Oh my....That is some really nasty stuff right there. As me and my wife were waiting to be sat in the On Deck I looked in the kitchen and the floor was extremely wet. A waitress dropped a container of Ranch on the floor. It landed on its Top the part you open. She did not even get a tag and wipe it off, nope just took it to the customers table and sat it there. I thought of leaving but hungry so we went ahead and got sat, Then as we are eating those delicious rolls waiting on our steaks my Wife grabbed a second roll and cut it in half buttered it and sat it on the plate, When she picked it up ,what you see in the picture is what was on the plate. 1 min later the steaks and pork chop show up and they were delicious. When the Manager was doing rounds she ask us and I told her and showed her the plate and the hair. All she said was O dear you don't want that do you and carried the plate away. We were here several months ago and noticed how really really dirty this place is in the light. Our servers apron look like it has Never been washed since she started the 6 years ago, We need a New Texas Roadhouse that care about cleanliness.

Not a huge chain fan, but I always make an exception with Texas RH. Loved the warm soft buns with the cinnamon butter. Service is always great and you don't need to ask for extra buns or extra coke or whatever drink you are having; exceptional service. My Porkchop was tasteful and well cooked. Loved the corn, the sweet potatoes and the typical baked potato.

A line waiting for it to open at 4 pm to get that early dine special, which is 11.99 now. I had the chicken fried steak with baked potato and green beans. The green beans tasted a little too sweet. Everything thing else tasted good. My daughter had steak with steak fries (said they didn't taste as good as before).

Far too slow on pickup orders. The website quotes a time but they're unable to meet this estimate.

But this most recent stop at the Reynoldsburg location turned out to be a win. I hit the drive-thru after work and happened to land on Rib Bone Tuesday: 4 ribs for $1.99 each. Quick service, friendly staff, and my food was hot and ready without a long wait. The ribs? Surprisingly great. Thick, smoky, and tender with a nice bark. No undercooked sauce or surprise cartilage -- which I've unfortunately experienced here before. I did ask for center cut (as I usually do), and while they say that request can't be passed along, the bones I received were solid. Texas Toast was a nice add-on -- buttery, griddled, and came two for $1.99. A note for the longtime City BBQ folks: I do miss when they used to offer self-serve condiments -- red onions, jalapeños, and pickles -- along with all the sauces in pump bottles. Now, some sauces like the Original come in peel-top packets, and that just doesn't feel the same. Also, while I didn't grab it on this trip, I stand by this statement: City BBQ's potato salad can hang. Possibly better than your mom's. Could be better than your granny's. I said what I said. All in all, I left satisfied and would definitely go back -- especially on a Tuesday.

The focus on the beer was mostly on lagers, which I love. Only negative: the man pouring the taps there one of the nights has no clue what he was talking about. I asked him the difference between two of the bocks they had on tap (a helles bock and a maibock...debately the same style, if not very similar) and he said "how strong the Belgian yeasts are" in a very confident tone. I told him I had never heard of bocks being made with Belgian yeasts, and he said it's "a Cincinatti thing". I got a taste of the beer, and there were no phenolics (for non beer nerds: it had no Belgian flavors) so I ordered one and didn't argue.

We hit up several breweries on a recent trip to Columbus, and Hoster was my favorite beer of the trip. It was just well made, good tasting beer - nothing crazy. To top it off, there's bottomless self-serve popcorn and a vintage jukebox topped with a bowl of free quarters to play your favorite selctions from the decades. The collections of artifacts from Hoster's storied histories, make the walk to the bathroom like a visit to a mini-museum. I loved the homey decor and selection of tables, barstools, and comfy chairs. This place was somewhat family friendly, but it's not a huge space, so it's not great for tots that like to run around. I believe there might have been soooome seasonal outdoor seating, but nothing crazy. Lots of parking and easily accessible. The bartender was super welcoming, friendly, and generous! We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn't super busy - that was welcomed! Hoster is worth a visit if you're ever in the area. Their brews rival the big names in the area.

