We had a reservation on Easter for the brunch. Let me start by saying we were a party of 8 adults and two children and two babies. I realize that with a large group it can be tough and maybe not perfect service. We were seated right away. Great! It started with our server. He brought out waters to the table and said he would be right back to take our drink orders. That never happened, he came back and just took our orders, which we did the brunch it was super easy everybody already had their entrees and dessert picked out. He not once mentioned drinks. So I thought he was coming back for that. Nope! Now my daughter was smart enough to order her drink when he took our orders. Then they brought out the pastries and fruit it was all lovely. Still at this point no drink order or refill on waters. I noticed that our server was taking care of tables at the other side of the hall. When our entrees started coming out, they were out a good 5 minutes before the sides. Oh and it this point my husband did not have his entree. Still no refill on water or mentioned of drinks. The food wasn't bad , but I have had better. Finally after all entrees were served, I had my husband flag the server down for refill of water. He seemed irritated we asked. So I will sum it up, this was my first visit here and I had been looking forward to it for a while. I was excited to take our children and grandchildren for Easter. We are a large group but very polite and courteous patrons. The Easter Bunny was lovely and the little's enjoyed that. Yes this building is gorgeous. However the service was terrible and I was just very let down. The food is just subpar. I guess we paid over $500 for the ambience and the Easter Bunny. I will usually always give a business another chance before I totally right them off as a no. It just might be a while. Too bad. Such a beautiful place to have in our city! Went for the holiday tea. Ambience and decorations were amazing, but the food was just OK. And my vegetarian tea tray was a joke! The sweets on it were all good, but they literally just gave me carrot and celery sticks as my savory portion...Won't be returning. read more

The atmosphere is beautiful. Unfortunately the food is just okay, which is really regrettable when the price point is so high. Service was friendly but slow. We went for Christmas dinner and none of our courses were very good (pasta & beans were undercooked, soup wasn't seasoned, and desserts were not fresh). I wanted to love it so much, but the food really misses the mark. To be fair this was my second trip to Tellers. The first was slightly better. I went with friends and had the Cacio e pepe and desserts. While the pasta was nothing to write home about the desserts were much better on my first visit. There are so many places you can go in OKC and get an amazing meal for the same price or much less. Great concept but poor execution. read more

Currently here. Trying to be nice because I had a drink on an empty stomach and it took 90 minutes to get our food. Took 35 minutes to get our first drink. Had to cut the Caesar salad myself. They hid whole anchovies in there and didn't tell me. Sad. Update: Eventually got our food. Not good. Server was very nice. Manager was very nice. We are now at palo santo eating a hot dog. First time coming here and I took my grandmother with me for a lunch date. The service was excellent and the dining experience was wonderful. I did like the selection with what was offered on the menu but was hoping for a little bit more variety ‍ but that is only a minor issue. Staying at The National Hotel this week! This restaurant and hotel just opened April 7,2022! It has been under construction for 7 years and you can see why! It's magnificent. Modern and the hotel rooms are very detailed! This will be my new hotel and restaurant when I come to visit OKC! I got the rigatoni pasta (not pictured) and it was great! I heard many people raving about the steaks on my way in too. Elevator to the 3rd floor to get a different view! Basement and other areas of the hotel haven't yet finished so no need to venture outside of the first through third floors. I'm looking forward to seeing the end results! read more

From the seating host to our servers and food, my first experience was 5 stars. I ordered the veal osso bucco. The meat was so tender I didn't need the knife that was provided. Poor service at the bar on Saturday afternoon. I was one of several guests at the bar. Ordered a half Caesar and the Spaghetti, just water to drink. Bartender (young lady with braces) insisted on running my card. I said I prefer to pay cash and have no electronic record of my visit for privacy reasons (shared account). She said no problem, I'll just cancel it and you can pay cash. Well, she did not! She ran the card. When I reminded her, she acted like it was no big deal. Rude. I understand if the bar is busy getting a tab covered up front, but it was very slow. On that point, the salad too over 15 minutes to come out of the kitchen and only arrived after I asked another staffer to check on it. Treated like a criminal to eat so so food that took too long. So happy the First National building is finally done and the restaurant is open. With the most upscale setting of any restaurant in OKC the automatic expectation is for them to have the highest level of service and to serve you the best meal. I have hopes they will get there but there's currently room for improvement. While we had a reservation our check in was awkward as we were greeted by 3 separate people none of which appeared to know how to check the reservation and seat us. Once seated the server was friendly but the food that we had was average. Just to name one issue - if I pay $50 for a medium rare sirloin steak why in the world would you serve it sliced into small thin strips? All that flavor had run out before I took a bite. I know you can do better Tellers, and I hope you do it quickly. read more

