Got here at the peak crowd time. Was told a 30 minute wait for three of us. Was pleasantly surprised to be seated within minutes. Server was very attentive. My chili and brother in laws salad came out quickly. It was good. When my steak and potato came out it was warm. My wife's chicken and side was cold. Sent back for a trip to the microwave. Server showed us how to split the check with the kiosk.

Less than 5 minute wait and very friendly waiter! It's my first time back after like 10 years Bread and cinnamon butter - always so hot and good, 4/5 Cactus blossom - very large and good for sharing. The crispy parts do come off easily from the onion but overall it's good 3/5 Combo appetizer (fried pickles) - the fry takes away some of the sourness. I don't like pickles but if I did this would be good 1.25/5 Combo appetizer (tater skins) - lots of toppings on top, less crunchy more chewy but still good 2.75/5 Combo appetizer (rattle snack bites) - cheese stick essentially, when hot and gooey pretty good 2.75/5 Sirloin steak (16oz) - discounted on wednesdays! Actually seasoned well - leaning salty and pretty tender! Cooked well too 3.75/5 Fall-off-the-bone Ribs (Half slab) - very tender and little chewy! Easy to share and pretty good and flavorful 3/5 Buttered corn - this is corn, not that buttered more like in corn water but it's corn 2.75/5 Chili - not that spicy or even that good. 1/5 Loaded baked potato - fluffy potato and goes well with all the toppings! 2.75/5

Dinner at the bar. The bar tender is as very engaging and did a great job. She was busy but handled it. I started with a house salad , very good. Then a 15 oz sirloin. Excellent! I had a side of broccoli, zero salt or pepper, but cooked properly. $26.xx was my bill. Oh, I had water to drink. Huge meal , very good. My only issue, please get the men's restroom cleaned up. It was a mess, guys are animals generally speaking, most restaurants clean them or should clean them several times a day.

First time at Texas Roadhouse in Virginia while visiting from California and what a treat! I finally tried a ribeye for the first time and went all in with the 20oz I still can't believe I finished it all! It was cooked perfectly, so juicy and flavorful. I asked for mushrooms and sauce on top, and it was absolutely amazing. I had it with mashed potatoes on the side and a mocktail that was so refreshing and tasty. The service was also fantastic. Our server was a really nice Latino kid super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Wish I could go back, but I'm from California and was just visiting. Still, I'll be dreaming about that ribeye for a while!

Love Texas Roadhouse! Of course the rolls are delicious, and the cinnamon butter takes them to another level. I really enjoy the filet mignon here and the grilled shrimp. Our service was fast and friendly. I've also had their ribs and ribeye - everything's yummy :)

Big crowd on a Saturday night, but we're seated in about 10 mins. Having been terribly disappointed w Outback the weekend before I didn't have high expectations. We had had TR quite often back in Manila and is was good, but far from a premium steakhouse. Ambiance was loud and rowdy w birthdays going on at every other table, but this is what I recall Outback or chili's or Fridays used to be. A dine out event for middle class families where the kids could get their nuggets, dad could get his beer and mom could have a cocktail. Not so loud we couldn't hear each other, but loud enough to know how old the celebrants west the next table. Menu was large, but meat centric. They encourage you to pick your own cut at the front. And the peanuts were free while you waited. Unapologetically carnivore, unabashedly allergen exclusive. Don't like meat? Don't eat here. CAnt have peanuts? Don't come here. Leave more excellent food for us normal eating folk. Don't even start w gluten free bec even the bread rolls are baked fresh and rolled out in front. Hub had his filet and I had the prime rib. Cooked perfectly and not hysterically seasoned like Outback. Our waitress Nora was attentive and kind and just friendly enough for us to remember her. Would definitely return to try other menu items and certainly recommend.

Horrible experience. My partner and I both work in hospitality and usually have a high level of patience, but this was easily one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. We arrived Sunday 12/7 around 8 PM to a group of employees crowding the entrance, laughing, and repeatedly saying "not my job" when it came to seating us. After an uncomfortable wait, someone finally brought us to a table. We were given cold rolls right away -- not the Roadhouse standard at all. Our server, Anita, seemed checked out from the start. My girlfriend specifically asked for her chili to come out before her steak. After a 26-minute wait with no check-ins and empty glasses, only half our food arrived. Her steak came out without the chili, which didn't show up until 7-8 minutes later. My steak was undercooked, and my rice was missing completely. It took another 10 minutes to get our server's attention so I could request a recook and ask again for the rice. The remade steak came out correctly, but by then my sides were cold and had to be replaced. Throughout all of this, our tiny two-top was stacked with empty dishes and glasses that were never cleared. To top it off, we later saw our server sitting in a nearby booth on FaceTime instead of checking on guests. The manager didn't seem interested in helping either, so we just paid at the kiosk and got out of there. Needless to say, we won't be returning -- and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Visited again for Valentine's Day. Very busy but the food was decent. Steak this time was. More on the chewy side even though we both ordered medium rare... But I'm thankful for the nice waitress who helped and accommodated me very well.

