This Texas Roadhouse is amazing. The service is always top notch and the food is delicious! We always feel so well taken care of here. A little story for you... My family waited about 30 mins for our table on a busy Saturday night. Once our table was ready our one year old started crying hard and was obviously not feeling good. We left because he never really settled and we didn't want to eat with a fussy kiddo at the table. The next day we came back just my husband and I, we ate our food and the manager came by and asked how our kid was doing and paid for our meal! We couldn't believe it. I've been at Texas Roadhouse in Brighton, Colorado several times with my grandchildren but tonight was an awful experience. The rolls are no longer the gooey ones but a day old bread. The steaks from the children (sirloin) and adult (NY) menu were not cooked as order medium and had to be returned because they were rare. When the meat was returned and cooked to order we both agreed the steaks didn't taste good and the meat was very grainy we didn't eat any more, The server never offered to refill my grandchildren drinks or did the server or other wait staff removed excess plates on our table. Yes the wait can be long but with the app you can get on the waitlist from home or work. The food is delicious and the service is incredible! My husband and I went in the other night and were amazed by the quality of service, hospitality, and manners from the entire staff! This is the second time we call ahead order food and we are told it will be at a certain time and it hasn't been ready. First time 1 hour late and my husband stood outside waiting for the food with 10 other people waiting on late food, finally we get it and the order was wrong so had to wait again to get it fixed. Now today food should of been ready 44 minutes ago and guess what.... still sitting outside waiting! This is horrible! They failed miserably the first time and I tried to give them a second chance since we can all be having a rough day here or there but now the second time is no excuse! HORRIBLE!! We went this past Sunday for my husbands birthday. There was 8 of us of course due to COVID there many restrictions and I get that... we were sat outside on a small ass picnic table next to trash dumpsters. Our waiter seemed all over the place and rushed, if it was busy I'd understand.. but it wasn't Then.. 2 of or food plates came out and then 20 minutes later the rest 6 plates came out. This Brighton location is horrible!!! Our party of six all ordered various types of steaks. We all ordered rare to medium rare. All of our orders were served to us more than well done. The manager was unpleasant and unapologetic. never offered A compromise for our meals. When our party received the second round of steaks, they were just as bad. I scheduled an online order for pickup at 6:30pm, at 5:40pm. At 6:12 I was alerted that my order was ready for pickup. That would have been awesome, if I lived closer than the 15minutes away that I do. I called on my way (made the call at 6:18) to see about getting some fresh food re-made before I got there. I was put on hold for so long that I was still on hold as I got to the pickup window at 6:31. Needless to say, the food was not remade and was given to me cold (except the ice cream for the brownie which was melted fully, of course!). We didn't receive any of the extra salad dressings as ordered, and they didn't put the bacon on the salad that was ordered, either. I was not comped anything, much less given an apology. I would never go to this place again!! Worst service I have received in a very long time! I sat at the bar and was there at an off hour on a Friday afternoon!! I asked for bread and never received it even after asking a second time!! I also asked the bartender for a beer after finishing my first one and I never received it until I was almost done with my meal!! Again asking at least twice!! Then I paid my bill even left a tip!! the total being $73. But then when I got my bank statement it showed that I was changed $83! So the bartender added an additional $10 for themselves!! We are so excited to have a Texas Roadhouse close to home. We called ahead and got our name on the wait-list. There was a 30 minute wait, so we ran another errand prior to getting to the restaurant. Got inside and had maybe a 5 minute wait before we were taken to our table. The food was amazing. Steak was cooked just perfectly how we like it. My son got the ribs and they were fall off the bone tender! Everything was tasty, and cooked just right. Kayla was our server, and she was wonderful. Checked on us multiple times throughout our visit and kept our beverages filled! Overall a great experience! read more

Normally I don't leave reviews but I'm so beyond frustrated with this locations take out service. So my husband and I have come here 4 times for take out. He orders the bone in ribeye, I order the 10oz ribeye. Each are supposed to be medium rare. His is always cooked perfect, however the 10oz ribeye is always medium well to well done, plus the steak is so skinny it's always kind of shocking.. I've never seen Texas Roadhouse serve steak like this much less a ribeye. But we always try to give it another try bc well things happen, but 3/4 times that's just crap at that point, and you can't even blame covid for that either. Thoroughly disappointed read more

Went on a Sunday evening with very little to almost no wait. The restaurant was exceptionally well organized and clean. Our waitress was very pleasant and on top on things throughout our dinner. The chicken fried steak was a very decent portion and my husband said it had been awhile since he had a steak that was that good. We were able to get in when they were doing the friends and family service -- basically, training. We love, love, love Texas Roadhouse and have been waiting for months for this location to open up because it's much closer than the other Texas Roadhouse locations. They did not disappoint in the least. In fact, they are by far, the best Texas Roadhouse we have been to yet. We were not disappointed in the food either. Of course, we have never been disappointed in the food at any Texas Roadhouse, but the rolls here have been the best. They were hot, moist, and the butter --- if you have ever been to Texas Roadhouse, then you know the rolls are to die for. These are no exception. The service was excellent, the people there were soo friendly and welcoming. We are sooo excited to finally have a closer location so that we can go here more often. They will be our go-to spot from now on and we look forward to delicious steaks and pulled pork and chilli and rolls. And let me say, every single Texas Roadhouse we have ever been to has never disappointed us. They always have friendly people, the food is great and the atmosphere is awesome. read more

Ordered take out and had to wait for an hour. No one bothered to let us know the status of the order. Had to keep going to the window and ask. We were told it was because they were short on bread. We had party of 4 and asked for table due to a disabled member of our party. Was told 15 to 20 minute wait. After asking status several times and waiting for 1 hour, we were finally seated at a booth which was difficult for our disabled person to get into and out of. Food and service was good, but really??
