My name is Joe Simmons. My phone number us 702-984-8564. I am presently at the Panda Express located off of Silverado Ranch and Ma Pjwy. I just left Teriyaki Madness, address 112 N Pecos road, about 10 mnutes ago. I had completed a working out at 24 Hour Fitness. Initially, when I entered Teriyaki Madness, I was greeted with the usu as l friendly smile. There was a male cashier a female to his left also at the register. The male asked me for my order and I responded with 2 large chicken teriyaki bowls with vegetables only. I took my debit card out to pay and the male cashier asked me if I had cash, which I thought was a strange question at the time. I advised him that I would be using my debit card. He then apologized and said that the machines weren't working and that they coukd only accept cash. (So I'm thinking why didn't he tell me this from the beginning?). So I smiled (and it was a fake smile) and advised him that he should place a sign on the door warning people that they were taking "cash only", to preclude people like me from walking in unnecessarily. I again smiled (another fake smile), and said that virtually no one carries cash on their persons anymore! He again apologized. Of course I wondered if there was a manager working on duty there, but I did not see anyone taking charge. My perception of he personnel there was that they were aloof and uncaring. I then departed Ttriyaki Madness and I was very perturbed with the personnel inside and with what I had just experienced. So instead of driving 1.5 miles back to my house at eastern at 2:15, I drove 6.7 miles to the Panda Express located off of Silverado Ranch. This is the first time that I have had to initiate a complaint on Teriyaki Madness. I have been patronizing that place for years because I work out at the 24 hour fitness nearby. Absolutely ridiculous! I was hoping that on when this place reopened from being temporarily closed(assuming owner change), the food and service would be like every other Teriyaki Madness in the valley but nope. Waited 25 minutes for food on a Sunday Evening with roughly 5-6 employees and not a single other customer walked in and ordered while I was here. The employees sitting around and talking or playing on their phone/ tablet playing music from a bluetooth speaker. This store needs to close, what an absolute joke this place has been since opening the new building last year. read more

This place is horrible. They closed down for a long time, and the re-opened version is a mess. The kitchen is chaotic, they can't ring items up properly, and the staff is rude to each other and the customers coming in. Avoid this location in specific. read more

Used to come to teriyaki madness all the time. Decide to come back after a bit, one of their best gimmicks was their teriyaki sauce. Which apparently they don't give out anymore. I love teriyaki, so I'm always looking for good teriyaki. I got a Salmon Bowl, and a Combo Bowl of Chicken and Beef. Being of Japanese heritage, I felt the presentation of the food was excellent at this place - much better than the disappointing presentations of food at some other restaurants in this same area that claim to be "Japanese". So really 5 stars for presentation bere! Unfortunately, however, the teriyaki flavor of this food was not authentically Japanese. It was good, and probably tasty for most Americans; it just did not have a real Japanese flavor to me. read more
