Me and my family got delivery from tacomac and for starters, it took nearly an hour to get here, and pretty much everything we got was wrong in some way. A salad had cheese on it when cheese was requested to be removed, and both the wings and tater tots were spicy. The only good thing I can say about tacomac is that they have decent fries. read more

I was visiting this location along with my wife because was one of our favorites places on Cumming , we asked to hostess that we want to be at the patio and she just told us go ahead I asked to a server if we can have a sit outside , she answered that I need to talk at front and I explained that I just did and she just nodded her head My wife and me proceeded to sit in one of their table ls waiting for service , after several minutes with out attention I saw a man see us thru the window and proceeded to walk away 1 minute later a sweet girl came to me to explain that she received the manager of tell to to go inside for service , o was surprised and I asked why and she just said that she was following manager instructions I demand to talk with him because I was looking for a better explanation One moment later a big man came from the kitchen with a plate for a table that he just toss it there then proceeded to aske me what I want I was surprised and ask him why he make us come inside with out explaining and he said that why just walk thru with out a hostess and sit there , o told him that we request this service outside to the hostess and we don't received an instruction or negative He proceeded to confront me and asked me to leave , I asked him why and he said that he refused to serve us I was pissed off with his answer and asking him if this was a racist decision of him against to us He got close to me and since he is way to big he was thinking that I will feel fear of him I proceed to Leave because of my wife got nervous and I knocked a tray for my frustration It's a shame that a restaurant like this can have this kind of personnel on their staff I open to get contact with anyone of the brand and teach them how a customer have to be treated read more

I come here every Thursday for the beer of the month before bowling. Food is always solid and the service is usually pretty good as well.

Went to this location a lot. Never again. Ordered wings and there was a dead cockroach on my plate when the food was delivered. Eat here at your own risk. If one was delivered to a customer you can bet there are hundreds more lurking in the food. read more

Taco Mac can be hit or miss. Especially the fries. We ordered some queso, 2 peachtree burgers, and a fried chicken sandwich. The fried chicken sandwich was ordered plain. It came out to the table with everything on it, so I sent it back. I swear they took it in the back got a new bun and scrapped off the breading on the chicken. It had a huge bald spot on it. I asked the server and she was like I don't know. Then a lot of the cheese on the burgers was burnt so I broke that off. I wasn't starving so I didn't ask for new fries but they were old. If they are not right out of the fryer than they are not good. Hopefully someone in management will see my review, but for $75 I expect better. read more

Worst wings I've ever had. Not sure if they were even cooked. Ordered 30 wings extra crispy to go, ended up throwing out 27 of them. They were inedible. They were barely cooked, tasted like they were reheated from a few days ago, and had barely any sauce on them. I've been a longtime fan of Taco Mac. I've been to several locations and they've all been great. The food at the Cumming location usually comes out quickly (unless you visit after 9 p.m.) and is always tasty! We went a couple days ago and got 20 wings; hot, gochujang and lemon pepper. The gochujang is a limited edition flavor but they were incredible! We hope T. Mac will keep that flavor around for a while. My boyfriend is a huge fan of the sweet potato fries, while I like to stick with their regular fries. My only issue with the Cumming location is the service. The host was a young girl who was extremely friendly and checked on tables to make sure the servers were taking care of the customers. It didn't seem too busy so I'm not sure what was holding our server up, but she came to the table nearly 10 minutes after we got sat. It wasn't a big deal to us, but on multiple visits we've had very slow service (especially once they slow down for the night). The food and beer selection makes up for the service though! read more

Was there tonight around 9:45 the restaurant was not busy for the amount of staff they had standing around. It took over 30 minutes to get a burger and street tacos. Then when the food was brought out the burger was wrong. Asked for no Mayo and it was covered in Mayo. The manager never came to the table to see what was wrong or anything. This was my first time at this restaurant and will be my last. They definitely need someone to come in and help get this place into shape. i was one of maybe 6 tables in the entire restaurant, I could understand if the place was packed and the kitchen was backed up. Came here for dinner last night, first time eating in here, met some family members , my Food wasn't good. I ordered a SINGLE cheeseburger, I told our server I don't eat double burgers so a SINGLE ONLY please, but when it came out it had a Double patty plus the Pattie's were VERY Undercooked. The fries looked old and were cold and very small mostly, sent it All back. It came out and looked like the Same fries just reheated and the Single patty was very very thin, it was more like a burger with hardly any meat, the best thing about my meal was the Amazing Ranch for my fries. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I picked up a to-go order for my family tonight. I am very allergic to chicken (yes, chicken lol). I cannot have food that has been cooked on the same surface as chicken unless it's been cleaned. My husband called in our order. Told them about my allergy and how the grill needed to be cleaned. Some might think this is extreme, but most chain restaurants have policies in place for people with food allergies. I am SO happy to say that they must've cleaned it because I had no issue!! I've gotten a burger at taco mac before without asking the grill be cleaned. I had a mild allergic reaction. We love Taco Mac. We don't come to this location often but its always good. Food is great and there are many TV for any sports. We love the tacos. This time we tried the beer battered fish tacos. Amazing! Very crispy and full of flavor. I really need to make it to taco Tuesdays for once. We also had shrimp Caesar salad. Its was just okay. Shrimps were a bit small but we like to have some salad with out meal. You can't leave Taco mac without their wings. Wings are great. Always big enough and meaty IMO. I was a bit worried cause this place didn't have really good reviews but my experience was okay. Didn't order any beer cause it was a bit early but love their selection.
