Decent food and a great vibe/aesthetics! The food is servicable, I ordered the enchiladas vegetariana and enjoyed but didn't love it. That being said, I feel like most people who come here are coming for the aesethic and/or a photo op, which this place definitely excels at (even though it's not necessarily my preferred aesthetic I do understand the appeal). Service was great, my water was always refilled before I could even think about asking and they were super accommodating, letting us put the avocado on the side without issue. We'll keep this one more direct: the parking is good with it being in a shopping center, the drinks are decent and relatively strong, the food is not too bad. Here's where the rest falls off: the staff is not great. Once we arrived we waited for about 3 minutes to be taken care of at the front. 3 minutes may not sound like a lot of time but we had staff look directly at us and continue conversations before they eventually came over. The place had only one other party when we arrived so they were not busy at all. When we were seated we ordered pretty quickly and the drinks came quickly so we'll give them that. The second issue we had was when we ordered our food. One of us ordered the Tinga de pollo tacos which was pretty good and flavorful, the other ordered what ended up being the sorriest excuse of a cuban sandwich we've ever seen. The sandwich is supposed to come with 2 proteins and cheese and vegetables. All we asked for was no vegetables. What came out of the kitchen was elementary school lunch food with only ONE protein on it. We notified the waiter and he said because we "basically took everything out" that's why it looked like that. Nope, not true. Where was the second protein? Why did it look like that? It would be very simple to just take a look at it and bring it back but to blame it on how we ordered when it very clearly did not come with what it was supposed to was very disingenuous. The tortillas were pink (to match the restaurant's pink decor) and tacos were piled high with juicy, seasoned chicken, salsa, guacamole, and radishes. My fiancé got the tacos dorados. I didn't find the food to be particularly spectacular but this is a very cute spot if you're celebrating with a group and/or want a very pink environment where you can take some cute pictures. It's also very gimmicky. You can order drinks where you can take a souvenir cup or sunglasses home with you. I didn't particularly care for the food. It was passable but not the strong point of the experience. To drink, I ordered horchata and while the presentation was beautiful, the beverage itself was a bit watered down. The service was hit or miss. Sometimes the server was very attentive but other times I had to flag her down to ask for silverware after my food arrived. Today we went to celebrate a good friends achievement in kicking breast cancer to the curb so a all pink restaurant fit perfectly. The decor is modern with lots of great spaces for photo ops. 5/5 for ambiance We did have a large party which i understand it can be very difficult to manage. However having been in the service industry I don't feel the waitress we had was well at managing our table. She seemed to be quite frustrated with some of the people at our table. She also brought a drink and left it at the wrong side of the table which resulted in the Ice being completely melted by the time the correct person got her drink. 2.5/5 for service The music was blaring I couldn't hear the person sitting next to me I'm not sure how the waitstaff hears the guests. So if u can take loud music this is not the place for you. 1.5/5 for manageable volume lol The cups of water were super small which caused the waitress to keep coming back and filling them up it was more of the size of a small cocktail glass. 2.5/5 The food was not great. The only things that had positive reviews from our large party was the queso, and the queso flamado. I am vegetarian so my options here are limited . I requested extra mushrooms on my queso flamado and it came with MAYBE 2 mushrooms cut in pieces. Located on Burnet/Kramer, directly across from the Domain. Plenty of parking. No wait at 6pm on a Saturday. Simple, not too long menu with sopes, enchiladas, salad/soup, tortas and protein based entrees. The cocktails come in cute, decorative glasses. The server was very nice but clearly stretched thin, they could use more servers to provide a better experience. The food is pretty good. I will try the corn tortillas next time as they are homemade. It was just as pink, maybe more pink than the rest of the restaurant. The music was blasting rap and hits from the 90s. You could tell our waitress didn't like her job and she seemed a little annoyed that we had kids with us. They did do a complimentary cake with a fountain sparkler candle for my 4yr old's birthday.   It's quirky and loud with decent food and fun drinks. Everything is pink, including some of the food.
