So my first visit the service was great. Super nice employees and did a good job on the oil change. Very convenient to just sit in your car if the weather is not hot. On my second visit I was not due on miles but it had been six months. Instead of doing a full oil change they just checked the levels and the oil cleanliness. Said looked good and just topped it off and sent me on my way for no charge just to come back in 2,000 miles. So awesome. Will be back to see them when it's time. read more

Joel was the upper mechanic that also functioned as the cashier and he explained everything to me and as a non-car person, was very much appreciated. While in your car, the staff will offer you water, and at the end, they'll even wipe down your windshield for you. I was not offered any cold water & it was 100 out. In the past they gave bottles of water. Oil change was more expensive then in the past. They have gone up on price. They did inform me & know the correct oil weight for my car. The washer fluid hose was "broke" so they advised me to go to another location to have it filled. At what they charged, they should have that fixed. read more

I went here the other day for the first time. When I showed up it was late afternoon and there were no cars in the bay. The two gentlemen working there both started helping me since there was not much going on at the moment. The one guy gerst started up under the truck and then starts sounding disgruntled at what he finds. I hear him muttering something about the oil filter to the other guy, then after a minute they tell me that they cannot change my oil due to a "massive" oil leak. They tell me that it against policy to change the oil with such a condition. Then they go on to tell me that they think the previous oil change place must have over tightened the filter. I left, and inspected my truck the next day. The oil leak was quite small (no drips in the driveway), and it looked like they just did not want to do the job due to the filter being in a tougher to reach spot. Looks like I will not be visiting here in the future! read more

I went in for an oil change on a 2013 Prius. I didn't know that they did state inspections also. I was pleased with the speed and courtesy I received, complete with a cold drink. I came here out of necessity and intrigue (what?! you stay in your car??) when my car was due for an oil change. There was no wait when I came on a Saturday afternoon which was nice. The staff had me pull right in and pop my hood. They began working on my Toyota which takes synthetic oil, while also adding air to my tires, washing the front and back windows, and inspecting the air filter. It takes longer than 5 minutes--it was 20 minutes which I didn't mind but I was very hot (95) and you can't turn on your car while they work on it. They did offer me a cold water though. I was able to use a discount from a Boy Scout discount card my husband purchased for $10 off with no hassle. My oil change was cheaper than Wal-mart or Kwik Kar. I would highly recommend going here for your car needs. read more

I went to get an oil change and inspection. When state inspector was told I need inspection he actually muttered "shit" and huffed and stomped to the office. When he came back after inspection I asked if the oil was changed and he was so rude and just said no like I was an idiot. He said I could wait to have my oil changed but it would be another 30 minutes. He wasn't willing to put me ahead of people who came after me. Needless to say I left. I've been coming here for years but this was the first time since it changed to take 5. Needless to say I will NEVER return. Very disappointing customer service. read more

I have never written a review before but I got yelp to write about what happened. I took my wife's car into take 5 oil to try it out. So I had them replace my oil and along with some filters that need to be changed out, this costs me about 170 for synthetic oil and two filters changes. A week later I take it to the mechanic for an issue I was having with the car and while the mechanic was looking at the engine, he noticed that the metal bar that is used to hold the hood up was bent so badly that he was surprised it didn't dent the inside of the hood. He said that when I got my oil changed, they must have slammed the hood down on it and bent it, which he said is very hard to bend. Not only that, he asked if my filters had been changed which I said yes. He said that there was screws missing from the filter covering of my car which could cause issues if it is not sealed properly, which It wasn't. I feel that something as simple as putting back screws that were there before too simple and completely unacceptable for a routine oil and filter change. To hear that they also could have dented the inside of my hood because they bent something that is not easily bendable just shows how carelessly they were handling my car. Will not be taking any of my cars there again. Do yourself a favor and run for the hills. read more

Called ahead to make sure there wasn't a line and pulled right in for oil change and state inspection. Was out of there in 15 minutes with both finished.
