So I came here again and the experience was a lot different then the previous. One of the employees I recognized and actually went to the same high school as me ! Lol he graduated a year before me . But it was nice to see a familiar face . He happened to be my cashier for the day as well lol . He was very understanding of my order . But also I told him about my previous experience on Yelp . He apologized for it as an employee should . So now there should be a few changes . I am so glad that the facility will be a lot cleaner . I talked to him and he states how during the day hours it's a bit understaffed so the cleanliness isn't always as sufficient as it should be . Which I am very greatful that he is this honest . So now my rating has increased a lot more because of it . Before it was repulsive but now it is sufficient enough . The service is relatively fast as well for the lunch hour. The new taco bell looks super nice. However, the service was TERRIBLE. I had ordered a nacho bell grande with extra tomatoes. As you can see in the picture there was barely any sour cream. I go up to the counter and ask if I could get a bit more, one of the employees making the food (Selena/Celena, not sure on spelling) took one look at my food and told me that sour cream would be extra. I was shocked, so were my friends, even the employee working the cashier! Unbelievable that an employee was too lazy to just pump a LITTLE more sour cream. Horrible experience. Worst Taco Bell I have been to. First, the restroom was dirty. A man had shaved and no one had cleaned it. Ehh whatever. I work for food delivery and this is the worst and slow fast food ever. Everyday I receive an order here. The drive thru is packed and the wait time is around 30-an hour even though your order is small. I don't recommend going inside and ordering since they don't care either way they're very slow at drive thru as well but it's better to be in the drive thru so they actually try to make your food. If you're doing doordash or ubereats do not go inside just wait to drive thru. they don't make the food when you arrive, they make the food in order it was received in the system. I order personally and food was not handle with care. Workers are slow intentionally it's like they never try. The girl with lashes is so rude and seems like she wants to fight with customers for no reason. I overheard the man who's been waiting behind me saying instead going to work just to try to look pretty you should actually try to do your job. Anyways I don't recommend the place. I love taco bell but this location is trash. Might as well close down. They always close sometimes because " we ran out of food" they said. baja blast freeze only works 10 minutes of the day. employees claim the machine goes "on and off" but is an unfixable issue. this machine always works for all the other flavors BUT the baja blast flavor. although it may seem like a silly problem, it is 100+ degrees here in Riverside. we always call in advance to see if the baja freeze is working, they always say "yes" over the phone. but 3 minutes later when we get there, they always tell us "unfortunately the baja blast freeze machine is down, but we have other flavors". today (8/12/19 around 5pm) Carlos the manager was the one who answered the phone and gave us the false information. which is understandable because it was probably a miscommunication between him and his crew.
