of weird that they're closed on Tuesdays. read more

Not sure why the low reviews, but after a disappointing experience at the local Taco Bell and the amazing experience here, it was only right to leave a review. When I arrived, there was an employee cleaning the windows on the inside of the door. She opened it for me. The dining room was spotless. I went and ordered at the kiosk. Was served in a timely manner. Food was great and satisfying. When I had to use the restroom, the same employee walked me over and opened it. Bathroom was also clean. This is a really great area and with all the great experiences, I'll probably frequent the LA Fitness in order to experience the eateries here again. read more

Ordered dinner for the family paying almost $50. When we got the order home, none of the 6 different burritos were marked so we had to open all of them up and the fillings were very stingy and all of the food was ice cold! The steak fries (we ordered 2 orders) were not even half filled and toppings were almost non existent as were the $1.50 nacho fries with maybe 6 fries in the tiny cup and all the fries looked as if they were re-dropped AT LEAST 4 times! I ordered online for pickup and we only live about 7 minutes away! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! The nacho fries are in a tiny container and and were only half filled. They were so gross that we threw what was left away!! This ISN'T the first time this has happened! And I even ordered 25 of the mild sauce and 25 of the hot and didn't get ONE packet of sauce!! First of all, the staff always ask you how many sauces you want & yet they give the number of sauces you asked for(why ask then?) Secondly, there was a dirty straw attached to our box. Taco Bell back in the 90's was delicious, clean, affordable , and with great staff....nowadays none of the above apply. Except this one! The employees are all nice, they forgot a taco on our order and were friendly about it and apologized. The food was good! Didn't taste like cardboard. Just left taco bell about 45 minutes ago. I just happened to check my online e bank account and noticed that I was charged twice. Once for the correct amount and again for a different amount. Of course, I can't call them as they have no phone number. Bad business. I want my $14.10 back that you charged me for nothing. You straight up stole money from my account Update: not only did they charge me for an order that I did not place, but when my husband was going back (since they do not have a phone number posted ANYWHERE) he noticed they did not give him back his debit card.
