My first time writing a review but people have to know about it. I ordered two milkshakes Togo. Me and my brother after finish drinking the milkshakes we got an upset stomach bubbling and lot of gases and weird feeling. She was looking 1 minute in the fridge for milk and wasn't sure if she wanted to take it out finally she found a bottle but I bet was expired or something wrong with the ice cream. And also I found a piece of lemon in my milkshake UNBELIEVABLE!!! How the heck a piece of squeeze-used lemon was founded in my drink. We both got sick. read more

They are 24 hours a day and they have kick ass diner food. I love this place. The SHrimp alfredo used to be friggin awesome but now it's just ok but all of it's totally worth the money. Dishonest business. My wife and I ordered from here several times, and almost without fail, they mess up at least one of our orders. Worse, however, they then lie about it, claiming they called when they clearly didn't on at least one occasion. The food is very good, they have a huge menu with a wide variety. But the service is not so good. The waiters completely ignore you after you order so if you need something else, or didn't get the right food you'll have to hunt them down. It's pretty frustrating. I lived right around the corner for over a year and went here regularly, still go at least every couple weeks. Great place, clean, attentive friendly staff, good food big portions. I only go here with my wife on weekends and we never order out from here, so this review only applies to the weekend morning staff. We like Tasty's. The girls who work there and the very nice Portuguese kid who does the bussing are all pretty fun and friendly people and we know each other by name. Now, this is a diner, so critiquing the food in detail only goes so far. It's good for diner food and that's all you can expect in New York City. Worst restaurant in Queens. Woman helping us, if you could call it helping, was incredibly rude and nasty. Dirty sticky tables covered in what seems like twelve layers of maple syrup. Just ordered fried ice cream for delivery for a sick child whom I have to stay at home with. Yes, I understand it is not easy to deliver this item, but there are ways to deliver cold items while preserving them. Tasty's has a lot on the menu! If you're in the mood for a sandwich, wrap, salad, smoothie, coffee, ... just about anything, tastys probably has it! Cozy spots with nice seats, fun decorations, and warm colors. It smells like breakfast when you walk in. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I literally just left here 5 minutes ago and couldn't wait to write this. Should have know when the place was empty on a Sunday that it would be terrible. Ordered challah French toast eggs bacon and sausage. French toast was just soggy bread with no taste what so ever and it was not challah bread it had sesame seeds all over it. The side of eggs came sitting ontop of the frenchtoast for some reason making it even more soggy and the bacon was barely cooked- not edible. I took one bite of all of this and the waitress never once asked how our food was. When she took the food and saw how everything was still on the plate she still didn't say a word. Poor customer service. My boyfriend said his burger was ok Hard to mess up a burger BUT he got cheese fries and I should have taken a picture they literally came with two slices of American cheese sitting ontop of the fries NOT melted in the slightest it was a complete joke. Food was delivered 2 hours after the order was placed, and was missing items. Multiple phone calls over the course of the last hour waiting for it to show up. Lied to about expected delivery times. One last call after the delivery, to to complain about the missing items... Was offered a redelivery of the missing items, but I did not want to wait 2 more hours. Asked to just send back the difference in cash, plus the tip, and was told to speak with a manager that would be in after 3pm. When I arrived and started to explain to the manager, she was immediately aggressive, telling me that the morning crew told her not to give me anything. Called seamless to discuss a refund, and she asked me to leave. I told her that I would leave when this was resolved. She then told me to "Get the f**k out of my store" Threatened to call the cops, then did. Before she was off the phone with 911, my issue was resolved, and I left. TASTY'S needs to learn a few TASTEFUL manners.. I placed an order with them recently via grubhub and when I recieved my order it was completely messed up! I decided to call back with the simple intentions of letting them know they should be more careful next time and the person on the phone kept insisting that I am lying about the missing utensils and napkins. He also said that everything I ordered was in my delivery, which it was not!!!! If I was calling requesting another meal sent the way I ordered it originally I could possibly understand the attitude, but when I am simply calling to let you know of YOUR mistake you should listen and not accuse customers of lying!!!!!!!!!! Not a great experience. I ordered a taco salad without meat. They brought a taco salad with chili that had meat in it. I mentioned it to the waitress and she took it back to the kitchen. She then came back with what I thought was new salad. This one had lettuce and olives in it and none of the other ingredients from the menu, which was weird. Then I noticed bits of chili on the shell. Instead of making a new taco salad, they dumped out the old one, filled the shell with lettuce and gave it back to me. Totally gross. The quality of food is uneven. At first, I would order the seafood entrees. One time the fish would be excellent - fresh, tender. The next time the fish would stink, be overcooked and inedible. Eventually, I gave up ordering the seafood entrees because I could never be sure I would get something fresh. One huge downside is a woman who answers the phone sometimes to take the delivery orders. She is so rude, I've thought of walking over to Tasty's and beating her up. She can barely speak English, can't seem to multitask and I would always not get what I ordered and she wouldn't send my correct order. She always overcharges. It has come to the point now that whenever I call, if I hear her voice, I just hang up and don't order from Tasty's that time. It's average food, often not what you ordered - my last order was a Swiss cheese sandwich; I got a ham sandwich. The man who answers the phone seems to really do his best to see that you are satisfied with your order. It's average food. Don't expect much and the food will fill up your stomace. But if you order for take-out, make sure you check to see if you get what you order before letting the delivery boy leave. And NEVER order when that "female dog" answers the phone. I believe it's done on purpose 9/10 of the times... Something is missing, and when you call to complain, you're faced with rude, unprofessional attitude(I got called fgt on the phones, by an overweight woman with glasses, when I was mad about my order being incomplete, so I never went back, even though I live a block away- I feel happy everyday passing by seeing all the place next door and across the street packed, while this miserable place has one 4 or 5 customers at most, at any given time). The guy who was at the counter today, around 6 pm, said his name was Nick, was rude, disrespectful, and was being sarcastic when i was unhappy with my incomplete order.
