The "House" what I call it is one of my favorites! I would probably mourn them if we ever lost them! Im a selective eater so what makes me happy is that anything I select usually is the perfect decision because I am satisfied!!! I will say the wait time sometimes is long but they know that and even put in the extra efforts to set up a wait and notification system so Hey it is what it is! They are addictive, good and nice staff so be prepared to become a regular lol. Warning! You will gain a few if you are a bread eater cause they are so darn good. The bartenders are cool and they actually know how to explain a drink to you and make them the correct way so while you eat bread, butter, have a frozen drink and you will sleep like a baby. Always a good meal. Food is always good and relatively fast. Service is most often really good. Steaks are as good as anywhere else (we go) and usually less expensive. My only issue with them is the hostess area and the "welcome" you receive. Not always friendly, often it is confusing if they are taking names or not and where to stand. Front desk crew should be less into socializing with their other team members and more helpful with entrance area. read more

For several years my favorite item at Texas Roadhouse has been the fillet salad. The salad is good and crisp, and the combination of the Italian dressing and blue cheese dressing is wonderful. Having a small portion of a fillet has also been perfect for me. However, recently the fillet has been tough and has a lot of gristle/fat in it. Previously the fillet was served in slices and was very tasty. Now it is served cut up into large chucks, and I question is it really fillet mignon. read more

I don't normally leave a bad review, but I just left TR after waiting a total of 40 mins. I was quoted 10-20 on the phone when I put out name on the call ahead list. They have this elaborate system in place & tons of people working there, but "no seaters right now", according to the hostess. After receiving my second text, which stated that "your table is ready or you're next", we went to the door to find no greeter and then proceeded inside to be told there were a few people ahead of us and they would call us in a few minutes. I placed a take out order and was texted at 7:01 that my order was ready. I received my order at 7:28, so for 27 minutes my food was cooling off and drying out. Food that I was paying the same price for as those ordering inside. I was told they were waiting on rolls. If you can't handle the business on a busy night, I would much rather be told "we're sorry, but are not taking to-go orders tonight due to volume" than to have my food sit there for almost 30 minutes. And yes, the steak was overcooked and dry, as were the ribs. The mashed potatoes were filled less than halfway in the container (both orders). Again, clearly not staffed for the business. Usually the steaks here are pretty good. Tonights bone-in rib eye wasn't one of them. First off, I ordered a medium steak. It came out rare. It went back and returned medium rare. I took it home. I tried to eat it later and found it to be too grizzled. I was disappointed as I've had some good steaks in the past. My wife's chicken dinner, according to her, was very good. She ate everything. So my wife and I decided to go here after work on a Saturday night. My said go ahead and get on the waitlist. So I went on yelp and put our names in. This was around 6:30pm. We were number 55 on the list. That's a lot of people. But we didn't mind waiting. So we did. Around 7:20 we got an alert that we were number 10 so we left. Got to the restaurant and checked in and only had to wait about a few minutes. We were seated at booth and unfortunately I am not the smallest guy so the booth was not the best choice. It was packed so we really didn't have a choice. It was a tight fit and the tables don't move. Shame on you Texas Roadhouse. Allow the booths to move. We ordered our food: both got an 8oz sirloin with fries and a Caesar salad. Now salad came out first and their salads are usually very good. This time it was kind of warm and I got no croutons. Next our meal came out. My wife got a steak medium rare and I got medium. From the looks of the steaks I believe they mixed up our steaks. We would have switched but she got mushrooms and gravy on hers and I didn't want that. Besides that the steaks tasted good as they always do. Overall the experience wasn't that bad. A few things wrong but still a good experience. Just some advice from someone who loves your restaurant, make sure those salads are cold and have croutons, and please do something about your booths. Walking around and looking at the people eating at your restaurant you can easily notice that you don't have a bunch of tiny people eating there. Server started out say she was covered up never took drink orders after 10min sitting at the table. Then she came back took drink orders and food orders at once, it was me my wife and our kids... shortly after she came back and said the kitchen was a mess and is having a hard time.... 40min later we asked for the manager to check on our food, manager came back with our food it was all cold, I don't complain much bc I have worked in service and it can be tough, my steak was cold, my sons steak was cold kids chicken was cold wife's chicken cold and my daughter's steak not cooked how we ordered it, other daughter steak cold ect. I asked for my sons and my meal to be taken off the bill as we have not eaten anything and we will pay for the rest as we have 3 small kids and a nothing teenager. The manager did this which was nice but then offered to reheat the food, you can't reheat steak or it's not the way we ordered it. I guess we still payed $100 of the dinner that was eaten but got a coupon for an appetizer. We don't go out often but I was not happy if I'm going to spend this money. My friends and I had an absolutely terrible experience here. We called ahead to get accommodated for 10 people, but came in and had to wait for an hour to sit. Then when we were seated, our party had to be split between two tables and sit separately. On top of that, the first table from our party got served, ate their food, and left before the second table even got any food. The second table (the table I sat at with my friend who was celebrating her birthday) waited over an hour to get our food. When the food finally came out, many things were missing and the steak was overcooked. Everyone in the party was extremely disappointed and angry with the service. When we called the manager, all she could do was offer a desert. This experience was so bad and left everyone really disgusted with the restaurant. read more

I've been to several Texas Roadhouses, but this is one of the best ones I've been to. I must say, I was so impressed with them, I'm considering going back this weekend. I took my best friend out for her birthday dinner & she ordered the salmon while I ordered the bone in ribeye. My steak was a perfect rare & seasoned to the point of perfection. I am still swooning over the seasoning actually. One of my other favorite parts about this place are the choices in sides. I love their bowl of chili & house salad. Simple, yet delicious. My friend said her salmon was delicious. She ordered mixed veggies & mashed potatoes as her side. She said they were seasoned perfectly as well. Our waiter was also the nicest guy there, lol. I think his name was Brad. He gave us his recommendations & every one of them were tasty. Idk if all Roadhouses are like this one, but this is officially my favorite one. read more
