Our new, local, GO TO for fast, quality, Mexican food. We've never ordered in the drive through so I can't speak to that experience but if you go inside and order, you can create little take home dishes of your favorite condiments to accompany your order...as in Pico de Gallo, limes, pickled hot veggies, radishes, etc. Very nice. Super baller burritos me and my friend go here like 2X a week probs for burritos. Occasionally I get the fish tacos which are also very, very good. This Mexican food is legit AND they have a drive through. If you go up to Taco Bell you are fake lmao. I recommend the veggie burrito or fish taco but everything is legit. read more

For a small hole in the wall, this place ain't bad. I had three of their steak tacos and a medium soda. The tacos came on a soft corn tortilla that was slightly grilled with oinions and cilantro, plus a green salsa. The meat was surprisingly tender and hot. I liked it that after I finished, I ordered three more. The building is an old fast food joint. Perhaps an old burger King or KFC. You walk in and order at the counter and they bring the food out to your table. They have a couple Tvs playing the Hispanic television shows. The decor isn't the prettiest but it was clean inside. The have a small salsa bar, but most of the Salsas are in squeeze bottles on the tables. I do recommend this place if you fell like a real mexican taco.. I'll return again and maybe try one of their other menu items. read more

I love this place! Their burritos are huge! The best value is the tacos though. Delicious and $0.99 for slow cooked meat and a traditional taco. Waay better than Taco Bell! The service is fast and the customer service is great. They also have Grilled Cheese and more traditional American food that is pretty good also. My "GO TO" Mexican restaurant. Tried many things on the menu, all really fresh and tasty. Place can at times get busy but they do a good job even with a full house. I consider myself to be a serious snob when it comes to Mexican food, but I have found my true love with Tacos Del Sol. PDX is full of gringo oriented overpriced trendy Mexican joints, but this is not one of them. TDS looks like a Muchas Gracias, but it is oh so much more. I have never in my entire life been on such an extended Mexican kick, about five out of the last seven days have been spent at TDS. It is starting to get embarrassing. You might not realize how good this place is if you don't try the dinner plates, the tacos and burritos are really good, but the entrees are fantastic. The slow cooked birria is to die for, the carne asada and pollo asado is some of the best you will ever try, the shrimp dishes are great, the guaraacha is a football shaped masa dream, the ceviche tostadas rock, the tortas are perfect and the fresh made tortillas make all the tacos shine. Next on my list to try is the steak Milanesa, which is basically panko breaded thin carne asada. I'm glad it isn't any closer to my house, otherwise I'd be there for two meals a day. read more

This place is so good! I have seen it numerous times before on my way to the Tamale House and H Mart but never thought twice about giving it a try until today and I was super impressed. The $1.20 tacos ( fish tacos are $1.50) were packed with meat- I loved the carnitas and fish. The salsa bar was simple but had everything you need for your tacos- radishes, picked veggies (had great heat), lime wedges, and pico de gallo. The refillable horchata was tasty and the service was super friendly. I am already planning my next visit :) read more

Simply the best Mexican fast food in Tigard -- FINALLY. I'm amazed that all the fast food places on 99W charge about the same for meal that Taco del Sole does about 1000 times better. Come here pretty often for the wet burritos. Very big burrito stuffed with your choice of meat, rice, beans and topped with enchilada sauce and cheese. I personally do the Carne Asada because I feel I'm playing it safe with the meat. Chicken I'm afraid of gristle and I used to do pork carnitas but would randomly gets pieces of blubber. Gross. My wife and kids swear they have the best cheese enchiladas! And most important is the Avocado sauce. The real reason I go. I could eat that straight out of the bottle! read more

I specifically ordered my food with no sour cream and no guacamole. My plate came out with both. I sent it back and a "new" one was quickly delivered...except upon further inspection I found that they just scraped off what they could and covered the rest with more lettuce. I was unable to eat my sides because of this. I am very dissatisfied with the service. read more

iv never stop by for breakfast but this last Sunday i stopped by for a chorizo and bacon breakfast burrito and they were so good. some of the best breakfast burritos iv had in a long time. the bacon was nice and crispy and i just love their hot sauce's. also the price for each burrito was low so you get alot for your money. i wish i could eat here every single day lol read more

Pretty bad food. The steak Ranchero was a sauce from a can with EXTREMELY bad quality beef. Bad service. Bathrooms not kept up...paper towels missing....overall a bad experience and not worth a return. Will stick with Pepitas on Cedar Hills for food and Sanchez Taqueria for tacos. read more

Walked in and placed a to go order. The person taking then order was slow and couldn't figure out how to out the order in the computer. The food took more than 15 minutes to come out and then I only received half of my order. I ordered a taco plate with chorizo, pastor and fish tacos. The fish taco was inedible from being so overly cooked. The pastor was just alright but not something I'd order again. The chorizo was good but the beans and rice were bland and basic. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who actually likes Mexican food. read more
