Everything from their Boba, to their matcha, to their popcorn chicken, shrimp wonton noodles, and specialized Zha Jiang Mein noodles are exceptional!!! This boba shop is clean, cute and spacious. As soon as I walked in, there were a few people studying and on their laptops, but don't let that stop you from bringing your friends here and having a chat. We ordered a jasmine green tea w/ tiramisu foam and oolong milk tea w/ tiramisu foam and boba. The milk tea definitely has a strong tea taste which I personally like. The jasmine green tea tasted fresh. Their tapioca balls had a nice texture and still had a sweet taste to it. I enjoyed it overall. Their tiramisu foam was fine. It wasn't too heavy which was nice but I think I could have gone without it. I have tried better foams at other shops but still definitely give it a try. The egg pancake is really good and fresh. I was expecting a puny little pancake, but when it arrived it was actually a pretty big size. I also got the taro milk tea but it depends on what type of taro tea you like. The color was not vibrant purple, it was the color of real taro so I am guessing that it is not artificial? It wasn't too sweet and I was happy with that. My husband liked the popcorn chicken. I can't vouch for it because I'm a vegetarian. I'll definitely order from here again. read more

I am not much to please and love Boba, but The actual Boba in my drinks were undercooked and very stiff, not chewy. The popcorn chicken that we ordered was raw. And the customer service was horrible! They didn't let me use the restroom even though I was a customer with 7 other people that I brought with me. I wasn't a passerby using their restroom. If you're looking for a sweet stop DON'T go to Teamorrow, unless you want to turn your experience SOUR. My son and his gang of high school misfits have been going since it opened, but the owner/operator TIGER was a real jackass. After asking for 75% sweetener (per my son who is a regular) he said he couldn't do it. Then I ordered my second drink and he asked if I wanted sweetener. I said, "I don't understand, you said you couldn't do sweetener?" Then he barked at me that he didn't understand me. As you can imagine, what was supposed to be a pleasant stop on a hot day only put me in a foul mood. Luckily, as it turns out there is a boba shop across the street, SIMPLEE BOBA which provides delicious drinks, for a better price and not a bit of grief. I'll never be spending my money at Teamorrow again and will be encouraging my South Pasadena friends and family to do the same. read more

The cafe has plenty of room to hangout with friends or catch up on work. The menu has great options. It's great that we finally have a proper boba tea place in the neighborhood. The food they served is also tasty, and the place has a very fun and relaxed vibe. A few cons that keep this place from getting a full 5 stars: - service takes a while. They make everything from scratch and it's fairly busy during lunch and dinner, so be prepared for a little wait. - the tea may not match everyone's taste, but the good thing is that they are willing to redo it until you are satisfied. - it's a popular place, so it gets busy and seating is hard to come by now. I'm not a boba person, but wanted something refreshing to accompany my shrimp wontons (spiced perfectly, by the way). I ordered the oolong with almond milk... and it looked and tasted like a murky oolong (not enough milk to make it creamy). And at the requested 25% sweetness, it was still pretty damn sweet. The milk tea here isnt overly sweet. I didn't even jave to adjust my sweetness level to be lower. The staff is super friendly. Plus they serve food here. I've tried the house special and the pork belly soup. Both were not overly salty. The shop is right by the gold line station and south pasadena library. So it's convient place to stop by. read more

As a response to the Owner's comments below: I appreciate the Owner's response but there were some inaccuracies in your reply. First, I was at the counter when I watched the barista make my Oolong milk tea drink and hand it over to me. Cause I'm a stickler like that. He took out a carton of powdered milk and put a scoop of it in there. Then I asked him if they use whole milk like the menu says, and he told me the recipe changed and they use powder now. So I handed the drink back to him and requested for another one with whole milk. Second, I understand that Oolong takes time to brew. However, they made three other Oolong drinks in the time that I waited for other customers so it was about 25 minutes until I finally received my drink...and only after I reminded the barista about it. I watched him pour whole milk in it this time and the drink looked markedly different from the one with powdered milk. I'm not against powder if that's what the cafe wants to use but had I known this it would have changed what I ordered. But more importantly, I'm not lying about my experience if that's what the owner is implying below. I think your staff is the problem as well as your management needing to plan ahead to accommodate a large influx of people. I don't think I even minded the long wait time but it was more about the integrity of your staff that really irked me. read more

