This was a smoked tri-tip sandwich with sautéed mushrooms, onions and bell peppers and topped with melted American cheese and substituted onion rings rather than French fries. The bread was so soft and I could taste the smokiness from the tri-tip. All flavors were perfectly balanced and seasoned. I would definitely order this again. The onion rings were hand beer battered and fried to perfection. My friend ordered the Western Burger. The burger had 90% lean angus beef, pepper jack cheese, onion rings, sweet bbq sauce and came with a side, she opted for onion rings. She said the burger was delicious.
