I was really disappointed with my experience. The drink I received tasted awful because the milk was clearly burned. Instead of being smooth and creamy, it had a bitter, scorched flavor that completely ruined the coffee. The barista appeared overwhelmed and seemed to be struggling to keep up with orders. While I understand that busy periods can be stressful, the quality of the drink suffered as a result. The drink should never have been served in that condition. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst coffee drinks I've had, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. 3.5 stars- Really convenient shop in the Caltrain station. Some of their items are either cheap or averaged price. I'd say if you buy something, get their coffees or food items. Their "smoothies" are just a bit of Naked Juice and a whole cup of ice; you can add a banana but it will cost an extra dollar. Kind of expensive (about $6) for just those 2 ingredients. Yeap, a cute grab and go coffee shop located right inside the CalTrain station across from Subway. Very convenient & super friendly. Condiments are provided outside! I grabbed a London Fog on the way to work and enjoyed it thoroughly. Loved the fact that she asked how sweet I would like it. Attention to detail! Update on my review. I needed to take the Caltrain this morning and had a few extra minutes to spare. Spoke with the owner and instead of a refund I chose an iced coffee and a chocolate muffin. The owner was really nice and apologetic. Overall he seemed like a really nice guy. Last time was a bit of a rush and I get it we all have those days. This morning my iced coffee with hazelnut was very delicious and my chocolate muffin was soft . Overall my opinion has completely change. Super great and quick (everything ready under 4 minutes). I usually get the breakfast sandwich which is killer however their other options are great too. Do not recommend the pre-made burritos however. Some homeless hanging around but if you stay inside it's great. Slightly high prices however. Go if you want a filling and yummy breakfast. read more

Great service, great smiles from the staff, latte was creamy, and the Ginger Almond scones rule. Inside the station, this little corner caffeine stop offers everything one could imagine for their early shot of espresso or sweet tooth if it so beckons. Good selection of baked goods such as scones, muffins and pastries. There are some mornings (well actually, most mornings) where human interaction and productivity cannot happen until sufficient caffeine levels have been reached. Throw commuting on Caltrain into the mix... And you have a business! Tazza is one of these businesses that have popped up inside the Caltrain station, and they have kept me alive many a mornings with their simple but quick service. Of course, it's just a little stand in the middle of the station. No seating like a coffeeshop. The barista at the window will hand you a cup to fill with coffee if that's all you desire. There is also a variety of pastries in the window to provide sweet sustenance, but they're not very good from my experience. The cheese danish has made my stomach churn on Caltrain, which is a terrible feeling. Overall, Tazza gets the job done. I would only come here if I was taking an early train and didn't have time to make myself coffee at home. Seems like it could be a regular morning ritual for many. They do have a good set of coffee brews, and I like that it's mostly self-serve, so kudos to the existence of this place! read more

Surprise coffee/baked items shop in the train station. We were waiting for the train and the kids wanted 'something'. This stand has smoothies made with Naked juice. I would say about 3-4 minutes. The egg & cheese bagel with bacon appealed to me at that time so I ordered that. The employees here were friendly and efficient, in my opinion. Of course, having it made hot and fresh, waiting was expected. 5 minutes was acceptable enough for my edacious self to meet and greet my long-awaited bagel. Super convenient for the train, being that it's right there at the station, swing by, grab breakfast and hop a train. Perfect... Only the line was long and disorganized. People were ordering and then just standing at the counter waiting for their hot sandwiches. My croissant (my breakfast pastry weakness) was not buttery and flaky and I would expect, instead it was like eating a bread roll. This alone is enough to make me not spend my money there anymore. I never even tried the coffee but I would recommend spending $1.25 at the newspaper stand next door or bring a to go because waiting in an unorganized line when you have a train to catch is just frustrating, even more so when the product isn't even all that great. read more
