    My Air Force daughter went in for routine maintenance & to replace the windshield that had been damaged by rock. The dealership did everything they were supposed to do on time and according to Ford specs. Excellent dealership! Great Family!

    See the scratch and they sold me the car like this and fixed it after one and half month.

Initially, I had significant issues with my 2024 Kia Carnival SX Prestige, including tire and battery problems from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, my earlier interactions with the previous service team were filled with miscommunication, repeated appointments, and a lot of back-and-forth that left me feeling discouraged and ready to walk away--not just from the dealership, but from Kia altogether. However, just as I was about to leave for good, Tommy and Michaela stepped in. They took the time to truly listen, carefully reviewed all of my documentation, and most importantly, took ownership of the situation. Within hours, they had a clear plan in place, addressed the issues with my vehicle, and ensured that prior concerns and expenses were handled promptly and professionally. I genuinely love my van, and while the earlier experience was disappointing, Tommy and Michaela completely restored my confidence. Their responsiveness, accountability, and commitment to making things right made all the difference. Because of them, I'm not only keeping my vehicle--I'm also confident in returning as a customer. Kia should absolutely recognize their efforts, as they didn't just resolve a problem--they rebuilt trust and positively changed my perception of both the dealership and the brand.

Took care of me in and out no problems go to there instead. They used to be called Chantilly Hyundai and I wish the tow truck driver would have taken it there instead of the Fairfax store for Safford

    Poor communication and service at Safford Hyundai Fairfax…read more Brought vehicle in for a warranty battery replacement--should be a thirty-minute job. Eight-hour wait while they repeatedly tested the battery, which was already dead when I arrived (required jumpstart to get here). Multiple communication failures: The service phone number routes to unanswered voicemail. Had to contact through sales to get a service rep to the phone. Promised three callback updates about repairs and costs--received none. The text message system for customer questions doesn't work--fails every time. The online service status never updates and still shows maintenance is due when it isn't. Previous visit: Dealership lost my key. Took an hour to find it, and I had to search the lot myself since staff couldn't locate it. Only to find it unlocked in an open lot. This is my fourth visit. For a simple warranty repair, the service has been consistently disappointing.

I would like to personally thank Mr. Laszlo Babos, my service advisor, for his sincere attention to me and my BMWs. Laszlo has treated me like family on my regular maitenance visits, my wife and I each own a BMW. Recently I needed a part which had to be ordered. He kept me updated on the arrival of the part, set my appointment over the phone, and met me at the door the morning I brought my car in. He immediately took over, directed me to the waiting area and accompanied the car to the mechanic in charge. Laszlo returned with the time required to replace the part and added from the mechanic's inspection two items that also need attention. Everything went like clockwork. Laszlo has also provided me with guidance and advice on my new X5 50e Hybrid, it is my first hybrid/electric car and I had many questions. BMW of Fairfax has been fair with me, has provided incredible personal support for two sophisticate autos and frankly has become a friend through my trust in him, his hospitality and kindness. They are not processing my payment properly and have completely gone silent -- no responses to my calls or messages. This is unacceptable. You sell them your vehicle in good faith and they can't even follow through on basic payment processing or communication. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership. If they can't handle a simple transaction with integrity, imagine what else they're cutting corners on. Stay far away.
