I would've preferred that it's in front of you to the right by the bathrooms. From looking out there menu, they had a ton of options. I did see sushi on the menu and a bunch of other food. The Business is pretty big inside so you can go with a group of co-workers It is very well open staff was polite and I didn't use the restroom so I don't know what that's like. First time trying this place yesterday 5/23.. two employees there male & female. When I walked in to pick up my order, no one greeted me and I just stood at the register for awhile and then the male came up to ring me up. My order was incorrect so he had to fix it and when I left I said thank you! Not one of them even said anything back. Especially the Asian girl who was there. She looked so mad. Not sure what was going on or if it was a bad day.. but don't recommend coming here if you don't want your evening ruined & food was 3/10 lol sushi lacked flavor and had rubber tasting crab and some dry noodles at the bottom, Thai chicken plate was soo dry and hard.. looked like leftover meat. Worker was taking a smoke break right outside the restaurant. As soon as I parked he went back in because he is the only worker. Proceeded to order with him and he started working on the order. I did not see him wash his hands, so I'm hoping he washed prior to me coming inside. Proceeds to make food with no gloves. Touching multiple different proteins. My experience, not good. The initial customer service was fine. I even left a tip on a take out order. I get home tonight and we have piles of mushy rice. The spicy chicken was old, dry and too crunchy to be edible. I called within minutes of opening my order and had to tell 3 people what my complaint was. All I asked for was a refund for 1 meal, not even all. I tell person #2 I cannot drive all the way back there, I was just there with my child and now I have to figure out more dinner. The sushi I've had so far hasn't been great but their teriyaki chicken is amazing & the place is called teriyaki stop, so maybe sushi isn't their specialty. One thing that threw me off is when you search this location on Apple Maps, and click on their website, it takes you to a very rated X Asian site. I can see this turning away new customers if they're not sure how the food tastes yet. Luckily, I ate there before I saw this or I probably would have looked for a different teriyaki spot. Went back to Teriyaki Stop on Power Inn to show them the tempura I had ordered and pointed out the pockets of raw flour not mixed in the tempura batter and bruised vegetables. I asked if I could get a refund for that meal that cost $16.99. They were very apologetic and sorry that happened and didn't hesitate to refund me. I ordered the honey spicy chicken and the lady asked if I wanted the special and it came with a drink and 3 Won Tons and it's $17.99. I said ok I'll try it. If you want any extra sauce which the food clearly needs it's an extra charge for that and as I looked at my receipt I noticed they charged me $18.99. Tried it for lunch. Place is clean and staff is very nice and accommodating. I ordered #17 chicken noodle plate and Spicy salmon roll. The roll was falling apart as the sushi rice was hot,undercooked and to wet. The fish was room temperature and it was not spicey at all. The sauce was just warm runny Mayo. Needless to say I couldn't eat it. They did offer to remake it and did but it was not any better the second time just slightly colder perhaps placed in the freezer for a few. The noodles were okay. I've been coming here for several years and it's always been damn good! I usually call ahead and place an order so time isn't really a factor and the portions are generous. Is it a little pricey? Yeah - but so is most food these days, and this has always tasted great ! Decided to try this place out since it's close to work and it definitely didn't disappoint as most of these reviews say. I paid a total of $15 for the Honey Spicy Chicken plate. A bit pricey, but I can't really blame them in this economy lol. Also the portion was very generous, so that makes up for the price imo. I saw many reviews complain about their meat being too "burnt", but a little burnt crust never hurt no one! I actually like my meat to be a little burnt for that extra flavor, so this really hit for me. I would say the meat was just a little dry, but they gave extra sauce in a little container with the plate, so that fixed the dry issue for me. I also loved how they put the meat over the rice, which was nice because it gave the rice SOOoO much flavor. At one point I was just eating the rice by itself smothered in the sauce.
