This Target seems to have an issue with keeping enough people on the registers. Every time I come here I have to wait around for 5 minutes or so until I can get through the line. Also, the place is full of screaming children and mothers, I mean really, it's FULL of screaming children and mothers. The selection is fine, it's Target, they have Target stuff, but the lack of people on the registers makes me dread ever going here. They have around 15 registers but usually only 3 or 4 are open with huge lines. I only go here when I have to get something fast and there's nowhere else to get it. The prices are also pretty high for some more mundane items. I bought a broom, mop and dustpan at Lowes the other day because the price at this store would have come to 35 dollars, the same items at Lowes cost me 20 bucks. Also, the workers seem overworked, they are running around like crazy and I can tell they are understaffed, it's very obvious this place is running at the lowest possible staffing model and it's the customers that suffer. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this Target. I went there to get all of my appliances for my new place. After I got home I realized I either lost, forgot or someone stole my air mattress out of my car. I went back to the store because I thought that I just left it there on accident. The security lady checked the cameras and according to her, I left the store with it (I dont remember this, but, whatever) But instead of leaving me SOS they gave me a new one. Jose is the one that that okayed it. Everyone was cool about it and it really helped me out because I didn't have the money to buy a another one. Now, thats what I call "Customer Service". Where do I begin? This store location is a joke & they know it as well! Lollll XD XD XD they've hired walking things in their return dept. which are poor excuses for human beings. Target knows that & that's ok for Target. That's what target wants because target wants to pay less to stupid people instead of paying more to normal people who actually need jobs. Ain't the life we live in simply wonderful? Now I'll tell you the situation. On August 6, 2017 around 5pm, my mother & my brother went to the return department at this exact store location because they wanted to know the return policy regarding 2 games my brother bought. 1st employee: she was a female & she gave them a response, but they didn't feel that she was certain so they wanted to speak to another employee. Thats absolutely fine because there are a lot of people working today that when you ask them a simple question, usually they give you incorrect responses. So my family wanted to speak to another employee, but the 1st employee they spoke to said "you're gonna get the same response." At this point, the 1st employee begins to ignorantly throw herself in the conversation in spite that my family made it clear that they no longer want to speak to her. In response to my family's request to speak to someone else now, the 1st employee says, "well you're being disrespectful & we do not have to serve you." How is it disrespect? Lol The 1st employee was disrespectful & ignorant. She could've dropped it & continue with her other tasks, but no. She clearly wanted to escalate the situation when knowing she is no longer a part of it. The 2nd employee came along. She was also female, but she handled my family's request nicely & walked away. The 1st employee continued to heat up the situation. My family became very infuriated at this point because now they're being harassed by the 1st employee. My family retaliated. The 3rd employee comes along & defends the 1st employee. He is aware that the 1st employee is harassing my family & he approves of her entire behavior. He also had the audacity to say this to my family, in defense of the 1st employee. "You cannot talk to her that way." My family finally lost its patience and my brother angrily replied to the 3rd employee, "who are you?" The 3rd employee became very hostile & threatening & he confronted my brother also saying, "who are you?" Loll But the 1st employee & 3rd employee have every right to do all this to my family, correct? The 1st & 3rd employees also tried to turn the table on my family, making it seem as if it's my family who is harassing them. Before leaving, my family demanded to speak to the manager to make a complaint. The 1st & 3rd employees complied with my family's request, but yet they had the security guard(s) escort my family out the store. I mean c'mon, these employees are saying one thing & they do the other. I know these employees are stupid, but that stupid? They were dropped at birth & there is no convincing me otherwise. This target store location does not care about its consumers, so neither do I care about its policy to not disclose employee information to the public. I have provided as much descriptive employee information that I have because I was not there at the time of the incident. That information is mentioned below. 1st employee: Tall Mexican and/or Hispanic/Latino woman, who has a somewhat fat physique & brown hair. She had her hair in a ponytail at the time of the incident. She also does not wear glasses. 3rd employee: Tall Mexican and/or Hispanic/Latino man with light facial hair & a head full of brown wavy hair. He also does not wear glasses. If I knew their names, you'd best believe that I would've mentioned their names here as well. My family was treated in such a horrible & poor manner. On top of that, the manager never showed up. what a failure of a staff! Loll So if you like to be harassed by employees, certainly come down to this Target store location & keep an eye out for the 1st employee & the 3rd employee in the return dept! They will harass you with no remorse, but with great pleasure in their hearts. read more