Charming decor and friendly staff. However, my experience was ruined due to an error on my take out order. I placed an order for three additional meals with an add on order of sausages. Easy, right? I initially thought so, so I wasn't concerned about my order being incorrect. I get home and my order is missing main items like pancakes, french toast, utensils, and it looked as if the order was just slapped together. I call immediately and I explained that I just had an eaten there and then ordered additional takeout and my takeout order was incorrect. The nice young lady apologized and offered to have it remade. Now I accepted that and also stated since I have to come back up there what other compensation can you provide me. She then transfers me to the incredibly Customer Service oriented manager named Juan. I do hope you can sense the sarcasm. As I explained my situation to him stating what items have been missed, what was wrong with the order and what I expected ask a reasonable solution to this situation. He then goes on and asked me several questions over and over again about the takeout meal, I explained to him one more time to which he cut me off, overtalked me, and really wasn't listening to resolve my issue. When he asked again what I ordered I said I already told you. At which point, he cursed and said he did not want to be "a$$ hole" and basically gave me the impression that he was unwilling to fix this situation. So I told him I was going to speak to him in a nicer tone that he was talking to me that I wanted him to remake the meal. I would be there in 10 minutes and I would like it piping hot. To Juan's credit my food was ready once I arrived however, he proceeds to tell me that his waitress and his expediter both checked the order and it was correct when it left. Which wasn't true obviously. As a matter of fact, my friend said she watched the waitress grab the bag and didn't open it and just came to the table. I don't have a reason to go get free food from an establishment where I've already paid and tipped the server. Second of all he indirectly called me a liar to my face, which is poor service in its own right. Thirdly, when I asked what other compensation he was willing to provide me, he just simply smiled and said no he wasn't going to do anything. Juan needs to go back to the beginning of where Customer Service starts in order to be a better front of the house manager, because when your server makes an error, you own it you do not place the blame back on the customer. Juan needs to be retrained on how to actually service people, he does not know how to talk to anyone. He did not know how to de-escalate the situation. I have been in Customer Service for 25 years and 15 of those have been working in an escalation department that was the worst interaction I believe I have ever encountered with a manager to resolve a situation. I mean Wendy's resolved issues better than this. Being that this was my first time coming to Delaney's, it will also be my last time. Because if you treat any customers the way you treated me, is clear he has no respect for the patrons of this establishment.

The hostess told me to have a seat and relax, since it was a surprise for me and all would be taken care of. Although we were among the first tables to arrive, I watched more and more tables placing their food orders. I went to the bar twice to ask if my order to be place and was told that someone would come to my table. After an uncomfortable wait, our order was finally taken. It was 45 minutes before our food arrived and my order was incomplete. My wife's order hadn't arrived at all. I ordered the Golden Fried Perch which was supposed to come with cut fries and grilled corn on the cob. I asked for mashed potatoes as an alternative. The fish was a very small, overcooked portion which wasn't tasty at all. I had to ask for utensils, as well as tartar sauce. The tartar sauce never came. My friend went back to the kitchen to get it for me. The corn was not "on the cob", but rather in a bowl was pretty dry. Meanwhile, we waited and waited for my wife's order of wings. She eventually told the server to cancel the wings and was informed that they were on their way, at no charge. My friend told her that he didn't expect to pay for my meal either (he was treating). We were also disappointed because the group only performed for about an hour, even though they were listed for much longer. One member showed up about 15 minutes after the show started. Many customers were upset because they felt cheated out of the money they paid for the show. (Just recently, the restaurant announced an encore presentation with free entry for those who had tickets for the original show) Although the wings were delicious, I was extremely disappointed in my meal, particularly the fish. I usually assume that it's an isolated event, but, coupled with the other miscues, I didn't have a very good time. Here's hoping that things pick up in the near future.

First, they've got an excellent outdoor area -- plenty of seating, shade and sun, great vibe out there. I appreciated the selection and variety of beers available, as well as the quality: for instance, they had a great oatmeal stout on draft that was not too heavy, and a pear cider that was not too sweet; both highly drinkable and enjoyable. I recommend getting a flight and trying a few things. The food experience was a mixed bag: there's a great variety of options, from burgers, to wings, to Mediterranean rice and chicken platters. (Note: they are very strict about no substitutions for anything on the menu, but there's a lot to choose from to satisfy most tastes). Perhaps because of this great variety, it takes a long time for the food to come out. We ordered at the counter and it was over a half an hour for the food to appear. The mushroom Swiss burger was quite tasty (I do wish lettuce and tomato and other toppings were options for the burgers, though, as I always wish for a little bit of cold crispiness with it), and we opted for the dirty Fries, which had a House sauce and scallion mix on top, which were also good. The honey lemon pepper wings were very well cooked, nice and crispy; however, the sauce really just tasted like heavy melted butter with a tiny touch of sweetness-- no lemon, or pepper to be found. For brewery food and experience, it was very satisfying, and I would come back again. One other note, though: the place is 21 and up after 7 PM, and they are extremely vigilant (even aggressive?) about it. I did not have children with me, but there were a couple very well behaved groups with kids around us, and the families were told around seven, but they needed to start packing up and leaving. There's also a ton of signs about it. I appreciate an adult only space, but 7:00 seemed a little early and it brought a kind of negative feeling when groups of patrons who were being pleasant / quiet/ respectful were asked to leave. (Also, there was a family with older teens who are clearly not 21 who are not asked to leave-- if you're going to say 21 and up, it feels odd to just target folks with a baby, or a 10-year-old...). Just something to consider as you decide on if / when you visit and with whom.
