Beware. This is a new restaurant. I'm from out of town and ordered not realizing the 5 stars reviews are most likely friends and family. I've operated restaurants my entire life. There is no way that the reviews are legit. The food is absolutely horrible. Their ribs tasted like a was chewing a rubber tire. The stack of ribs was big enough to feed my dad, my 2 teenagers & myself! Highly recommend! Corn bread was perfect! The beans i didn't get to try because my dad had gotten to them! I'm not sure how you can operate a business when it is a crap shoot on whether or not the doors will be open. We were stopping by to pick something up from a place close by and we could smell the food from a block away! We followed the scent and came across Texas BBQ wagon. We were blown away by how great this bbq was. we ordered the brisket, bbq chicken, and pulled pork with the Mac and cheese and beans. Very generous portions. On any combos they up charge you for most meats the combo is supposed to come with.
