I would definitely come back they also have 5 different types of hot sauce that you can pour and a small chilie bar you can pick white or jalapeño with seasoning on them. The service here is so bad! Walk in to being ignored and smug looks. They know they're being rude too, just sad. Why even open a business if you don't want to work in customer service. The place isn't kept well either food all over the seats. I would've order more but, because of the way I was treated i only order two shrimp tacos. The tacos are good, the tortilla is soft, and the batter is crispy... delicious. The rice is pretty bland, has no flavor or salt. However their salsa cevichera is the best. I got two fish tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. I ordered take out. I live a few blocks away so after my 3 minute drive home I opened up the food and the tacos were cold. Fish quality and toppings were decent but bummer the food was cold. The bean and cheese burrito was warm and 60 percent cheese and 40 percent beans. A strange cheese to bean ratio but I liked it. This taco spot is the latest in a small chain that I love, and it opened right by my house! How lucky for me. In my experience, this is a place you go to for seafood tacos. I haven't loved their burritos, or other kinds of tacos, but MAN those fish and shrimp tacos are top tier. Absolutely delicious. The coctel and ceviche is also incredibly good. This restaurant must have the laziest employees. I tried calling to place an order half hour before they closed, that was at 9:30 pm on Saturday 4/23/22 and the telephone doesn't ring, it goes straight to voicemail and the message is "sorry you can't leave a message because the voicemail hasn't been set up yet" so I drive there and arrive at 9:45pm and the girl tells me I can't order anything because they closed the kitchen‼‼ this is at least 15 minutes before 10pm which is closing time. So I said I only wanted some carne asada fries and she tells me that the fryer is shut down and so is the grill and all the food has been put away. What kind of restaurant posts it's open and closing times on the window but closes a half hour early because the employees feel like going home at 10pm on the dot⁉ I called Penny's burgers two blocks away and they made me some killer Carne asada fries as soon as I called. With most restaurants locked in a competition and hurting to draw in business, I just don't understand how These employees can take the luxury of closing down a restaurant that doesn't belong to them. They were huge burritos, great !! HOWEVERRRR, all burrito and no flavor! my carnita burrito tasted like basil and garlic. Carne asada burrito was more like chopped up fat. I tried to eat as much as I could because I was starving but couldn't. I ate maybe half of it and threw the rest in the trash. She did the same! I won't put my belly through that ever again! Ok now that that's out of the way: the service is horrible. I called in an order on the phone, showed up 40 minutes later. The cashier tells me there are many many orders ahead of me. Ok that's why I called. Fine, I left to wait in my car. Gave them 15 minutes, went back inside. She tells me she cancelled the order because she thought I left.
