Man.. what happened? This used to be my favorite truck! I would make 20min treks just for the asada burritos but after this, no more. Where'd the flavor go? The burrito here before today's was bland but hey.. it could've been an off day... so I gave y'all another shot and again, bland. She was totally confused and said she someone else when it was clearly me that she gave the wrong burrito and told me that I have to pay. It all had really good flavor & i lovee hot hot salsa, but the meat was to chewy for me hella big chunks of meat stuck together and when i would bit my burrito it would litterally all come in my mouth of how stuck the meat and chunky it was some chewy nervy peices too. We found this truck on DoorDash recently and decided to try them. Food was really good, they put a lot of meat on the tacos, you can make two from one lol. Food was seasoned great, I had an Asada burrito and enjoyed it. My wife tried the asada tacos, no salsa, she loved it. My daughter tried the Al pastor tacos, they were ok. Not bad, but not too much flavor. All in all though we enjoyed the food and since then have ordered two more times, best thing about DoorDash they pick it up for you. I normally get mild sauce, and it's very cilantro flavored, not bad if you like cilantro. My wife loved it on the side. Definitely recommend, only thing is I do wish they cut the asada into smaller pieces, they are pretty big slices but it doesn't take away from the flavor. First time we ordered the meat was smaller cut and charred more, the last time not so much. But I would still order again for sure. read more

This place was really good the first few times I went! My cousin recommended it and we'd usually go when we'd pick her up cuz we don't live in Stockton. So we would usually go in the late afternoon...but one time I went with a date at night like pretty late at night and the food was not good.. I usually only get pastor cuz asada is a hit or miss in a lot of places, but here it's BOMB and flavorful...well when I went with the date, the asada was more SALTY than flavorful. My guess is that the afternoon shift is better than the night shift so if you wanna go here go during the afternoon lol ALSO they have this red salsa that's demonically spicy, and I enjoy spicy food but this was too much and they don't warn anyone so if you're ever going either get the mild or be warned cuz the red salsa they make isn't like the regular ones they use different chiles and it looks like a creamy red lol read more

This truck use to be good a few months ago but got worse and worse. I ordered shrimp tacos. They ask like always "with everything?" I said "yes mild sauce" and what I got was shrimp tacos with a literal half pinch of onion each, no cilantro, no cream, no cheese, and they put the hottest sauce I ever had on them. We ordered first from door dash until I realized I lived so close, so after demolishing them 2 days ago we had to get another taste. This could become a problem.
