I called to get on the wait list for a party of 14 as reservations are not accepted. We were planning to meet at 6:30pm at this location, I called around 5:46pm to get on the wait list. I was told that they could not take us in as they had exceeded their numbers of party of 10 for the day. (According to the manager and their policy, they are only allowed 2 big parties of 10 a day.) I asked what if I didn't call to get on wait list and showed up, she said we would not get the service and by then they would be closed. My family and I are a long time custumers of Texas Roadhouse and never have I ever had this kind of experience!! I asked the manager if they have the policy on their window, website and why it's not in their recording when you call, her response was because it's their policy. I told her as a customer we should have the right to know before making plans. I understand Texas Roadhouse is a busy restaurant but again I have not ever been turned down. If they had instead told us the wait hour we would have waited! We ended up going to Bj's (wait was 1hr 1/2) I'm still saddened up the customer service I was provided! read more

I got the 12oz ribeye and ribs and it was delicious! I asked for no bbq sauce, and the ribs were cooked to perfection with a perfect crispy char on them. Didn't even have the need for sauce. Both the steak and ribs were cooked and seasoned perfectly. It's very affordable too compared to other steakhouses. I would highly recommend. read more

Three stars is for the good service. The "Legendary Margarita" was horrible. Even with an extra shot it was way too sweet but too acidic also. Very unbalanced. Take a margarita making lesson from any Mexican food restaurant please. The country fried steak looked and tasted like it was fried in dirty oil. The silverware was dirty. The lettuce in the steak salad was not crisp and some pieces were browning but the meat on the salad was great. If we return we will stick with the basics steak and wine. read more

I feel like I come once a week, but today must've been our families favorite. We got a server named Teresita and I've never had such an amazing server. This place is slower than slow. And then when you get your food it's cold. Yes we are ordering to go. We have tried his place every time I am in town. Employees are rude. Went there on Friday night with a party of 7 people and we decided to do call ahead seating which is highly recommend. When I called them they said you may still have to wait 5-15 minutes after your entire party gets there. Use call ahead seating one hour prior to arrival. The restaurant was packed and we ended up waiting 20 minutes after we arrived. Our server was named Brett and if you go to the Texas Roadhouse in Goodyear, Az request to sit in his section. The other times I have gone to Texas Roadhouse with just 2 people the service was horrible. Brett was able to handle all 7 of our orders without any mistakes. The ladies at our table of 7 order alcoholic drinks and those even came out perfect. The restaurant was very busy and he keep up with our drinks, alcoholic drinks and bread rolls. Brett service was excellent, the bar staff and kitchen staff was awesome too since everything that arrived at our table was perfect. It was almost like prom night perfect. Before we left, we advised the manager and told her what excellent service Brett provided us. She joked and said, I guess I'll keep him around for another day. It's great that management can crack jokes, even if they are corny. Since half of our table was drinking alcoholic beverages, the intoxicated half might have been more needy than the average table. Brett was able to keep up with everyone's wants and needs. It's refreshing that people like Brett take pride in their job and provide excellent service to sober and drunk people. Living in AZ, we all know it is 100+ degrees. The expectation of this location is for people to wait in his/her car or outside. That is pretty ridiculous and unacceptable. People are about to spend $100 or more for a meal and you aren't going to have a waiting area? On top of it, the service is pretty terrible and the food mediocre. Do better. read more

A well known restaurant chain but everytime Ive visited have had a good experience. Food is always good (my favorites are their chicken crispers, the sirloin, and the chicken breast with cheese and mushrooms!) Also we need to talk about their rolls and that cinnamon butter! You cant just eat one! It does tend to usually be full so booking ahead of time is a good idea. read more

