We had an…read moreunpleasant interaction with a security staff member who we later learned from our waiter was the head of security. He was a white male, around 6 feet tall, likely in his late 30s or early 40s, with brown/gray hair that was short on the sides and shaggy on top. He was very rude and unprofessional. What made the situation even more frustrating was the conflicting information we received. Another security staff member told Sam that children were allowed until 3:00 PM, but the person our waiter identified as the head of security said the restaurant was "not a baby-friendly restaurant." The inconsistent communication and rude attitude left a really negative impression. If children aren't allowed after a certain time, that policy should be communicated clearly and enforced respectfully, not with conflicting information and poor service. Won't be back!