Came in today to pick up a few items. I noticed the white girl in front of me was greeted by Miguel the cashier. He said hi to her and asked her if she needed any bags. When he got to me (I'm black) he didn't say one word to me. I waited for a greeting, waited for him to ask me if I needed a bag. Nothing! He rang me up, I paid. As I was putting my card back in my wallet, the next lady (white)he greeted and said "hi" he asked her if she needed any bags. I purchased a big thing of tissue, in which most target cashiers place a holder onto the tissue so it's easier to carry. He didn't ask if I needed that. I had to ask him to get me one. He totally treated me differently. Really bad customer service with me, but great customer service with the other 2 women. I ended up asking him for a bag, and letting him know he didn't even offer me one. I suggest management have a talk with him and tell him to be consistent with all customers in treating them equal. Was it racial? Don't know? but one could easily think that! read more

Target recently sent me some coupons for free bread, and free eggs in the mail, and I used them, so i feel compelled to review them. overall, i quite like them, they seem to have a bit of everything, but a ton of nothing. This is usually just what I need, though there have been times when I left without what I needed. Their clothing selection is very meager, but then who goes to target to buy clothing anyway (I admit, I went looking for T-shirts on one occasion). I don't hold that against them too much, you can't have everything in one store. The lines are not bad, at least when I have been there, and it's always nice and cool inside. read more

I like this target because its fast. I can find parking easily, not wait in long lines, and there is a nice selection of beers. Yes, beers....I've bought Kirin, Pilsner, & Redstripe here. They also have some decent box wines. read more

This Target is clean and the associates are helpful. Have come to this location many times and I am always able to find what I need. The parking lot tends to be full but the lines are usually not bad. You also have an 99 cent store across the way so you can hit both places on the same trip. read more

Horrible customer service. I was going through the self checkout line and there was an issue with something that rang up wrong. A very nice guy came over asked what was going on, I told him and he attempted to sign in to help out. The system wouldn't accept his employee #. He tried about 6 times, then got out his ID card and it still wouldn't accept it. He went to a supervisor & told him the issue. The supervisor looked at me, looked away and stared helping someone else. Never came over. The guy told someone else and she did the same thing. Then finally there were so many people waiting to check out, she had to come over and help. I told her to remove the item that was the issue and finished checking out. Rude!! This place is a joke. Did some shopping. Then wanted some jewelry from the case but needed someone to unlock it, and we tried getting one of the associates attention he either ignored us or just chose not to turn around it was pretty obvious were were talking to him. We were a few feet from him. SO then across the aisle there was another associate we asked for assistance he ends up going to get the key then comes back empty handed and tells is to just wait for someone. He walks back to where he was and continues his conversation with his cowrkers, 4 of them huddled in the aisle just talking and laughing. WE got no help at all. Waited another 5 min, and just left. WORST customer service. The point is your getting paid to do your job, not just hang out in the aisle and ignore customers. read more

Since i was a kid. Ive always visit this target. I know where everything is at. Thats why I always end up coming back to this location. I just go in and head out. Its a quick stop for me. Lines are never long. I don't expect much of the service when checking out. But atleast getting greeted by the cashiers would help. I have never been greeted bu any of them as i'm checking out. Atleast a thank you but not even that. They just hand me the receipt and take the next customer. I work in retail as well i know they hate customers but it's your job! read more

This Target is pretty good! Not sure why it's only got 3 stars. For the most part it's not much different than any other Target. I have noticed the selection in some departments is smaller but otherwise it's pretty good. It's easier to park and get in and out of than both the Burbank and the Glendale locations. AND there's usually an awesome taco truck parked outside. read more

No weird people in the parking lot the last two trips. Found a 7 dollar roasting pan that actually fits in my tiny tiny oven. Not sure if they stepped up their game due to the holidays, but I had people ask me if I needed help and although I had to look around for the stuff I bought(I can't fault them for putting their 7 dollar roasting pans out of the way...), I'm totally happy with my pan and couch blanket. Targets can be a hit or miss. This one is a hit. I've been in a few times and it's always fully stocked and clean. I've even tried the produce and I found it to be fresh. They also have a knowledgable and helpful staff that know the merchandise the store carries and helps you locate it. Thumbs up. read more

