Blackened Chicken wrap

I love this place! I've never had a bad meal here and the waitstaff are awesome! The blackened chicken wrap with a scoop of their homemade potato salad is beyond reproach. Just amazing! And they have my favorite beer "Hell Yes Ma'am'" on tap?! I'm happy.

Once again another great meal! Service on point and dinner was delicious! Wife had the special of filet mignon beef stroganoff. Wow! Place is small which is well documented which is the only negative. Can't help that other than moving to a new location. Don't miss this Clayton gem!

Great spot, good menu selection, convenient from Flowers, Portofino, Glen Laurel, and always very consistent food quality.

Food was great! Service was decent but just ok. Place is a little small and dingy. Been 2x now and food is great.

Great beers and nice casual place to hang out. A little spendy and I wish they served more food. Service was very slow too.

Tried calling for many times - not taking phone orders?

Yes they are taking phone orders. I've always been able to get through, but it may be busy sometimes if it's a busy time of day. Unfortunately you'll just have to keep calling. I'm hoping they will start online ordering soon

Had a very nice evening meal here with friends recently while in town…read more Been here forever, a large facility with several seating areas. We were greeted walking in by the hostess and seated within the same interaction. Our server was very good, professional, kind and friendly. He took our drink orders and got our appetizer going. We started with the Calamari Fritti, an excellent choice, flash fried with spicy peppers in a light golden batter. Simple, fresh and delicious and cooked beautifully. Served with a spicy maranara. An extensive menu of traditional and modern Italian cuisine. After giving it a good look over I opted for the Rigatoni Rustico pasta with chicken in a rich creamy red pepper and tomato sauce. It was delicious and a wonderful presentation and meal. A nice serving of rigatoni, in a velvety smooth cream sauce with tender chunks of grilled chicken. It hit the spot for me and was a thoroughly enjoyable meal. My dining companions said their dinners were equally as good. All in all an excellent choice for a nice meal. 4.5 Stars rounded up for our great server. 01249

Great place to get some GOOD Italian food in Garner!…read more This location is right off Veterans Parkway (formerly known as Highway 42) with a large private parking lot. There's a main entrance as well as a separate door for retrieving pick-up orders. Although I've only been twice so far, both times the service was great. Upon being seated, our server greeted us and filled our glasses with water. I love that they leave large bottles of water at your table so you don't have to wait for a server for a refill. Next, our server shared the specials of the day. Each day, there are soup and entree specials. On my first visit, I ordered the Rigatoni Rustica, and it was DELICIOUS. The cream sauce was magnificent. I loved how rich and creamy it was while not being too heavy. My mother ordered the lasagna. It was good, but the only issue was that in the middle, there was a lot of pasta and not a lot of meat sauce, so the noodles seemed a little thick and not as appetizing. Not a huge issue, but we like a lot of meat sauce. My dad ordered the Cajun Ravioli, which was the special for the day. It was delicious as well. I highly recommend and it's become one of my favorite places in the area to grab some good Italian food. The portions were great and the prices are reasonable!

As for the food, our items were delicious and filling! I recommend the "Rollatini A La Fiori" as an appetizer. Our sangria cocktail was also very refreshing. It was a little more upscale than I expected but I was welcomed with my sweatpants and hoodie on just the same. The staff was very nice. The owner (wife) was cleaning tables and spent some time answering my questions about the menu. The owner (husband) was in the kitchen running service. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. We got several different items to try. I was surprised that the prices were not what I was made to believe. The portions are very good for the price they charge. Now let's talk food: The meatballs were amazing. Surprisingly very juicy. Most places are damp to dry and you need the sauce. These were juicy enough you don't need the sauce, but the sauce was delicious. Not too acidic and not too sweet. That could be a meal itself with a side dish. The risotto was perfectly cooked, the scallops were the best I've had outside of a Gordon Ramsey restaurant. The Alfredo was better than mine that make at home (mine is really good). The Fiorentino is possibly my new favorite dish. Crispy and juicy chicken, great sauce and delicious polenta, and I don't even really eat polenta. We were impressed with all of it. The desserts were really good. The cannolis are awesome and the tiramisu is always a favorite. The chocolate chips in the tiramisu threw off the texture a little bit but it was delicious. I like a heavy espresso flavor in my tiramisu and it could use a bit more for me, but I'd still give it a 9.5/10. When the meal is this good, you nitpick every little detail. Overall, this is our new favorite spot. This meal was outstanding and I highly recommend it! 10/10 and WORTH EVERY PENNY!

The restaurant is nice and dimly lit with plenty of seating, but you will have to find street parking around Glenwood. We were a party of 6 and they pulled together tables to accommodate us. Our server was a little slow but still friendly. For starters we got a Margherita pizza, calamari, the grilled caesar, and they brought us a complimentary bread basket with oil. Everything except the caesar was good. I guess we didn't expect the caesar to taste THAT charred and the lettuce to not be chopped. For main entrees, we ordered lasagna, lobster ravioli, penne alla vodka, and alfredo. The vodka pasta and lasagna were unflavored and disliked among the table. I would not recommend those dishes. The alfredo was okay. The best dish was the lobster ravioli.

I had yet to visit and the dining room was small but separate from the bar area which was nice and the wine as decor was unique. That said our server never refilled it and only after a switch of servers were we offered a refill. I got the Brie and Prosciutto on Focaccia and it was fine. When one upgrades to fries I expect it to be an upgraded fry. It was fine. Our second server was very sweet but the service overall left something to be desired. There was no table visit at any time and I was grateful for the incredible company because outside that, this spot didn't make the grade.
