Although I am not from the area, while in it my engine oil life span expired so I decided to stop and get it serviced. The only reason I will not give it five stars is that I found it to be a little pricey for just an engine oil and filter service. However, their attention and service were impeccable! I needed my oil changed and figured what the heck. Give them a try as I have been paying over 100.00 for a simple oil change and being told I need everything under the sun from another company. I was met by a super nice guy who handed me a bottle of water. I told them I drive a lot of miles and needed the appropriate oil. My car takes 6.5 quarts. So, I was charged 79.00, alot less than I am use to paying. The guys were so kind they topped off all the fluids, they even put my own windshield wiper blades for me at no charge. I will be back. They treated me very kind and did not over charge. The only thing is they do not have nitrogen for tires. Its okay. I go to Costco all the time and they do the tires for me. I would like to say thank you to Nick, Will, Eduardo and David. All professional and very nice to me. My car thanks you too. I will be back in 5,000 miles. read more

Today was my first visit and I will never use Jiffy Lube again. Take 5 was fast, professional & you stay in your car. That allows you to watch the work and actually see cabin air & engine air filters pulled out so you know if your filter really is clean or dirty before you buy a new one. Decided to stop here since we were due for an oil change and while we were headed to Orlando since it offered a 10 min oil change and we were very impressed. We were greeted with water bottles and a Capri Sun and gummies for our 2 year old as soon we pulled up. The employees were nice, fast, and efficient and were done in less than 10 min! Horrible service! They over charge you first off. They won't tell you until the service is done how much you owe. I ended up paying $124 far an oil change. And they didn't even top off my other fluids like they promised me. I watched everything they did and that was not done. I asked them to check the air in my tires because my air is low, my car tells me how much pressure is in each tire. They guy comes back to tell me each tire is sitting at 40lbs and they didn't need any air. So when I drove off the gauge states he had actually let air OUT of my tires. So what is wrong with this picture. These guys are idiots. And it's highway robbery fir an oil change. read more

Rip off artists...especially for female clients. Before my wife agreed to anything she was told by Dexter that Jared had already drained her oil and she would be required to complete the oil change with them. No other options were given. Because my son had used their service before, she was told that they would only put the more expensive synthetic oil in. Lies! Waiting in line for 30 minutes......got backed up so another car in front of me could get moved over. Then waited 10 more minutes. I had to ask one of the men if I'd get in a anytime soon I only had an hour for lunch. At which time I got told the car in front of me needed parts from the dealer. Soooooooo why not move that car and let the others through? Needless to say I wasted my lunch break and did not get my oil changed :( read more

First off...the service was great and the technicians were knowledge. What was frustrating is they did not carry the oil weight that we needed in the lower price option. The only options were the higher price oil. Then they have you sign the receipt saying that they would not warranty the work, if we went with any other oil weight. We ended up spending $20 more than we would have spent at Nissan. read more

Courteous, polite and thorough. I can not say enough good things about this location. Everyone who works there is very nice, they have you in and out in no time. They take care of all of your fluids, and you were able to come back in between for tire pressure checks, washer fluid, and coolant. One day I came in asking for coolant top off because my light kept coming on. They still checked everything else on my car. I also appreciate that they have two women working in there. I seemed.to have went when everyone else did or during complete chaos? 9:30am on a Tuesday morning? One car in front of mid oil change. I was greeted by a very friendly smiley man with a water and he was the highlight of my experience. The rest is not so good. It took over forty five minutes until I was even started. I thought this was supposed to be a quick oil change place??!! Then in the middle of me waiting and getting it done, what I was told was the person in charge was yelling in an irate manner at team members in front of us. Totally inappropriate. Take that inside...not in front of us!! He went off for quite some time and it made me want to get out and tell him how inappropriate he was and console the team but it wasnt my place. Stress gets us all but dont take it out on your team in public!!! Then after they tried to suggestive sell me everything under the moon I was finally free. At least that guy was also nice and I am sure just doing his job...and he was also apologetic about everything. But I was so happy to get out of there. Long wait times, waiting in your car while its 100 degrees outside and having to hear employees get yelled at...rest assured I will never go back! And to top it off...this place is more expensive than other places which I also dont get!!!! read more

When drove up, I was greeted by Dane, he offered me a bottle of water and had a very pleasant demeanor. I ask for the prices and he explained the different types of oil and pricing. At first, I thought it was high pricing but after calling different places in the area it was pretty close so I popped my car hood and drove into a space when available. Dane and a few others came to work on my vehicle which needed servicing. I asked about other services and was able to get all fluids replenished, new filters, wipers, oil change ( my oil needed it), and Dane explained everything as he did it and always asked. I am very happy with the quality of work and timeliness that they did it in. I feel very good on the road now and will be back for my next oil change. This is the WORST experience of my life.. yesterday I went to get my oil change at first they were really nice and gave us waters. It seemed like they knew what they were doing. However when we pulled up they were all laughing and joking around with each other then stopped what they were doing to go buy some fruit from some guy that pulled up which is very unprofessional.. they were all yelling of what they were doing to the car which is all for show. They show us the dip stick which was complete. So about an hour later I'm on the highway and next thing I know I'm smoking and my oil level went to 0. I was stuck on the side of the highway for 4 hours before I even got a tow truck and we even had to sit through a big storm.I call the guy from take 5 and he says to take it to any location of there's to take a look. When we arrived the guy checks the dip stick and it's broken on the end. Then noticed the head gasket is completely cracked and a metal piece was undone as well...my truck was working perfectly fine before this oil change happened. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more
