This place was really cute and unassuming. The boba and tea were delicious. The young person helping us answered all our questions and hooked us up right. We were able to sit and chat for like 2 hours. My friend has been talking about the play on name since we left. Lol

The place is pretty cute. It was empty when I first arrived and had a few customers come in and out after me. I got the Taro Blended because I went there around 6pm and I'm pregnant so I shouldn't be drinking too much caffeine. The drink came out super quick, about 2 minutes. I was hoping there would be some real taro in the drink but there was none. It was just flavored taro and some ice mixed with some powdered milk. Overall it was ok. The person that took my order didn't ask me about sugar level and was about to give me full sweetness. Thankfully I asked if I could have half sweetness, which is the least they can do for that drink. The drink came out pretty sweet still so I was glad that I did the minimum. I do wish they had an even less sweeter option or at least something that tasted more natural. I felt like I was drinking mainly syrup and ground up ice.

After driving by this place several times I finally gave it a try. I decided to just get a Thai tea because you can't go wrong with a classic drink for a boba spot. Sad to say it didn't taste like Thai tea. It was too milky and had like an after taste that threw it off. Also the service was plain. There wasn't any greeting when you walk in and vibes were plain.

This tea place is very delicious. I usually get the Taro milk tea ! They are pretty quick with your orders and it's pretty affordable. They have plenty of space for you to sit at if you go hang out with your friends. They have some really nice paintings inside. It's located inside the shopping center where the neighborhood Walmart is definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Tea Be Honest... I didn't know there were multiple locations. The drink I got was a seasonal pumpkin one with boba. It was decent on a hot day, but the pumpkin cream was a little overwhelming. The boba was pretty decent. The cashier was nice and the drink came out fast. Overall 3.5 stars with the customer service. I would come back here if I was in the area to try their fruit teas. They have a good variety of drinks here. Stay thirsty!

On a hot Inland Empire day, Tea Be Honest truly hits the spot. I popped in one afternoon on my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience from start to finish. The shop is located in a strip mall, so plenty of free, easy parking out front. I stopped in a few minutes after they opened, so no wait. The woman working was quick and friendly pulling everything together. I ordered a mango Galaxy Tea with boba added in and it was honestly everything I was looking for in a mid-workday pick-me-up treat drink. Unique flavor combination, delicious boba, oddly high quality plastic cup that was cutely branded and could probably be washed and reused. If you're in the Rialto area and are looking for something more interesting to try than Coffee Bean or Starbucks, give Tea Be Honest a try!

Tea spot with cute decor. There were couple of tables and chairs. It wasn't too busy when I went, but service felt a little slow. There was an extensive menu, but I decided to go with a fruit tea. I got the Sweet Garden Fruit Tea, which was made with Jasmine green tea, kiwi, pineapple, and lemon. It was a very refreshing and delicious drink, and it was gone real fast.

Hard to find a tea spot/boba shop that gives fresh fruit in their drinks. My drink was so delicious. Also first time trying my sisters drink where she had a crème brûlée top. Great way to switch up drinks. Place is spacious inside and love the decor. Next time will sit in besides just taking it to go.

Super cute interior! The boba drinks here are good and the boba tastes sweet and soft. I specially like coming with my friends after dinner to relax and talk so the interior design makes it welcoming. They have two restrooms and they close late so it's a nice place to go for a bit to catch up with friends. The service is good too, they're always nice and answer all my questions when I go since sometimes I like to change it up and try a different drink. Pros: I love that it is a local spot, very quick, and has great menu items including a galaxy tea that you can't get anywhere else! Service: the baristas are amazing! I have gone in during "tea testing" and they offer me samples of their new teas and ask for my opinion. They also suggest great boba drinks and customization. Taste: This is your average boba shop, you will find drinks that are affordable and good quality. It is not a high quality tea shop but it is absolutely delicious. It is on the sweeter side so ask for sweetness % to be lowered if you aren't the sweet drink type. Overall rating: 8.5/10

I am so excited that Rialto finally has a tea place and more importantly, that it is a great tea place. I tried this place recently and we ordered a thai tea, an horchata tea and a Hokkaido milk tea and everyone loved their drink. I definitely will be back to try more teas because after only one visit, we were impressed. read more

The boba is okay, probably the best I've had in the San Bernardino area to be honest. The service is okay too. Probably should work on their interior to make it really stand out but otherwise it's great. I really appreciate the floral beverages. I can't find that at any other boba stop in the area. read more

