Easily one of my most favorite teriyaki places in WA state. They have a wide variety of foods and everything I've tried has hit the spot. Not only do they have traditional teriyaki dishes but other Japanese and Korean classics. I think my favorite either has to be the Japanese curry dishes or the Korean fried chicken. I usually get both and dip my chicken in the curry! Their prices are decent and portion sizes are on the bigger size. No complaints there. They tend to get busy on the weekends, I would suggest calling in an order for pickup so you don't have to wait in line to order then wait for food. The cashier is always friendly! We're from the Bay Area, CA but lived most of our life in the islands of Hawaii. I saw the restaurant when we ate at Bucatinni. After dinner, I ordered two servings of Takoyaki to go and was surprised how quickly the order was ready. At that time, I was the only customer in the restaurant. Before I left, I offered one of the Takoyaki to a customer waiting for his food. We left the area and headed back to Seattle. We decided to eat the Takoyaki on the way back while it was still hot. The first two were okay, slightly undercooked, but the next three were really undercooked. Needless to say we didn't try the other nine and threw them away. I hope the one I offered to the waiting customer was a cooked one. Remembering how quickly the order was filled, maybe the Takoyaki cast iron mold was too hot. We wish the restaurant "success" because it is a "mom and pop" type restaurant. read more

My mother, sister, and three yrs. old nephew didn't have a good Halloween which was a disaster. So, we decided to get some fried chicken after a long tiring day. I'm so glad that we ate here again and the service is always great. Plus, the restaurant wasn't too busy. Next time, will just take my nephew trick or treating for Halloween. The fried chicken is exceptional, the spicy wings are crispy and the breading itself is seasoned and spicy. The 5 piece spicy wing is a must every time we visit. The rest of the menu is just as delicious! The beef yakisoba has sear on it and great flavor. Chicken catsu is a staple that they execute to the tee. The orange chicken has their own flavor and not your basic panda oc. Whatever you get you won't be disappointed and if you are then the owners are more than willing to listen and help you. They are always kind and helpful each time we visit. I cannot recommend this place enough, I wish we lived closer. read more

Absolutely amazing! I'm not native to Seattle, so I didn't grow up, having Seattle type teriyaki. Most places seem pretty much the same to me, but this place is noticeably so much better. There is a lot that goes into "and more." The Donburi is amazing, the Korean fried chicken is to die for: it's crispy it's flavorful, it's some of the best chicken I've ever had. My favorite flavor is the soy garlic, the spicy was a little too spicy for me, but was super good the next day. It's a little pricey for just one person, but it doesn't bother me at all with how delicious it is and I never finish 10 pieces by myself anyway. And they are the only teriyaki place open late, you will not regret coming here. read more

Easily the best chicken tenders we've ever had! (And we've tried them all over the place) We love Korean fried chicken and the breading they have on the tenders are perfect! Super crispy but doesn't taste over fried and they stay crispy even after driving 30 minutes home! Oh I find that a lot of times when you get beef teriyaki, the beef is stringy and very fatty, and you tend to get some gristle. This was lean and while I didn't see any fat, the flavor on this beef was outstanding. The chicken was juicy and flavorful as well. I try to bite of his yakisoba, and the noodles were to die for. There was so much flavor happening on both of our plates, it was hard to decide who had the better dish. We will be coming here again, as I found a new favorite teriyaki place! read more

The fried chicken is so crispy, so juicy, so flavorful. And you get so much when you order a half - I don't know what chicken has like 8 drumsticks in a half but hey, I'm not complaining. My daughter and I were both hangry after spending about an hour trying to find a teriyaki place open past 9pm on a Saturday night, when we happened to stumble upon this restaurant. My daughter ordered the tofu teriyaki and raved about everything from the fresh salad to the crispy texture of the tofu, which she stated was covered with the perfect amount of sauce. I had the vegetable curry and it was also fantastic. The curry sauce was not spicy and had a wonderful, slightly sweet flavour. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The portions were sizable and everything was packaged separately, so I could choose how much sauce I wanted in each bite. We ordered our food to go, but I was impressed with how clean and nice the interior was. I highly recommend this restaurant. The only downside is the parking lot. It is cramped and can be tough to navigate, but it is still worth a visit. read more
