They have changed management and the food menu! Wanted to come back for their soba salad but couldn't find the number to order. When I got there I learned that this was no longer available. I did try their popcorn chicken - good but not great but they do fries like potato corner, so that was the selling point for me! The drinks are still good. The lady working said they were bringing back some of the old menu, so we shall see!

New coffee shop on the block. They definitely have a good variety and a simple but clean interior. I tried the Vietnamese coffee and boy, did that get me going! Definitely very caffeinated, but that's what I was seeking for a midday pick me up! I see they just started serving popcorn chicken and may have some other bites coming soon, I might be open to trying that next time. The girl at the counter was very sweet and my drink came out really quick. I would definitely come here again to try other drinks or maybe for a coffee again!

We liked our drinks: avocado, Thai tea, a matcha drink. We've had them before and would recommend. The place is super clean and tidy. It looks as if they just had a grand opening, but they've been open for sometime now. This includes the restroom which is a pet peeve of mine The staff are certainly polite and very professional. Two observations: 1. Service could be much faster. We were the only customers and it took over 15 mins for the first drink to come out. We stayed in and noticed for all the other new customers as well. 2. The music (rap) was a tad too loud, and they need to pay attention to their playlist as it relates to current events. P Diddy or whatever he calls himself these days was blasting and I thought was insensitive considering his legal issues.

Seems Teanery is under new management since my last review. Changed the interior and menu a bit, sadly got rid of food options but hopefully those will come back with time. I tend to go for fruit teas and so far very tasty and refreshing. Staff are pretty quiet, not too talkative. Sad that they also discontinued the previous stamp cards. Hopefully the ambiance will get back to what it once was, drinks are luckily still just as good.

Found a new milk tea and boba shop spot. We're so glad we decided to stop by especially when we found out it's under new management. The staff at Teanery is great as they are very welcoming and nice. The shop is spacious and has plenty of seating available along with a long huge couch. It's very clean and bright, as the natural light shines through the huge glass windows. Our favorite drinks at Teanery are the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Matcha Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea and Thai Milk Tea. We like the fact that you can adjust the sweetness level of the drinks. The several times we've visited Teanery, wait times weren't long either. They also serve your milk teas and coffee with a smile. Thank you Teanery.

I tried the coconut coffee (blended) for the first time. Its good! Don't forget to mix it since the coffee is on the bottom and the sweet coconut mix is above. Love the coconut shavings! I highly recommend it! Thank you!

My wife and I stopped by Teanery yesterday, this was my first time here after they had a change of ownership. They made some changes inside in terms of layout so it's more open than before. They also took out food from their menu so it's all mostly drinks for now. They also added a kiosk where you can order your drink from which they didn't have before but when we came it wasn't working. The prices also seem to be a little cheaper than it was before. My wife still loves her Jasmine Milk Tea and the parking situation here is a hit or miss depending on how busy the plaza is. The customer service here is still great so if you're in the area, you should give them a try.

I've been to this place before, but decided to try something different this time. It's usually not too crowded, and they have a nice seating area where you can relax and enjoy your drink. The staff is always friendly, and they accept both cash and credit cards. This time, I ordered a Thai Tea. It was quite good--on the sweeter side and a bit more milky than others I've tried, but still delicious. It had the caffeine kick I was looking for, and overall, it was a solid experience. I'd rate it an 8/10 and will definitely be back to try more!

Strawberry smoothie boba and mango green tea boba

Just your standard typical boba shop in the valley. Friend got a strawberry smoothie boba and thought it was too sweet, so would suggest 75% sweetness on their smoothies. I got the mango green tea. It came with bits of mango. Boba was more on the softer side as opposed to chewy so that was the only miss! The girls making the drinks were sweet and the store is spacious enough to bring friends and talk.

This place is great, the only thing is their cups always leak. If the got new cups it would be perfect. The mango milk tea is the best! The service is great always friendly.

Nice little store in a strip mall plaza. I was looking for some tea on a hot day after shopping at the supermarket right next to here. Very clean and very open store, so if I ever end up in this part of town again, then I will definitely stop by to do some work. The drink itself was very standard, I got a fruit green tea and it hit the spot on the 90° day that I was in my car. I also got a Panini, but I can't remember what type I got. It had cheese and kimchi in it, and after they pressed the sandwich, it had a nice crunch and flavor. The cashier was very nice and providing recommendations because I was very indecisive about what I wanted and what food I wanted to get. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

Sadly after reopening they don't have much of the old menu from the previous or the food, there wasn't really much to start with the limited menu. Honestly as of right now pretty close to a regular boba spot compared to before, the large feels smaller than before. The monster latte was pretty good though. read more

I was soooo hesitant to go since it said "Under New Ownership" and this was my usual café to go to on Sundays. I got the Taro Smoothie with Custard and they did not disappoint. They blended actual taro instead of the powder to make the drink and I'm glad I tried it. Used to come here EVERYDAY to get myself a delicious sandwich and a daily dose of caffeine but ever since they switched management they no longer offer food items so there really isn't much of a reason to come here anymore :( Just another typical boba spot and there's a faster one down the street. The only real reason to come here was for the food really. I used to drive all the way from LA during my lunch break just for their sandwiches. RIP Spicy chicken sandwich you will be missed :'( read more