Use to come here for most of my needs because customer service was better. Some old guest services lady today refused to price match when literally every other time I was able to price match before. Also has an attitude and not very helpful. Going to go to the new Burbank Walmart from now on. Disgusting store. Dirty and just gross on every level. Absolutely hate going here, but it's the closest. When you walk in there's trash overflowing the barrels. The shopping carts are always broken with trash in them, when they bother to bring them in from the parking lot. No one takes pride in this place. It's pathetic. Manager needs to be fired. Last week something like syrup was spilled in the pharmacy and tracked through a quarter of the store. Looked like it had been there a week. read more

I actually like this Target as opposed to the one in Eagle Rock. It is single story so I don't have to remember what floor stuff is on and if I parked my car on the top or lower level. They also have easy parking and pretty much everything I need - they carry Method cleaning products and some other Targets don't. After so many trips to Walmart trying to avoid a future tetanus shot, it was quite refreshing walking into Target, which is as nice a store as the popular franchise has to offer. Target, in general, is just a great way to spend 45 minutes of your time without spending half of your savings. First off, the customer service is on top of its game. When the lines get long, the tough get going and almost immediately another register opens up, ready and eager to get you in and out of line as quick as possible. Secondly, this specific Target has a couple of perks that most do not. The food court is just a great site to see right when you walk in. Born and raised right outside of Philly, it's nice to know that I can always snag a soft-pretzel at this branch, along with Pizza, Icee's and any sweet treat your enlarged heart desires. Lastly, the parking situation is the best around. No parking garages that leave you a claustrophobic mess with a 3 dollar ticket to pay, but an actual lot, and a massive one in that. It's not much, but it's something greatly appreciated after dealing with the "where can I park" question for so long. All in all, this Target is a Target. If you like Target, you'll love the store on Victory Blvd due to it's attentive employees and added amenities. read more

I used to come to this Target a lot. Not that much anymore, but it's still a good store. I gave it one star because the Pizza Hut inside has a decent combo. For about 5 bucks I get the small size personal pan pizza combo, which is a decent size for one person. I gave it another star because even though the employees are nothing special, they also don't annoy the heck out of me like other stores. Retail is not an easy job to work, so I don't hold it against them if I don't get excellent customer service. As long as it's not rude. I gave it a third star because the store is fairly large and the selection is adequate. And finally I gave it another star because this store tends to put good looking girls in cashier spots when I'm around. Just calling in to see if there is a item in stock was a pain. They were absolutely rude as if they did not have the time to help me. HEEELLLOOO it is your job to be helpful! I was transferred 8 times and the had me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up then called back again, the same thing only that they were even more disrespectful second time around and mind you I called at 8 am right when the store open. I recently went here last week to quickly pick up some groceries. WARNING: If you are picking up produce, and it's not packaged, make sure the prices match the numbers on your items. Even double check that you were charged for the right items and not something else entirely! I picked up 4 apples from a basket market 'Gala Apples .79cents", but when I checked out was charged 1.19 per apple because one of the apples was a Honeysuckle apple.....very minor and a only .40cents more...I would have let this slide, but the same cashier also mistakenly charged me for 2 cantaloupes (2.68 each) instead of 2 mangoes (.99cents each)....even when I told her they were mangoes during check out. I went back to the customer service desk however, and she was very helpful issuing me a full refund on the apples and mangoes. I then went back in line to a different cashier and checked out with the proper total. If I didn't bother to look at my receipt however, I would have ended up being overcharged $5.00 again not that much money, but in a different scenario it could have been worse and $5.00 can definitely go towards something else. read more

A great Target location, always parking along the West side of the lot where you see the baseball fields. To a man (or woman) this place has great customer service. I was assisted by super cool Ivan, who was manning the grocery section and knew every aisle of the store, by letter and number (C23) and had me navigating the place by walking towards the red scanning towers, very clever. Ivan scanned every item in my cart as we were talking, in case a sale or promotion was available. I'm skipping the Burbank boondoggle by the 5 freeway, North Hollywood Target is the place to shop. read more

I used to like the convenience of this location, but lately the store is a mess. They are doing some remodeling and nothing is in a rational place. Good luck finding what you are looking for. This is also one of the only Targets I have visited that employees look right at you and keep walking. It almost seems like they are afraid eye contact will trap them in a 30 minute conversation and tour of the store. After about 10-15 minutes I just left the store (empty handed) and took my business elsewhere. read more
