The restaurant is located in a strip mall with great signage. The inside is well spaced with plenty of table and an area where you can watch them make the dumplings. We ordered a chicken noodle soups, Sichuan Dan Dan noodles, soup dumpling. The Sichuan Dan Dan noodles were very spicy, but a real chili flavoring to the spice, not just heat. The steak was so tender my knife filed for unemployment. The sushi was so fresh I think it apologized to the ocean before it got served. First bite? REEEEEEEEEEE. I'm not even kidding. I had to put my chopsticks down for a second because my brain couldn't process what just happened. I swear I started dancing on clouds. The chef wasn't cooking--he was casting spells. Every time I said, "Okay, THIS is the best bite," the next bite somehow power-crept the last one. Absolute flavor scaling. I kept trying to slow down so I could enjoy it longer, but my hands had other plans. Next thing I know my plate looked like it got hit by a vacuum cleaner. The teppanyaki had me sitting there like Leonardo DiCaprio pointing at the TV every five seconds. The seasoning was literally pixel-perfect. Not too salty, not too bland, just straight-up maxed out.