Great boba spot in Panorama City! Employees are always kind. My favorite is the tropical dragonfruit smoothie (not sure if that's the right name -- but it's so good!) I've also tried their chicken pesto panini and enjoyed that. Definitely give this place a try. They have a rewards program as well so that's always nice read more

Bad news: new owners don't know what they're doing. I stopped by here a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised by the price and taste. I was looking forward to being in that part of town again so I could come back, but I see they're under new management. Went in anyway and got a coconut coffee and a Thai tea for my boyfriend. These drinks were so bitter, they were undrinkable! I regret not turning my car around and asking for a refund. The coconut coffee had barely any coconut flavor in it, all I could taste was the nasty, low-quality coffee. Maybe I was spoiled by the coconut coffee in Vietnam, but seriously, it can't be THIS hard to get right. Thai tea was the same story, SUPER bitter. And they said they couldn't go lower than 70% ice on it because it was so bitter? So why not just add more milk?? I didn't press the issue. And to rub salt in the wound, the new interior has been stripped of all its personality. It's now a copy/paste of every other boba tea place: sterile, white and millennial gray, Apple Store-esque. Just lame, on every account. Skiiiiiiip. read more

I was lucky enough to learn about Teanery from a Yelp Experience event I attended. Since I have been having a sweet tooth lately Teanery has been my local fix. Had some errands to run at Seafood City and had that craving again for something sweet. I ordered the Strawberry matcha milk tea and it was great! Having Teanery around is very convenient especially in the location that it is in. Get some errands done and enjoy a nice treat. Parking: small private lot. (gets congested during peak time) VERDICT: Rinse and repeat read more

Its under new management and its disappointing. They don't honor the previous rewards, so if you were close to getting a free drink, its no more. Seemed like it was a soft opening, but staff didn't remember how to do certain drinks. Interior is boring - nothing of the charm before. Bummer this place changed and might frequent other local boba spots. read more

Really solid boba tea spot near home. There is another place in the same corner, not as good and very limited on tea flavors. Will definitely be back to explore the menu some more. They just opened and they are very friendly. Obviously the drinks are good so if you're in the area, it's worth a stop if you're looking for some tea. They also have sandwiches and other small bites. Located right across the street from the Kaiser, this yummy boba tea spot is in a large parking lot with several small businesses next to a little Caesar's. Inside is cute, several tables and chairs. Also high top counter seating and some soft couches. The bathroom is clean. The girl is the front immediately greeted me before I was all the way inside so that was pleasant. Her name was Stephanie, super friendly and nice and helped recommend selections. I wanted to try their "Ube" purple milk tea. Similar to taro but it's potato based. I actually prefer this to the taro. Very flavorful. I also ordered their waffle, with strawberry and milk tea dipping cream. I've never gotten one of these before and it's so good!! The waffle is fluffy and thick but not too soft and not hard. It's a perfect bread. The milk tea dipping cream is good but the strawberry was great. This is not a small waffle! Good portion size for the small price not even $5! Can't go wrong with that. I ordered my mom the chicken pesto, she said it was very warm, bread is soft but slightly crunchy to give it that perfect crisp crunchy sound. I live in the North Valley (eastside) area now so finding a nearby lunch spot has been difficult. A lot of the food options where I live are your typical fast food joints and/or not good quality food. The first time I went to Teanery Co., I had tried only their mango smoothie, and it was delicious. However, when I left, I noticed that they also sold meals and told myself I would come back to try one of their ready-to-go foods. Today, when I went for a second time, I had my eye on the basil pesto chicken salad and BLT sandwich. #1 Basil Pesto Chicken Salad ($7.50): The bits of pasta were a nice balance to the romaine lettuce, tomato, and nuts. Although it came with dressing, I did not add it onto the salad because I felt it tasted good and healthier without it. The cost of the salad was also affordable for the quality and portion received (see photo attached). This was way better than the grocery store salads from Ralphs and it was not super expensively priced like Sweet Greens or Tender Greens. I also really appreciated that she made the food when I ordered it. It was not packaged and sitting out like at other food locations. #2 BLT Sandwich ($8.50): First, I would like to say that I appreciated that my sandwich looked visually appetizing (she wrapped it up very nicely and all the ingredients were tidily stacked together- see attachment). This sandwich was fulfilling and tasty. I loved that there was avocado in it, and there was a sourness to it from the onions I think. Again, I appreciated that this sandwich hadn't been sitting out. She made my sandwich when I ordered it. It felt homemade and tasted great. This will definitely be my new go-to spot for lunch! The food is tasty, the cost is affordable and it is near where I live. I came here for a yelp elite event about two weeks ago and I'm glad I got to try it, because now I'm hooked! My husband is a big fan of the dalgona coffee. I tired the peach-ade this time and it did not disappoint! It's a carbonated peach juice drink with bits of peaches at the bottom and it is totally refreshing. Perfect sweetness level. Definitely excited to try the other ade flavors as well as the brie sandwich and the blueberry yogurt smoothie, which I've heard good things about. Friendly staff, clean dining area. I recently became a regular at this place and all I can say is that I love this place more than my own mom. This place has the slickest couches of any coffee place I have ever been to "But mark it's a coffee place why are you talking about the couches" Welll that's why you don't have an elite badge. Coffee places are all about the sitting atmosphere I call it the sitosphere. This has among the best sitospheres the universe has ever known. Between the sweet lady who makes your matcha latte a little less sweet upon special request because you're trying to be a LA native or the coffee that is like the less over priced higher quality version of La LA lands... you'll never forget this sitosphere and you'll probably say lalatte to your current shop in favor of this god send of a place Also please... don't tell my mom. The store has a very calm ambiance and the staff was very kind! Lots of variety in the drinks they make, and i love that they have so many fizzy drinks because they are not too common in other boba/tea places. I ordered the peach ade and it super yummy. Theres even little apple bits on top :D. They even have sandwiches and salad too. Seems like an ideal place for a light lunch. read more

