Disgusting menudo and old and cold
    Jorge R.

This place is getting comfortable with their food. They used to be my go to spot but now they don't really care about quality. Every taco we ordered came out cold. We asked them to heat them up and still came out cold and cheese wasn't melted. The menudo also came out cold and seemed old. The honeycomb tripe was tough and not fresh. I complained to the manager/owner and didn't seem to care. Been like that the last three times. Unfortunately never going back! Terrible food now!

Stopped here with some girlfriends. Service was awful. Our waitress was so rude, she ignored us, she made faces at us, she sighed loudly every time we had a request. The food was good but the service overpowered everything

I always come and get tacos from this place on my way to work usually just a bean and cheese and a Carne guisada. They're a little bit on the inconsistent side but tonight I decided to give them a try for cheese enchiladas. I ordered the cheese enchiladas plate with crispy beef taco the taco had little meat in it and the enchilada cheese wasn't even melted on top or inside. The rice had no flavor. I won't be there coming back then I went to check out and the lady that wasn't my server by the way, cashes me out she was all cold to me. Didn't even ask if it was any better because I got a Carne Asada and a crispy beef taco and my tortilla was hard and old You don't treat people like that when the food you serve is bad

Authentic Mexican food. I can't help but to love this place for their authenticity. This is definitely a hole in the wall, and very easy to miss. With that being said, it isn't the biggest/prettiest venue. However, the flavors and the prices will have you coming back more and more. The portions are massive. The service is also great and quick - making dining in too easy. One of the many hidden gems in SA.

the drive thru ladies decided to just throw the cup of limes on top of the main caldo cup, half of the caldo was in my bag and the lid was broken

The customer service, coffee, & the food are great here! My wife and I stopped in this past Sunday after dropping off my sister at the airport. I'm pregnant and was craving a "good Mexican breakfast." Let me just say... this place did not disappoint! Their coffee is delicious and we never had to wait for a refill! We appreciated that all of the servers-whether or not we were their table-would stop and offer coffee. I ordered the huevos rancheros w/ barbacoa, which was absolutely amazing. The barbacoa wasn't extremely greasy and fatty. It was actually pretty lean, which I prefer. The ranchero sauce was hearty and delicious, as were the beans and potatoes. I can't say it enough-everything on my plate was delicious! My wife ordered the chilaquiles (her go-to at any new Mexican restaurant). Usually she eats about half of her food but... there was not a scrap of chilaquiles left this time! She was very happy with her choice. We will DEFINITELY be back!

If i could put 0 stars i would. There was literal gum on my plate. I didn't notice till half way i looked down me nor the person i was with had gum??? When I told the owner he said he couldn't believe someone did that and we still had to pay for it telling me that i did it ??? Will never go here again so rude. Bro im not even a karen swear this man made me mad enough to make an account and write this pls never go here.

Most excellent option for Jalisco style food on the north side. The restaurant is located in an old hamburger chain's easily identifiable building. Divey (but clean) inside and out. But the food is out of this world delicious. The prices are cheap cheap cheap. never feel as if paid to much. The service is attentive and friendly. If you want fluff over substance then drive on. If you want great food and a fantastic price then this is a place for you.

We ordered chips and salsa ($1.99) they came quickly. The salsa was tasty and not too spicy. I had Shrimp Nachos. There were plenty of them, lots of cheese and the guacamole was excellent, not a lot of stuff added to it. My husband had Carne Asada. It came with beans, tortillas and cheese enchilada. When he asked about barracho beans, Anthony brought them right away. The ice tea was strong and tasty and he kept our glasses filled. Everything was flavorful and beautifully presented. The building is new. It's very open with high ceilings, lots of windows and cement floors. There was plenty of outdoor seating. There were only a few parking spaces by the entrance. There was free parking on nearby side streets or paid parking in lots behind the restaurant. We would definitely go back when in San Antonio again. The drink menu looked fun! And they have a rooftop bar.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was special. The atmosphere is beautiful, upscale, and inviting. The architecture and design throughout the restaurant are absolutely stunning. Even the restrooms were impressive and reflected the same attention to detail found throughout the entire establishment. The food was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. This isn't your typical restaurant experience--the menu is creative, unique, and offers something different. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the preparation and presentation of every plate. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the customer service. My waitress, Kreizon, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Great service can make a good meal even better, and she definitely elevated the entire experience. The outdoor dining area is also beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying a meal and taking in the surroundings. If you're looking for a restaurant that offers exceptional food, incredible ambiance, unique architecture, and top-notch customer service, Domingo is a must-visit. Electronic dance music pulsed quietly in the background. The toilets were all individual unisex stalls that were classy, mine had run out of hand towels. Also, the entire restaurant is very dimly lit. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu, but I have poor eyesight so there's that, but it might explain the quality of the photos I took. The Paloma drink was amazing. It had a great spicy zing in the back of the throat after every sip. Queso was... kinda plain. It might have been better with the add chorizo option. It was very thick. Shrimp cocktail was big, but we started fighting over the shrimp pieces. There was plenty of onion and tomato left over after the batttle. Pollo Asado was a great flavor and the chicken was juicy. Grilled squash that was on the side was good. Chicken enchiladas were good and had freshly sliced jalapeños, which is always a welcome detail. I wasn't able to taste the quesadilla but my daoughter said it was "really good". Fried Chicken sandwich had a great flavor and the bacon was actually pork belly if I'm not mistaken. Sadly there was more batter than chicken. The seasoned fries were delicious and crispy.

We sat on the back patio for dinner on a day when it was 100 degrees out and there were fans all over to help keep the air flowing, which helped immensely. They have some interesting cocktails, such as their jalapeño cucumber margarita which is made with ghost pepper infused tequila. Their salsa tray is nice too, they have 4 to select from and you get three in this appetizer, but we ordered the 4th as well and all were pretty nicely done. The verde was amazing and the roasted tomato was great, just not spicy at all. I tried their combo fajitas and was thankful they came out being simply plated, rather than on the blazing hot, sizzling skillet - I don't need the show, just the good eats. The meats were decent, the beans were amazing. The tortillas were just ok, as I felt like they were way too thick. They offered corn tortillas too, but I'm in Texas, so you get flour, not corn. Save room for dessert, they have amazing churros! Overall, this was a decent visit. Service was nice too. I'd recommend stopping in.

It was delicious! The concha was soft, buttery and flaky, with just the right sweetness. We took home the majority of it and it stayed nice and soft instead of turning hard like so many others. We decided to try several appetizers to go along with our concha to get a wider taste of their food than we would by just ordering a couple entrees. Let me tell you, this was a great idea! We ordered the Tosti-Ceviche Verde, Panela Asado, Mexican Street Corn, and their Spicy Bean Dip. The Ceviche Verde was excellent, the freshness of the fish and shrimp was wonderful with the chipotle mayo and avocado. We chose to have it on the salsa Verde Tostitos and it was all great combination. The Panelo Asado was a completely new dish for us and was extremely good with a savory flavor from the salsa Tlaquepaque that mixed well with the Panela cheese. Their tortillas though not made in house, are made for them and taste like mom made them. The Mexican Street Corn was great and had the perfect bit of char taste from the corn. It was creamy and flavorful, we did think it could use just a tad more lime juice though. The Spicy Bean Dip was very good. You can't go wrong with Oaxaca, Chorizo, and pieces of pork mixed with some mildly spicy beans. Our server was fantastic. She had great recommendations for us, and was quick with checking on our drinks and generally helping us throughout our dinner. The food was prepared quickly, was hot, tasteful and refreshing. We definitely will be going back, and recommend Pan Fila to all of you.