Came once when in the area, and have been waiting for the chance to go back. Their beef noodle soup was good, and so was the House Spicy Zha Jiang Mian. Regarding the latter, it was a little bit too salty, but I'm sure that's something that can be easily fixed. I love this place. My husband and I live nearby and stumbled across this place soon after it opened. We have since moved a bit farther, but still come back. First off, the customer service is fantastic. We met one of the owners on our first trip there and he walked us through the menu. He has been pleasant ever since, recognizing us and making sure to say hello even if he is busy. Second, the drinks are yum! Whenever I feel dehydrated and need to down a quick drink, this place is the perfect cure. I have tried many of their drinks, but I think the Hokkaido milk tea is my fav. (Thanks for coming back safely during shelter in place orders! Stopping by to grab a drink made us feel a little more sane through all the madness. Food/drinks: The food is alright, I don't think it's worthy since the portion is small and the taste is quite normal. The drinks will be slightly sweeter than normal boba shops so ask for less sweetness if you're not a sweet tooth. The owners are also nice to ask if you like it or not and are more than willing to adjust to make you satisfied Their foam tea is probably average, I would say it's a little sweeter for people like me who likes the saltiness of cheese foam. Peach green tea is a safe choice. It's not super fruity but it does the job. Environment: The place is quiet, well-lit, and has outlets. However, I do find the wifi unreliable at times. Interior and decor is quite cute. However, there's not a lot of seating, and it looks like a lot of people stay there for a while, so don't bank on staying too long. I don't believe there's any lot parking in the area (and if there is, there were no signs at all), so you're on your own to find street parking. Another issue is that the prices can't be justified for what you're getting. The sizes are quite small and the flavor is just okay. My friend got Heart of the Ocean, which was pretty before she mixed it up but the flavor could be described as just sour. For the colors in it, we were expecting more than that. I ordered a mango green tea and it was just bland. Both the mango and tea flavors weren't very prominent. We also got a popcorn chicken and that was also pretty tasteless. I added a lot of pepper and spicy powder in an attempt to give it some flavor. read more

I have been waiting for this spot to open since moving to the neighborhood in November, as I walk by the building every day to and from the South Pasadena train station. Happened to make my first visit on a Sunday on a trip into Little Tokyo for lunch. I was the only person in the store when I entered and was received very warmly by the staff. When I ordered my iced matcha, no milk or sweetener, they complimented me on my choice of beverage ("How did you know this is the best item on our menu? You must be a professional." ) and joked if I was named after jasmine green tea. My matcha was perfect. I watched the beverage made from scratch before me with a ceremonial brush and bowl (no premade matcha here) and was encouraged to let them know if I required any modifications. Will be making Teamorrow a daily (or at least M-F) habit from now on. read more

As a South Pasadena local, didn't stumble upon this place until recently. I asked the worker when they opened and it has been here since last March! Found my new study spot that has good WiFi, food and drinks! The customer service is great. Everyone is friendly and kind. I love how this place has actual food and boba. Recommend the dumplings and onion pancakes! They tastes great and authentic. The noodle dishes are definitely catered to the Caucasian tastebuds. The noodles tasted like pasta and the flavoring for somethings didn't tastes so authentic. The boba wasn't as soft and chewy as I like it but the tea is fresh and tasty. Love where this place is situated. It's in south Pasadena on a quaint little street right next to the metro kind of giving it a San Francisco feel. If you get there before 5 pm parking isn't an issue, there's tons of street parking. Their decor is super cute and modern! I love the white marble, cat theme, gold accents, and that beautiful water color style wall. Everything is picturesque. The service was good. The cashier was friendly and patient with us first timers. This place is super quiet so it's good for getting some work done. The drinks unfortunately were a let down. There was nothing wrong with them they were just so painfully average both of us felt they could be made at home. We got a black milk tea and a rose milk tea.
