Has tables you can sit and enjoy your snacks and boba teas. There's an area set up you can pick you toppings and fill it as much as you like with plenty of toppings. Then you pick your tea and in the end seal the cup in the cup sealer machine! And wah lah! Done! I made myself a cup full of toppings lol it had agar boba, egg pudding and lychee jelly and I filled it with a strawberry tea. The drink was on the sweeter side but it was still good. And the experience was fun! I also ordered a flight of matcha to bring home to my son who loves matcha and he said he loved them all!

I adjusted the sweetness to 30% and added boba. Like the first time, the drink was really good. The boba had the perfect balance of softness and chewiness. I really liked the texture. 30% sweetness was also perfect for me. My friend got the same drink but with an extra shot of tea. I didn't realize that was an option, but I love that it is.

When we got there, there were roughly three other individuals in the shop waiting for their drinks and we didn't notice a good number of to go orders come through while we were there. I would say at least six people came to pick up and drink order size range from two to six drinks for those folks. The space itself is very clean and bright at the same time with the colors on the mural to the right as you enter and also those cute Post-it artboard on the left hand side by the pickup area. So the space is definitely inviting and it was nice to be able to sit down considering that there was space when we arrived. Regarding the service it was pretty straightforward because there was a kiosk that you could order from and then the order went straight to the person in the back making the drinks. When we did pick up our drinks from the counter he greeted us at high and said he hopes that we enjoy our drinks and if we need anything else just let him know. During our time there we got two drinks. The first one wasn't Assam Black milk tea and the other was a taro milk tea, both with boba. I will say one of my favorite things about going to t / boba shops is the quality of the ingredients. I really enjoy when I can taste the tea or the other ingredient that is in there and it's not masked by the brown sugar Bobo or the jellies or whatever you put inside of your drink as a topping. Lazi Cow is definitely one of these places. I gave my drink a shake and as I took my first sip I could immediately taste the quality of the tea within my drink and my friend when he took a sip of his he was like I can really taste the taro and it wasn't clumpy it wasn't chunky it was perfectly smooth and just really blended well within the cup. Considering how high quality it had for the drinks, I would definitely come back here and try the other drinks. The one thing I was not sure about is how the glass jars work beyond the payment for them. Call out is you do have to pay an additional $1 to get a glass jar and you can take that with you. My question is around if you bring the glass jar back do you get a potential discount or do they just recycle it and you get a new jar without being charged. I will have to find that out next time. They were crispy, flavorful, and delicious. For just a drink and an appetizer , I spent around $20, which felt a bit pricey. Thinking about it, that's a price of a meal. Then again, with today's prices, it almost seems expected. Overall, if I'm already in the area, I'd stop by again for a drink, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to visit.

Not much service - the employee at the counter was not that helpful and I had to figure out myself that I needed to fill out a form for the Sushi Burrito. I ordered their Icy Jasmine Tea Latte with boba and Sushi Burrito (you fill out one of the forms on the side for what you want in the burrito and hand it to an employee at the counter). The tea latte was good, I like the creaminess to it with a subtle tea taste to it, but I wished they gave more boba, especially for a tall cup. The sushi burrito was a bit small for the price point, but they do not charge for some toppings that other poke spots charge for, which is a plus. Quality of toppings was decent, but the salmon could have had been more fresh. It was a bit unorganized here and it seems like some of the employees do not know what to do or what they are doing. At one point multiple people were making sushi burritos and they were making all these other orders, while I was just standing there for at least 20ish minutes. I was finally noticed by an employee and asked for my order number. She made my food, while the other employee was supposed to make my drink, but I guess he just set up the cup with the boba in it, but never made my drink, so I had to wait even longer. Overall, they have a good concept with having a variety of drinks, food items, and snacks, so it is good for groups to come here to eat and makes it easy because there should be something on the menu for everyone. Light, refreshing, and the creamy cheese foam on top added that perfect little extra flavor that makes it feel more special than a regular tea. Everything came out quickly, the atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and it was just one of those easy, happy stops that my daughter and I enjoy together. They have four bingsoo options, plus a combo of two of their flavors (half strawberry, half mango) on the kiosk menu. They also have a variety of drink options and some pastry items in the case, although I realized I didn't pay any attention to what was in there; my focus was the bingsoo. The bingsoo was good, the only thing I didn't like was the mochi was pretty hard. Great serving size and easy to share with another; I definitely wouldn't be able to finish it myself. Bright, open interior. A few plants throughout. Could probably use a few more tables inside. There was a couple seats available after I ordered, but the tables were taken. The tables did clear out by the time my order was out though. They keep it pretty cool inside, I had goosebumps by the time I was done with my bingsoo. There is limited interaction with the staff, but the person who called my order waited for me to walk to the counter to grab my order after calling my name and number and greeted me with a smile.
