Katsu, teriyaki chicken combo w veggies & white rice for the hubs, a chicken breast all veggie bowl for me w no added sauce. We each seek different things from TM. My husband likes to enjoy the heavier but equally tasty proteins while I turn to TM for a take out option that still lines up with my healthier eating goals. Still delicious, efficient and reliable. His pants kept falling down, while moving around the restaurant, and I was staring at his black underwear. Given that this individual was handling food, this was particularly concerning. I recently visited Teriyaki Madness. The place looked clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there was a very strong unpleasant odor inside the restaurant that smelled like sewage or dirty water. The smell was so intense that I wasn't able to eat inside and had to take my food to go and eat elsewhere. That really impacted my overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue soon, because the cleanliness visually was there, but the odor made the environment uncomfortable for customers. read more

Teriyaki madness used to be so good. They've gone way downhill. Prices up and of course quality, portions and thoughtfulness Way down. Hubby got the chicken teriyaki I got some appetizers. His chicken teriyaki WAS THE DRIEST CHICKEN THIGHS EVER on record. How can you overcook chicken thighs?? that's like over cooking ground turkey. Surprisingly good. I ordered through door dash so I don't really know much about the ambiance or service of the place. The food was good for fast food. The flavor was safe, you can add as much teriyaki or none at all. Without the teriyaki the food was eh ok. With the teriyaki the food was good. One thing is for sure, they don't skimp on the amount of meat they give you. My mother in law has the orange chicken and she liked it but commented on the sweetness. My hubby had the teriyaki chicken, no complaints. My son has the steak teriyaki with a side of noodles and really enjoyed it. I had the tofu teriyaki and it was pretty good, I just wish the tofu was a little more crispy. Overall, the meals fed our bellies and we were all satisfied and had leftovers for the next day. I would order here again...I may try going there next time just to give a more thorough review for service and ambiance. Just moved here last week, had to get an oil change on my car so we walked around to find a place for lunch while we waited, we walked about a block and saw a shopping center with several food spots and decided on Teriyaki Madness, sure glad we did! We both got the teriyaki chicken fried rice bowl, it was $9 or $10 and so yummy! The chicken was delicious, love their teriyaki sauce and the bowl had just the right amount of veggies. Not sure who's working in the kitchen, but it looks like overly fried French fries thrown on top of rice.... I got the chicken teriyaki bowl with brown rice and veggies. I thought it was reasonably priced for what you get. Normally when I go to other teriyaki places like Flame Broiler (back in CA) I can finish the bowl, but here I had leftovers to take home which was great. The chicken was not dry at all and very flavorful. I like that they didn't overcook the chicken and cause too much char everywhere. The ratio of protein compared to rice/veggies was a lot better than most places! Plenty of seating inside as well! And since I was in a new area why not go for teriyaki madness, I was able to make it in before closing so I was lucky the staff was friendly and the store was clean. Sadly they were out of steak so I had to change to chicken instead but they upgraded my size. Now for the bad things I saw the store was clean but the bathroom was on a whole different level, it was all marked up with gang marks and the mirror was all stracthed up. Had lunch over the weekend here. 2 simple orders...spicy chicken teriyaki bowls. One with rice and the other only veggies. Waited a while for our orders to be done. Seems like they are short staffed so we waited. After receiving our order, one bowl was wrong...they added regular chicken with no spice and no sauce. Frankly, I didn't have my order fixed because the wait was so long to get our food in the first place. Asked for the spicy sauce they put on chicken and they gave me something that tasted like ketchup with red chili flakes. All the tables were dirty so we wiped down a table to sit at. My boyfriend and I ordered a $30 meal for him which is insane to even think food could be that expensive for 1 bowl and 2 egg rolls, but we got it all the way home and opened it up and its not what he ordered at all. Found this place right next to chipotle (we wanted something semi healthy) definitely a hidden gem. The portion sizes are amazing especially for the price you pay! I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews. I got the spicy chicken and boy was that bomb. The chicken was not dried out, The food came with the perfect amount of vegetables and rice.