My sister and I came out this way to look at a house I was interested in. While waiting we decided to try this boba place. The service was great and the drinks were excellent as well. The cups are huge too! There's not many bobas place in the surrounding area so I'm glad this place is in town. read more

The best boba in Rialto at the moment, in my opinion. The ratio of boba to tea is perfect! Their cups are a huge plus for me, as they can be reused at home. The place is also very trendy and cute. Their flavor selection is nice enough to have many choices but not too many to overwhelm. My only opinion on improvement would be the service. The more mature lady was very welcoming but the younger staff was not, no reaction to clients walking in. There were two girls ordering after me were struggling to choose something from the menu, they looked unfamiliar with the choices. The girl taking the order wasn't helpful or even nice to them. It is a new place and I only hope that area gets improved. read more

First time tonight, flavors one taro and one matcha blended. The flavor profile is decent to familiar. For how late it is (9pm), boba is fresh and good (hopefully made daily). However, both drinks could be blended longer as it's more like a raspado (snowcone). I will try it again and maybe ask for an extra blend? read more

First time coming in, I've drive past a couple times but was always in a rush. Really good milk tea and it was ready extremely fast. I ordered a strawberry matcha with boba. I love myself, a galaxy tea with white peach ($5.25) with Boba ($0.75). Inside is a cute Boba theme sitting area with tables. (See photo of their wall). It's well lit, clean, and the service is polite and helpful. The only wait I had was for the drink to be made. (See photo of drink). I definitely would recommend this place and come again read more

I've lived in Rialto for 5 years now and I'm so happy I don't have to drive 15-20 mins for good boba anymore! This location has only been open for about 2 weeks so they are still training and learning all their drinks. I had the passion fruit slush and a original milk tea...they were both really good! Overall, my first visit was pleasant and can't wait for my next drink soon! read more

I often come to this shop since it's the closet to my mothers house I came in two days ago like at 2pm and my boba smelled expired like a funky smell and even tasted super weird I did have stomach pain today and after the 5th sip I didn't have time to drive back since I came from LA this was only sitting for 2 hours and it looks dilated with water . The boba even tasted old and hard but most of the time it taste hard .. I'm so disappointed how the service and freshness got sadly last time I will be going to this place . read more

It's been a while! We've been needing a GOOD boba place near home. The baristas are always the sweetest, very patient. The vibe is always great, especially since they're always playing good music. The boba itself is very yummy. I always go in with an order for six people and I'm out of there in 10min! Definitely recommend any drink with the foam. Tea was good. But the two girls working when I went in spent the whole time I was there talking trash about former customers. Sounded like it was from days prior, but just comes off as unprofessional to talk trash about customers in front of other customers as we waited for our drinks to be made. read more

It was not as smooth and silky as others I have had. The flavor of the tea was solid. The price of the drink was surprising (~$8). Overall, giving Ding Tea Rialto a 4/5. Service is good and the tea is good. The space is small, but there are some tables to sit and hang out at. Would not be at the top of the list to return to, but would return in the future.

We also loved the Matcha Haruka, The Black Sesame Hojicha, and the Rose Hojicha. The Mango Matcha Latte was also superb...you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Service was excellent! The cashier was kind. We received our orders quickly. There were some games on the table to play while we waited. Not much seating inside the store. Plenty of parking out in front in a shared lot with other businesses. Would come back for their hojicha sesame latte!

I casually mentioned that I was relieved they were open because my daughter and I had just spent 10 hours at Kaiser and were heading home in traffic. The owner immediately said that after such a long day, we deserved 10% off. That kindness really meant a lot. While we talked, I asked about the sweet treats and the plants for sale. He shared that they started out at the farmers market and that many of the items in the shop come from other farmers market sellers. It's such a great way to support the community and create a symbiotic relationship with other small businesses. Needless to say, we visit Kaiser often and this will be our new regular stop. I ordered the coconut boba tea and my daughter got the taro milk tea, and both were divine. Ten stars for atmosphere, community, and kindness, and another ten stars for delicious boba.

It's not fair to rush the closing crew as to avoid overpayment. Either close at an earlier time, or continue having disgruntled customers.

They didn't even really want to give me the rag they had to wipe up some of it before driving off. I really hope my purse and jacket aren't stained once they dry. I'm even more irritated because I called customer service and they were closed. You shouldn't be serving drinks with faulty lids knowingly and you should make sure the drinks are secured in the cup holder before passing it off to the customer. My vehicle reeks of coffee!
