I am so very disappointed in this location. As a taco bell fanatic and optimist, I wanted to like this spot as it's the most convenient location to me and most taco bells I've been to seem to always be on point. Now I usually never write reviews about fast food joints but unfortunately, today I got nothing but rude service .... so this review has been long overdue. Keep in mind I've been here before hoping things would change but nope, it's always the same. They never have things in order: runs out of ingredients (in a fast food joint), never have enough sauces, cold foods being served, broken soda machines that burst, and a manager that doesn't know how to handle customer service properly. I hope they get they this place sorted out quick because it definitely needs a lot of work. To make things worse, the store happened to run out of tomatoes, fire sauce (that was never refilled since a month ago- the last time I came) and sour cream and never bothered to notify me after I came by for a mobile order pick up. I took this as an insult that they would just let me leave with an incomplete order. I had to over hear this mishap from another customer's conversation. So just letting you know, if you have the munchies... go to a different location, at least you'll get better service and the actual food you ordered. read more

The watermelon freeze is always out, frustrating since it's the best freeze they have. Sometimes if they do have the watermelon freeze, they don't have the candy seeds. If I go to any other Taco Bell location they'll have it. Either than that, the food is as good as Taco Bell can get. Hits the spot when you really want it but either than that, completely mediocre. Went thru the drive thru on 8/10 at 3:30am and ordered two beef chalupas no tomatoes and a burrito (took not even 2 mins ordering), and since I use to work at one and my bf was a manager as well I knew the food was old because as soon as we pulled up to the window our bag was ready so I knew for a fact the chalupas were old and cold cuz it takes 2 mins to fry them and plus the time it takes to prepare them and wrap them no way did they make it fresh. Truly hoping the managers at this location read the reviews. Today I went in between 3:30 and 4pm. The girl was so rude and rushed me every time I spoke she spoke over me. She continued to say anything else and I asked her to give me just a seconds and she was breathing hard like she was frustrated. When we pulled up She has a weird look in her face like she was angry with us. We get home and open our tacos and you can tell they were crushed in about 3 different places. Forever in love with their nachos fries!!! Although the s portion is small, it is a perfect sized snack. The nachos fries is seasoned and also comes with a side of PIPPING HOT nachos cheese dip. On June 29th, 2020 @ 9:07pm, we went through the Taco Bell drive thru. We ordered the Nacho Cravings pack, a chicken quesadilla, a cheese quesadilla and an order of cinnamon twists. Both nachos were with ground beef and one had no tomatoes, the sour cream and guacamole on the side and 2 sides of nacho cheese. Unfortunately we did not check our order before we left and upon arriving home discovered our order was incorrect. Instead of what we ordered and what is reflected on the receipt we received one order of nachos with only beans and cheese and the 2 sides of nacho cheese were missing. We called the restaurant @ 9:30pm and spoke with an Anell, who identified herself as the manager. She instructed us to bring our receipt and she would correct things. Because of mitigating circumstances we were unable to return to the restaurant until about 11:31pm. We spoke with a very professional and polite young person who advised us his manager was on break and would return in 20 minutes. We returned in 20 minutes and attempted to speak with the manager. I say attempt because the manager was extremely rude from the beginning of the interaction. During the interaction the manager refused to identify himself and/or give us his name after refusing to provide us with a refund. (It was then near midnight, entirely too late to be eating for us) We ask that he write the franchise owner's contact info and his name on the receipt, both of which he refused to do. The manager closed the window and refused to assist us further. I advised the cashier who came to the window that we came back to the restaurant as we were advised and the manager was rude to us for absolutely no reason. Only after we refused to move did the manager provide us with a refund, not once apologizing for the multiple inconveniences, starting with the incorrect order. The other employees seemed very apologetic and embarrassed but the manager, who finally identified himself as Mario doubled down and stated he was following "company procedure". Mario encouraged me to "tell them", them repeatedly being the corporately office, repeatedly and still continued to be rude. read more
