The hosts need to be seriously retrained. They are absolutely rude! We arrived at 8:30 to have dinner with family that was flying in from out of town. They send a text that our table is ready, it's like 9:20 pm. Family is on their way from the airport like 10 mins away and she says very rudely we're going to have to wait until the rest of our party arrives to be sat. So I asked her how we're supposed to have enough time to order food and drinks and actually enjoy our food and she was like "well there's still over an hour. Come back to me when your whole party is here." So we go outside and wait. Go back up because now it's time to be sat and now we have to wait for a table to leave and be cleared so that we can be sat. It's like 9:45 at this point. The girl who sat us threw our bread on the table and slammed the crayons down on the table. The attitude of the hosts was absolutely outrageous. I have never had an experience like this at a Texas Roadhouse ever. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Hadn't been to a TR in years, was in the mood for a steak and between the airport and home, this was it. Next time I'll just go to the store and buy one. The place was just so dirty. Sure the table was wiped down before we sat, but the floor was not swept and we had to step over the trash from others. We should have left. But we didn't. Cool tip- if you ever want to realize how much of the food you're getting is potato- don't order one. The plate was so empty with just a steak and the side dish of veg. The only thing above room temp was the veg. Not even the plate was hot. Lesson learned. Won't be back. read more

My dad wanted to go here for his 81st birthday. I ordered beef tips medium. They came out undercooked and barely warm. The gravy was probably what made him warm because it was hot and so the mashed potatoes so I sent it back my dad and his wife were done with their meals and they don't eat fast. I still didn't get my meal and I was waiting for a to go order as well so I canceled the meal and had to wait for it to go order about another 20 minutes. my dad did get free ice cream and a picture sitting in the saddle so I guess he had a good time. Experience was ok. We have been coming since they opened and used to have a much better experience. Then again a few questionable menu changes and recipe changes have made it more difficult to continue to come. We came for the first time in a few years and were treated by a half empty wait and 20 min wait. Hostess said due to employee meeting, which is fine, but then they sat everyone at one time and those that know restaurants know that sitting a full restuarant at onelce waves the kitchen hard. Well with no shocker to anyone the food took 45 minutes for a medium filet and some chicken fingers. Ordered food to go and my order was ready very quickly and is exactly how I ordered it! I walked up to the window and was able to hear the music playing from the restaurant but didn't have to yell to be heard at the to go window. I was greeted promptly and was treated with a smile and happy to serve attitude! The people in the to go window area also made great small talk while the gentleman found my order on the shelf. Managed poorly and their wait list for seating is terrible. People get seated out of order based on party size rather than arrive time.

Love the down home decor, casual dining atmosphere gets a little loud but the food was worth it Cactus blossom came quickly. There was plenty of staff as we were checked on several times and drinks refilled if needed. After a long day it was nice to sit down here and relax. read more

At 3:30pm , hubby put our party of 6 on the list by text as it was a 50 minute wait on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. He texted as soon as we arrived in the parking lot. There was 2 other parties in front of us and we were seated in under 5 minutes. The waiter Jacob(?) was attentive and had a fun personality. He listened to FILs stories and when he heard FIL was a veteran, he thanked him for his service and gave a discount. Had a very solid meal here tonight! My mom was in town and she was hanging out at one of the casinos with her friends. We wanted to get together for dinner, so her friend suggested this place. It was close enough to both of us (me in Surprise, my moms friend in Buckeye) that it worked out. We arrived at around 6:30pm and were seated right away. Waiting for us on the table were 2 baskets of bread and a pail of peanuts. I had some peanuts, they had some bread, we placed our orders for our drinks and then for our meals. I went with the Steakhouse Filet Salad. Here is how it was........... Steakhouse Filet Salad- This salad came with greens, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, Italian and blue cheese dressings as well as a whole (probably 6oz) filet on top. The steak was cooked a perfect medium and was as tender as could be. I hadn't had a filet mignon in quite some time, and I really enjoyed this one. The greens were crisp and fresh and they hooked it up with the blue cheese crumbles! I mixed and mashed everything together and went to town on it. It was a great salad! I would not hesitate to order it again. Not the cheapest salad I have ever had ($13.99), but you do get a ton of filet, so it was definitely worth the cost. One of the better salads I have had in the past year or so! I also had some of my moms food. She ordered an 8oz top sirloin and shrimp combo. She gave me a couple of shrimp and about half her steak. My mom got her steak medium rare and it was perfectly cooked! It had nice char marks on it and was seasoned very well! My moms friends seemed to enjoy their meals, too! Everyone was happy! Service was pretty good. Our waitress wasn't the best waitress ever, but she did her job and didn't mess anything up. The manager even came by to check on us and see how we liked everything. I also had a run in with another male employee. He was coming out of the bathroom (tight space near a wall kind of) and saw me heading towards it. Instead of squeezing by me real quick, he stepped back and held the door open for me so I could go straight ahead first. It was a small gesture, but nowadays, people don't have manners or do things like that worth a shit anymore. I really appreciated it! Will I be back? After being told they can accommodate 13 they sat us down and wanted us to sit elbow to elbow (literally) they said "well this is TYPICALLY supposed to fit 13" We're all average and 4 of us were kids. They refused to bring us an extra small table and there was plenty of room. They counted us 5 times thinking we were more and no we were 13 the whole time. As we left because we refused to sit elbow to elbow without having room to move the front worker laughed at my brother in law and at me. Have been regulars at this location for years... coming sometimes twice a week, we arrived at the restaurant expecting a wait and much to our surprise there wasn't one, most tables were open and empty ready to be sat... last minute we decided to add to our party since a family member was just getting off work... they refused to seat us while waiting for our party despite the amount of open tables and my step father standing with a cane clearly uncomfortable... This time our visit was what we are used to for getting great food and a comfortable place to sit. The only downside was the service. I know times are strange right now and some things are what they are. We did leave a tip but not the normal which is half the tab. I appreciate people that work hard and enjoy their job. So it was an improvement from the last visit but there is still room for things to get better. I won't stop coming to this location and I'm sure it will improve. Waited 45 minutes to be seated. Front desk completely disorganized. Then was finally sat but was clear they did not have our table ready. Once we were sat they did not provide any silverware or plates. We had to ask for them. Waited over an hour for our food. Starting to think they forgot about us. Looked at the bill and was double charged and inaccurately charged. Had to get the manager who got our food for us and said she was not sure why it took so long. My food was cold and shrimp was rubbery, my sons food was burned. Grandson was grumpy and over everything about 45-50 minutes into our wait. We came in at 8:00 PM 8/24/2022 and were told a 15 minute wait which was fine, there were a couple of parties ahead of us but we literally witnessed the hostess allow a party of two to cut in front of the parties waiting and get a table immediately. They were most likely her friends but it was very unprofessional to witness the favoritism and watch this party of two get seated right away while everyone else was told " 15 minute wait" we spoke to the manager in front of her and the hostess was rudely shaking her head back and forth as if the customer was wrong. The manager admitted "she made a mistake". It was definitely favoritism and not a mistake. Hopefully they can clean that up. Manager was pleasant and honest, hostess not so much. Doesn't mean it's what they'll give you. 100% of the time they get something wrong, usually several things incorrect. It's just sad.