I love Texas Roadhouse I mean who doesn't?!? But, this location needs to relook at their wait staff. #1 you should take advantage of the check in online before you go. We did and that saved us 2 hours of sitting around waiting for a table. #2 the gals that checked us in were great! They were friendly and it looked like they loved their jobs. #3 our waiter was terrible! He didn't take our drink orders for 5 minutes, we actually had to ask who our waiter was in order to get his to come over. He finally came over and took our order, the drinks took another 5 minutes after we ordered... I think our fried pickles came out at the same time. #4 our food which was only a hamburger and chicken sandwich took 45 minutes which is just silly. But, the food was good just FYI. The waiter said he was bringing us refills but he never came back. We had to ask the manager for to-go boxes and our check. Overall I'm very disappointed with this location, makes me want to go home to Cali and make sure our location isn't this bad after COVID. Came in for (of course) their famous Sirloin Steak, as I got my dinner the meat was well done instead of medium-rare. My host Vincent took the sirloin back and came back in no time with my medium-rare sirloin. Aside from the great customer service the atmosphere here is great. Last night my wife and I took our daughter, her husband, his friend and our grand daughter here to celebrate our 31st anniversary with us. The restaurant was very busy with graduation parties and so we ended up having to wait an hour and a half to be seated. I was pretty frustrated and went to complain to the manager after which I was going to leave. The manager reassured that we would be served and got us a table within 10 minutes. The service provided at this point and the things he did to make up for the wait far exceeded what I could have reasonably expected. The service was fantastic the food was great and we had a wonderful meal. So I want to say thank you to the manager, our server, and the chef. If I could give them no stars I would. It was my mother in law's 90th birthday today, I ordered her food online to do curbside pick up at 6 PM tonight. I ordered it first thing in the morning as it wouldn't let me do it yesterday. Her favorite food that she wanted for dinner was Prime rib. My husband and I are both vegan, so I was not going to make it for her. When I got to Texas roadhouse I was waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes until somebody called me on the phone to tell me that they ran out of prime rib. In the meantime at least 15 other cars got their orders and left. They could've shorted someone that Ordered it later, but picked up earlier. It's very disappointing as to the fact that no other place had prime rib and she's never going to have another 90th again. read more

Went there last night, ordered the fall off the bone ribs and that is exactly what I got, just like the menu said. Great taste and cooked to perfection. My waitress was Alexis, and provided me with excellent service. I never went thirsty and all of my extra small request like extra sour cream and butter were provided with a smile. I would also like to mention Tiffany who was at the front door very nice offered me a mask when my mask broke and held the door open for my dad, stepmom and myself. While walking from the table to leave every staff member we passed by thanked us and or told us to have a good night. The last staff member we encountered again thanked us and held the door open for us. Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and happy staff makes for a real pleasurable dinning experience. An overall very unpleasant experience last night. Got on wait list at 5pm, said wait time 45-1 hour, finally seated at 6:45. The place very packed and noisy for a Sun eve. We were sat at a table for four that was so close to tables and booths on all sides that servers had hard time getting to tables. We even had to stand up three times to allow a booth behind us to be cleaned and reseated. Everything we ordered was very slow, from drinks to salads to dinner. Rolls at least were hot but by the time we got plates and silverware were cold. They were finally replaced with hot ones that were delicious. One ordered chile as a side that had to be returned twice to get a hot bowl, he said it wasn't even warm. One had filet that had to be returned as it was not hot, they even insisted on leaving the baked potato at table while they replaced steak, which took another ten minutes and then had to get a new hot potato. Manager did come to table and apologized for problems, but by then we were all beyond frustrated! Our waiter, Sam, was excellent in trying to get hot food to us and correct orders, but problems were not his fault. Finally got out of restaurant at 8:30, after a very long, and very unpleasant dinner. read more

Never been to this location and we were so disappointed.. The wait was 40 minutes which honestly was no biggie it was a Friday night. The issue was when we were seated, we were not given bread they said it's in the oven.. Ok again no biggie. It took awhile before we got our drinks, They took our order dropped off our salads and we weren't given silverware we had to flag someone down to get some... And still no bread... We flagged someone down yet again for bread... They brought our food dropped it off and here we were flagging someone down yet again for refills. I know it was busy but our waitress really wasn't doing such a good job she was to busy dancing which yet again I get its part of the atmosphere, but when your paying $17+ plate your service should be on point. We had to ask for boxes and a bag, waited forever for our bill... It just wasn't that great of service. read more

The service at this location that my family and I experienced was awful. We have always chose Texas Roadhouse as our go to place for birthday celebrations and tonight we went for a very special one. We did not experience the food at this location so I cannot speak for that because sadly we were shown nothing but poor customer service while attempting to be seated. The call ahead service was not honored, the so called we need half of your party here in the building service was not honored ( we were asked to go back outside after being told to have everyone come in because the table was going to be ready in 15 minutes) the explanation for that was the table is actually not ready after telling a member of our party that they were not told the table would be ready. Needless to say this was a not a great experience and based on customer service this location is not recommended. I hope no one else experiences this and it was a one time issue. read more

We had a bad experience this Sunday lunch. We had a baby with us and they insisted on pushing us back on the waiting list even after being seated, ordering and also making a reservation. We spoke to the manager and she said that the best she could do was puting us back on the waiting list and making us wait after ordering because of the stroller. read more