First time at this location, our server who was friendly asked the question, and the manager stopped by the table and offered a complimentary sides sampler. So service wasn't too bad, except for the hostess, how can you miss the one job you had; greet customers and make them feel welcomed?! Instead she talked with a mouth full of gum while turning her back, so we couldn't hear a word she said, and threw our silverware and plates on the edge of the table, I had to push them, I was afraid they might fall! The food was ok, the ribeye meat was dry and hard, appetizers platter too salty. They can do better.

This was my first time at Texas Roadhouse! My brother raves about this place all the time so I finally checked it out. The rolls lived up to the hype. Warm, cloud like bites with the cinnamon butter is all you really need to be happy. I had to stop myself after two once I heard how many calories were in them. The apps were just ok, nothing memorable, but I did enjoy the Rattlesnake Bites which were like jalapeno poppers. The steak was honestly very good for a chain restaurant. It was juicy, meaty, and a perfect medium rare. I can see why so many people like this place. An affordable steakhouse serving up tasty food. The ambience is lively without feeling cramped, which makes it an easy place to settle in after work. Happy Hour: Their happy hour is definitely the main draw. The large margaritas are priced extremely well, and when the mix is right, they're excellent. The only downside is consistency -- sometimes the drinks have a good balance of alcohol, and other times they taste more like lemonade and feel watered down. The appetizer prices are also great. We ordered the fried wings and Mexican rice; both were okay and edible, but not particularly memorable compared to other spots. Service: Service was generally good, but with only one bartender covering the entire bar, there were stretches where he disappeared or was tied up. Nothing terrible, just not the level of attentiveness you get at places with more staff behind the bar. Overall: Despite the inconsistencies, we'd come back. The happy hour prices are hard to beat, and when the drinks hit right, it's worth the visit.

It was like being in a completely different atmosphere. You can see from the photos attached that the meal was /cr B/ /ump I/ Teges. We started out with these great appetizers. I make a Barada burst at home, we learned in Italy how to do it. Yours was one of the best I've ever had. Same with the lemon ricotta ravioli. It's like we were in Sicily again. Sitting at the bar, we decided sure why not have their best steak? And we did. And it was. This was a Prime Kansas City strip, 18 ounce bone in. on top, a buttery braised shallot. Cooked to perfection, tasty and buttery. Our sides were these nice parmesan crispy, layered potatoes and a delightful grilled leaf spinach. We were a little disappointed we had no room for dessert. But we will be back! The service was spectacular. Sitting at the bar, it was like we had two personal servers and a third on standby at all times. It was fun watching them make the drinks, there is a lot of attention to detail. If you have not tried heirloom, I cannot recommend it more highly. We look forward to returning!

We came on a busy Sunday, but everything moved fairly quickly. As a table, we split the fried calamari and Spanish chorizo mussels. Both of which were solid as appetizers. There was nothing too spectacular about them. As my main, I ordered the crab-stuffed salmon which came with mashed potatoes and sauteed vegetables. The salmon, while the best part of the dish, still left more to be desired. It was a bit dry and I didn't think the sauce was all that flavorful. The vegetables were fine, but the mashed potatoes were simply bad? They had the texture and flavor of instant mashed potatoes, slightly liquidity while being quite bland. I just don't think this place is worth coming back to.

When my steak arrived, Manager Hannah instructed me to cut into it at the table "to ensure it was cooked properly." I complied. The center was bright red with a purplish tone and undercooked for medium. Instead of resolving the issue, she immediately argued that it was correct. They took the steak back and returned the same piece of meat that had already been cut open at the table, now overcooked. Once a steak is cut, the juices are released. Reheating that same halved steak guarantees a dry, compromised result. Because it was still incorrect, I had to cut the already halved steak again to check it. At that point it was in quarters, dry and stripped of flavor. No steakhouse should expect a guest to eat that. I requested a brand new steak and pointed to the internal color I wanted to avoid further confusion. Hannah told me that color was medium well. I told her the label was irrelevant. I wanted pink, not raw and not overcooked. The third steak arrived completely overcooked again, tough, dry, and with no pink. When I stated it was still incorrect, she argued that I had ordered medium well and that this was my mistake. That is not accurate. I ordered medium. Her conduct escalated the situation. She was defensive from the beginning, argumentative instead of solution focused, rolled her eyes, mumbled under her breath while walking away, and stated, "If I cook another one, you're just going to complain again." I had been fasting all day and had not eaten. I waited through three failed attempts while my family ate. There was no apology and no effort to de escalate the situation. At the end, removing the steak from the bill was presented as though it were a favor. It was not. When a guest receives nothing edible after three attempts, not charging for it is the minimum expectation. Cooking errors can happen. A manager arguing with a guest and displaying visible disrespect should not.

I'm usually not a white wine drinker, but my fiancé ordered a glass of Terre d'Abruzzo Pecorino, and I was pleasantly surprised. A fun touch was that they come around with freshly grated Parmesan and will keep sprinkling it until you tell them to stop. The Il Misto was loaded with a generous variety of seafood, and the garlic sauce leaned creamy without feeling too heavy. The Linguini Vongole was equally enjoyable--the clams tasted fresh with a pleasantly briny flavor that wasn't overly "fishy," and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente.