This is the most beautiful place I've been to in the city. Just a really lovely ambiance, and the food is great too. Cocktails to start, wine to close. We had the burrata app, it was good but I'm not a fan of beets so I would get something different next time. The potatoes were so yummy and cooked perfectly, I'd call them addictive. We got the T-bone steak, they cut it up Italian style and it was seasoned nicely and had a good char on it, perfectly cooked. There is a lounge area in the middle of the dining hall near the bar, lots of nooks and places to sit and drink. Some small issues but overall a great experience! Took us about 25 minutes to get seated after our reservation time which was fine, we walked around and took pictures! We got seated and the waiter was awesome! Very knowledgeable and honest about the menu. I ordered the short rib pasta and it was very tasty, did come out a little colder than what I'm used to being served but still delicious. I tried my wife's pasta with chicken. For us the pasta had too much pepper but the chicken was really good. The drinks were good as well. Will definitely come back and recommend to others. read more

To start, the ambience of Teller's is absolutely beautiful. When you make it to the top of the escalator, you are wowed with gorgeous architecture and design. It truly embodies the history of the bank with the bank teller booths and vaults. The food was delicious. We got the meatballs for an appetizer, the rigatoni, and the cacio e pepe. It was as if you were in a completely different time period having an upscale dinner. My only complaint was they were behind on seating reservations. My reservation was at 8pm and was not seated until 8:30pm. This did not bother us though, as we enjoyed a glass of wine at the beautiful bar. Can't wait to go back! read more

I had friends who had been here & recommended Tellers to us. My husband brought me tonight for my birthday dinner. The building is a beautiful old art deco bank. Our server Zane gave us a little history on the building and menu recommendations. Zane was attentive, friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable. My husband got the short rib rigatoni while I had the filet. Both were delicious! We also each had a cocktail. My Barcelona G&T was fabulous. We are looking forward to going back again soon. Thanksgiving 2024 Tables were backed up 30 min- expected for a holiday. Once we were seated we ordered right everything right away. 2 cocktails a bottle of wine - wine took about 20 min (okay) but 1st cocktail took 40 min! And the second took 1 hr!!! Service was very slow to clear table. We had finished our salads before dinner was brought and we set the dishes aside bc no one picked them up. Even after bringing dinner the salad plates, etc were not picked up. We finished dinner and were waiting for dessert and the table was still full of salad & dinner dishes until after dessert was served. Before dessert was served we were given small dessert spoons - the staff said they didn't have dessert forks left. Food temps were ok. Servers brought out food and didn't know what went where - had to ask everyone what they had, slow to get more water, extra gravy and napkins, etc. Dinner for 7 once we were seated (for a fixed menu) took just about 2 hrs. We saw & talked to tables around us and many were not happy as well. Very underwhelming. They should've been better prepared, staffed correctly and had staff be attentive. UPDATE: My new husband and I were invited back and treated to a much better experience. I went back and forth on the star rating. The food is good, not great. But Chandler our waiter was fantastic and definitely elevated this to a 4. While we were still there for about 2 hours, we were attended to the entire time and definitely didn't feel forgotten. Chandler was great! We had different bread this time at the start of the meal and it was fantastic! You should definitely make sure you get the focaccia with the honey feta spread. For an appetizer, we had the prosciutto board, which was OK. It doesn't come with crackers. The major concern though is the olives have the pits in them. Yikes! It was not an enjoyable eating experience. I had the short rib pasta with a side of mushrooms. The pasta was delightful and quite hardy. The mushrooms are amazing. My husband had the second steak option, which he said was salty. He had a side of potatoes. Those were good and crispy. We had the apple dessert, which came with a tiny bit of gelato. It had good flavor, but it definitely could have used more gelato. We'll go back for special occasions. read more

Every negative review has a response asking for them to email Teller's for a "chance to make it right". This is not true. They do not respond. The food is almost as awful as the management. Do NOT go here. Last week, I found a can of spam at Goodwill from 1988. I cracked it open and gave it a taste. It made me sick- but all I could think about is how it tasted better than the food at Tellers. read more