This place is two weeks old! We found this spot on our way to grocery store. We ordered sugarless tea and almond milk mocha latte. The latte was not too sweet and expresso tasted smooth. BEST BOBA AND CAFE SPOT IN THE VALLEY!! I love this place. The coffee is great, the tea is great, the boba is great. They serve hot food/sandwiches/salads/waffles. The place is clean and well kept. Not sure why they have 4.5 stars but everytime I go to this boba place since it's close to where I work I would always give it a chance. Anyway maybe this is my 4th time here and every time I go here my order takes forever like how can a Thai tea takes 10 -15 mins to wait the worst thing is I see the Thai tea sitting on their end and when I asked like how long for my drink the barista will be like oh yeah I wonder where it is oh here it is and then She asked if I want boba and I ordered it with boba so I was like uhm yeah lol wow are you serious?! They're drinks ain't good either like the Thai tea I got it has an after taste. Tasted like bleach I had to throw it away . I will never go here again . I have visited this store on multiple occasions and their store is always clean and organized. The staff are attentive, and always happy to help you if you have any questions regarding their menu. I believe they will be doing online ordering soon. Tried their BLT Sandwich, Banh Mi Sandwich, Chicken Pesto Sandwich, and Brie Cheese Sandwich. My favorite out of the bunch is the Brie Chicken Sandwich, followed by the Pesto Chicken Sandwich. I also tried their Salmon Salad Bowl, it's pretty good with the cream dressing. I hope they would also offer vinaigrette dressing, it would pair well with the salmon. Tried their Matcha Latte, Dalgona Latte, Strawberry Latte, and Passion Fruit Ade. Their Matcha Latte is not too sweet which is how I like it. The Dalgona Latte transforms its taste once the Dalgona melts in the milk. The Strawberry Latte was so good, my Dad finished it in a few sips. The Passion Fruit Ade was very carbonated, reminds me of Sprite. It's refreshing. Will come back to try more stuff. First time coming here and ordered a bành mi sandwich and an iced strawberry matcha latte. The bành mi sandwich has a spicy sauce that builds up as you eat and has fresh produce! The beef cuts in the sandwich are the right thickness and the egg was a plus! The strawberry pomegranate lemonade is sooo refreshing and yummy. One of the best I've had. The lemonade is nice and tart and then they put a sweet strawberry compote at the bottom that goes perfectly with the lemonade! I was so pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back to try other drinks here. The staff was also really sweet. read more

Big sized and refreshing drinks with a huge menu with lots of possibilities, many of them very unusual, like the watermelon with chilli (creamy texture!). Theo flavors are definitely strong and intense, and this is not necessarily bad. But people who don't like to adventure themselves in the drink realm might not love it - but they have more traditional choices too! read more

Came here on a whim after shopping at Seafood City. I ordered their dalgona latte and it was delicious! I asked them if it's too sweet and they assured me "it's not as sweet as I think" and they're spot on! It's the perfect sweetness. I don't even think they added any sugar at all? I don't like overly sweet things so this was way better than most coffee drinks I've had before. It normally comes with 3 shots of espresso but I asked for 2 shots instead. The dalgona crunchy topping was delicious as well as the foam (?) it came with! I assume all their drinks are not overly sweet either. Prices are reasonable for the amount you get. I think their drinks come in 24 oz cups? The store itself was cute and cozy, they have a nice backdrop for pictures! Overall, i would definitely come back and try their other drinks. I ordered the normal Taro smoothie he didn't even ask me what size I wanted and just gave me the large which is an extra charge and then it took the longest time just for it to come out and it was only one drink and there was no one in front of me waiting for their drink. And they no longer have unique drinks. It's just plain Boba now like any other place you could go to. It just isn't the same... my smoothie wasn't even blended all the way it literally had so many ice chunks like in every single sip and it just tasted OK. read more

Checked out this new tea spot in the hood! Middle of a strip mall, bit tricky to park during the peak hrs. It's this cozy joint run by cool Koreans. Noticed some cute Korean stuff by the counter. sweet young lady welcomed me. Grabbed a dalgona latte spot on! Smooth coffee vibes exactly when I needed it.
