Went here as wanted a cheesesteak after the Plano location closed. If the service here stays the way it was Friday night this location won't be open long either. Paid for food at 7:23, at 7:50 had to go and ask if we could get our appetizer of queso and chips. Food finally came at 8:10. The place was not very crowded and all we ordered were 4 beef cheesesteaks, 1 chicken founders favorite cheesesteak and a kids meal mac and cheese. Great options for Keto. We ordered large beef cheesesteaks, build your own type. I added cherry peppers, and guacamole. They also have other keto friendly options. They put them in stainless steel bowls. It was more than enough to fill us both and was easy to eat. Also they were great about customizing our orders. They gave me the side tortilla chips I asked them to exclude. I won't take away any stars for that, but you might want to up-charge and get a side salad. Went there for lunch today around 1 pm. There was NO ONE in line and 3 people eating in the entire restaurant. However, there was not one clean table in the restaurant. We actually ate out on the patio because all of the tables had the last patrons plates and cups on them. I assume there was a lunch rush before we arrived, but with no one in line but me and my husband, they had time to have someone buss tables and clean the place up. It looked really trashy and unclean. Our sandwiches were mediocre at best. The bread was chewy and had that microwaved bread texture. Manager was emphatic that it was a kids cup despite the fact that it was as wide as the normal cups were tall and did not have a lid with a straw hole. We were among the thousands who lost power in the recent thunderstorm, and decided to try this place since we had no way to cook. It was about 7:30 on a Sunday evening. We had two kids in our group of six, and the kids' menus were printed on coloring sheets. I looked around for crayons and saw only a few small broken ones, so asked where they were. The gal at the counter said, "you can probably find some on some of the tables." Thanks, that was helpful. There was almost no cutlery in the containers on the counter. When I pointed that out to the same employee, she handed me a single fork and she didn't refill the empty containers. The catsup bottle on our table was empty and there were no more on the condiments counter, so I had to ask for that as well. Although there were only about four other patrons, it took at least 30 minutes for us to be served our meals. That being said, the food was very good. We're very excited to have Texasdelphia in our area. What I love about their sandwiches is the soft bread, plus variety of toppings. My wife and I's favorites are the chicken cheesesteak, but the steak is good as well. I prefer the mustard blend sauce, which is great on the chicken. Throw in some mushrooms and you have one tasty sandwich. They also have chips and queso that are hard to resist! We have been to this location twice now and it's always been great. Went in after a movie at around dinner time. There were 4 patrons and three people working. My friend and I ordered the same sandwiches. They took about 15 minutes to make, which is insane, especially when I was watching the girl behind the counter making our sandwiches text constantly. It seemed like she was texting more than she was making our sandwiches. The beef came out extremely dry and they didn't include the hickory sauce on the side which may have helped, but not likely. We decided to stop by last night, as we walked in and waited in line, looking around, the restaurant was very clean. As soon as someone left, there was always a young gentleman on top of cleaning them. Then we were greeted by Holly, well that's what the receipt said, she was nice and friendly.
