I usually order a regular milk tea, but I wanted to try their boba and brown sugar type. Their boba that day was soft, chewy, and sweet! It was definitely great compared to other places I've been. There is very little seating options (a few tables and seats), but as an express option it does a quick service and convenience. It wasn't busy, so can't really say it's quick if it does get as busy as a line out the door (which is what I usually see). Parking is not as great, best to find a spot underground than to compete for a parking near the stores. Although I haven't been to TStation for awhile, this experience was so positive and reminded me of why it is definitely a good option for drinks! I got a simple large honey green milk tea and although it was on the pricier side ($8), I did overall enjoy its flavor. The menu is extensive, giving a variety of options to its guest. Service was efficient, but not much engagement as you order through the kiosks. However, it seemed like the workers would be willing to adjust the drinks as needed (saw them do so for another guest), so that's awesome! Always appreciate the quality of their teas at tea station. Pricey but good. Almond milk tea is my favorite. Happy they're open now since the valley/SG location closed. Parking is better, but still can get busy. They have pre made tea from tea leaves for sale, chilled in the fridge. They have a couple table tops and high stool chairs indoors, to enjoy your food/drinks, and a small table outdoors. Public restroom available They still do stamp cards :) This was my first time here at this location. So it may be unfair to say that the valley location's drinks taste better? Terrible service. Placed a phone order and was told kitchen was closed. Fine. Got a drink anyhow. Arrived when told to arrive, and waited at the cash register while two women making drinks made drink after drink. One woman said "please wait a moment" after making the third drink. Man, I haven't been at tea station express since 2019 before I moved. After I came back, they were closed during the pandemic and only recently re-opened. I thought they were doing renovations or something, but tbh it looks a lot like the old tea station express so I don't think they renovated at all! This used to be my favorite place to chill/study/hang out with friends. I finally got to come back today to work and it just wasn't the same for the following reasons: 1. The drinks are super expensive!! One drink (medium size) will run you about $7-8 - which is insane. I might as well go to Sunright and get a drink for $5. 2. Their wifi wasn't super stable. The guy told me that I had to join 5 times for the wifi to work. I was able to get in on my laptop pretty easily but my phone was never able to connect sadly. 3. They played loud radio music. Their selection of music used to be better - like I think they used to play Mandopop (like Jay Chou). Now it's just mainstream pop music. 4. The guy working at the register (I think he was the manager) wasn't very nice. He also tried to add a pudding topping to my order when I didn't ask for it so I kindly asked him to remove it. I got the rose green milk tea and it was pretty good! Just like how I remembered their drinks to be. I got it 50% sweet and no ice and they filled the drink to the rim. Even at 50% sweet I still thought it was super sweet, so maybe I'll opt for 25% next time. They didn't offer me a stamp card which was disappointing. read more

This is my 2nd or 3rd time here and both times has been great. But this time, my drink tasted really good. I ordered the Lychee Black Tea with boba and the wife got the Lavender milk tea hot. I really liked my lychee drink as it had the right amount of sweetness and the boba was soft and bouncy. It was definitely coated with brown sugar because it not only had a nice chew, but also slightly sweet. The sugar level of the drink was perfect to my liking. The lavender milk tea was also good. Not sure if they used creamer instead of milk, because it had a creamy taste to it and since I was lactose, I didn't have any after effects. I also like that if you purchase a drink, the box of tea is only $3 each vs. $4.50 if you were to just purchase the tea by itself. read more

I love this place, it one of the few place that shake their tea by hand. Recently they changed the process of making tea. NOT good at all, the new recipe takes away the tea flavor and now it just milk with no tea. Hope they go back to the traditional way of shaking the tea by hands so I could return. I have been coming to this tea station express location for a while now and this is my review for it. FOOD/ DRINKS 4/5: My go to for this place would definitely be the boba milk green tea. The tea itself is very good quality and their boba here is soft and chewy. Last time I was here I got 50% sugar and in my opinion is a bit too sweet for me. I would definitely go for 25% next time. You can also do no ice and they will fill up the drink for you! They do have two sizes and I go for the medium because compared to other places is a large. Their upsize I think is 30 oz but it is $1.75 more. The only food I tried here was their popcorn chicken and it was pretty good. The reason I took off a point was because of their prices. My drink itself was $7.25 which is pricey compared to other boba places around. I'm guessing it is because of the tea quality? but paying that price I will say is not worth it. SERVICE 3.5/5: I feel like their service can definitely be a lot better. The lady who took out order felt like she was rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. Other servers were ok but letting you know if you want to change your ice and sugar level, you have to tell them or else they will give you all regular. I was also pretty disappointed this location does not take any stamp cards like other locations do. AMBIENCE 4/5: The place is located in Camellia Square near Summer Rolls. Their spot is actually pretty decent sized compared to other stores in the plaza but it is definitely not as big as the restaurants or Meet Fresh. It usually doesn't get too busy as far as I know. There are around 3 high top tables and I am not sure if they have wifi for those who want to study. You should go there a bit early because the plaza does get VERY VERY BUSY and the parking is pretty bad when that happens. They do have underground parking in the back but that can get full as well. Overall I recommend Tea Station Express because yes the drinks and food here are expensive but it is worth giving a try. read more
