    Catfish filets and fries.
    Peter T.

I'd been to one other location of this chain, but this was my first visit to this outlet. We arrived, a party of four, at 3PM on a Sunday and were seated right away. I would estimate the restaurant was half full, but it took some time before a server got to our table. Our server's name was Fay, and throughout our stay, her service and follow up was excellent. We had the fried onion appetizer and it was on point, cooked to perfection and served with a dipping sauce. I wish there was a choice of sauces. Three of our party ordered steaks, with a variety of doneness requested, and all were satisfied with the outcomes. Side dishes included baked potatoes and green beans, also prepared correctly. Midway through our meal the manager passed by and asked if were were doing OK. We were. I ordered the four piece catfish (filets), with fries and a side salad as my side choices. Salad dressing comes in a small plastic ramakin, and is made of leaf lettuce, tomato, and croutons. Satisfactory. The fish coating was seasoned cornmeal, and it was also done perfectly. I have a big appetite, but I took half of it home. They do offer a smaller portion that the one I ordered. The accompanying sauce was not a traditional tartar, but rather a horseradish ranch. Not unappealing but not my thing. The restaurant had a lot of people working. I inquired of three employees how many people were there at the time, and received "I don't know," "no idea," and "an awful lot" for answers. The big negative. The restaurant is messy. Paper, napkins, and other customer and server debris in the aisles. With so many people working, I would think would could be in charge of sweeping. Sadly, bathrooms were in similar condition, toilet paper and towels scattered, both in the men's and women's facilities. Would I return? Probably. The food is good and fairly good value in today's challenging economy. And I'd certainly hope I could corral Fay as a server. I suggest you try too.

First time here!!! Hospitality is on point. We were greeted instantly by the ladies in the front. Super sweet with a nice, warm welcome :) We were shocked by how busy it was during a Saturday afternoon! That's a good sign to me, already. Our server, Devin, I would definitely recommend, especially, if it's your first time dining there. He was friendly, professional with a great personality. Not to mention knowledgeable about the menu and sports ;) Pleasantly surprised & we will be back! Keep it up!

Not really a fan of chain restaurants however, Texas Roadhouse kills it! The value here for what you get portion wise is amazing! No where else can you get a 16oz Prime Rib for $33!! Devine and Ariel at the bar are always so friendly and quick to greet you as soon as you sit down also! By the way- don't be surprised if 6 different people here offer you "fresh baked bread!"

Solid spot with good vibes and good service. People love coming here for the embarrassing birthday announcements, and the staff also does some other random dances to keep it lively. I didn't like the fried onion that much, but the rest of the food was solid. Bathrooms were clean, and there's a big waiting room with a TV.

Recommend using the call ahead feature in their app. Especially around dinner time! Gets very busy but once you order food comes out fairly quickly. Always fresh and hot too. Just don't over do it on the warm, buns and cinnamon butter before your dinner comes out like I always do :D (Also recommend their Dallas filet... they cook it the way you like!)

This visit was more typical of our visits. Good food. Good value. Good service. Note: we got there at 5pm on a Sunday and it was already super crowded. Call ahead and get on the list!

Our server, Umberto, was attentive and pleasant and took good care of us; he was the best part of our evening. However, this is the first and last time I'll ever eat at Entourage. They promise "a dining experience" on their website, but I could get the same experience at your average Chili's or TGIFriday's without the pretense. Why do I say that? It's the noise...oh, the noise. There were a few tables with large parties, so it was pretty loud. Even leaning in closely, it was hard for my friend and me to hear each other talk. And the screaming kids were something else, emitting ear-piercing screams that get your attention, for all the wrong reasons. I didn't see any staff ask the large parties to keep it down or ask the parents to manage their children, which I guess I can understand. Large parties = more revenue than a two-top. But we did not - could not - linger after we ate our meals, or order coffee, dessert, and/or an after-dinner drink, because it was just too loud in there.

We went there yesterday for dinner and continue to be delighted with the staff as well as the restaurant as a whole. I am always pleased with the staff. Our sever, Deven was on her game. For my entree, I had the Blackened Salmon on arugula. This was combined with shaved almonds, strawberries, avocado, and blue cheese! Ever hear someone get excited about a salad? Yes it was that good. Husband had the Sous Vide half chicken with his coveted homemade mashed potatoes and carrots. My husband, the chef was not disappointed. And no meal is complete in his book without dessert. We had the Flourless Chocolate Torte. Quite heavenly. But what meal is complete without dessert? As always look forward to our next visit there!

The second I walked toward the place I had regrets. An employee was walking in right in front of me and did not even hold the door. Then said employee goes up to hostess stand and starts chatting with maybe 5 other employees that are all just standing there. Not one person greeted me or cared. I walked to the bar, which was empty and sat down, a girl came over and I asked her for a very basic wine, she looked at me like I was nuts. Then said she had to ask, came back and said they did not carry it. That was fine I just picked another and sat at the bar. Every employee in this place was standing around chatting acting silly. When they did give me a menu it was filthy, I did not even want to touch it. Literally caked with God knows what. Maybe instead of your team members standing around one of them could wipe some menus down. The only person working was a guy running the take-out orders. Every time a car pulls in to pick up their order this blaring sound rings. It is the most annoying system, I have ever seen in a restaurant, and I have been to many. The bartender took care of me, and I ordered right away so I could eat and leave. I ordered the bone in ribeye, parmesan crusted. I guess I should have asked if the parmesan crusted, which I have had at several steakhouses. This was not a crust; this was a steak covered in what looked like a beige cream sauce. I was so grossed out; I just asked for a container and took it to go. I understand that this is not a upscale place but McDonalds does better. It could just be this location; I will not try to find out the answer.
