On a Saturday evening, I placed a curbside pickup order through the mobile app. After arriving and entering my parking space number, an employee was already bringing out my food within about 30 seconds. The speed and efficiency were honestly remarkable, especially on a busy Saturday night. Everything was packaged perfectly, cooked exactly as ordered, and still hot when I got home. The steak was cooked perfectly, and every item in the order was fresh and well prepared. Whether it's curbside pickup or Uber Eats delivery, this location consistently does an outstanding job. i will never return to texas roadhouse. my wife's meal was ok, mine, an 8 oz. ny stripe was the worst piece of meat i have ever had anywhere. it was too chewy, and fat, yuck. the waiter did not ask us what kind of salad dressing we wanted, he brought ranch, after my wife told him she is lactose intolerant. the waiter gave himself a 25% tip, i changed that. read more

Outback is running a few holiday specials that are so awesome! I'm never disappointed by their food, ever. But they added a Gingerbread Fizz drink that is to die for!! Absolutely greatest addition to the menu. This location does seem to be short-staffed everytime we come, so you might experience some waits and delays, but when you are served it's with absolute kindness. The staff that is here is doing the best they can, so if you can be patient with them, you'll have a superb experience. The ambiance is nice, it's never too crowded from my experience and always a good vibe. If you're looking for food recs. I went here after checking out of the hospital the waiter was excellent. They were short staffed but they served us with EXCELLENT customer service! The team didn't miss a beat. I ordered delivery here and the food was all horrible except the bread. I ordered the baked potato and I could have gotten something better at weds. It seemed overcooked and like it had been sitting out all day. I also ordered asparagus which was so oily and undercooked I could eat it. The broccoli was overcooked and soggy, also couldn't eat it. I'm not sure how you can mess up cheese fries but they did. I had to throw it out. The salad was the only thing I could manage to eat. This was a terrible experience and for $50 all I was able to eat was a side salad. This is not acceptable. Shame on you Outback. read more

Went to Outback with my son today. Walked in expecting a nice experience. Our waiter/bartender (a Latino fella with a man bun) seemed nice at first, but we found out over the course of the experience how wrong we were. 10 minutes into our experience, I was in the bathroom and this person was hitting key bumps of cocaine. He was absolutely out of his mind, and my son also said he saw him drinking a mysterious bottle in the back. He didn't come back to us for 30 minutes and had the whole restaurant patrons and fellow staff extremely spooked. Won't be headed back ever again and probably never going to Outback again. read more

I'll start off with saying the bartender Troy was great but the kitchen sent out a very overcooked steak and then when the check came out they double charged me for my meal and instead of just fixing the check they brought out these $20 off my next visit one per use cards. So stupid... I'm not going back or recommending anyone else eat here if that's how you fix an issue when you double charge people! Don't visit this location. Me and my mom and my sister ate at this location last week (2/27/24) and we should've went elsewhere. The food was subpar but the service was worse. The restaurant closed at 10pm , my sister and I arrived at 8:30. Our server was SONYA, who would not stop hovering over our table and rushing us. We told her our mom was just getting off of work she would join us soon. Within 7 minutes Sonya asked us 3 times where our mom. We assumed she was hovering due to getting close to closing time , but when asked if that was the case (if so we totally understand) She kept saying no that's not the case so we asked for some space and we'll notify her when we're ready to order. She sat 3 booths over and propped herself up to watch us at our table. Our mom arrived at 9pm already knowing what she wanted , we placed our order and food was brought out within 15 minutes. The food was okay , Sonya came back to check in and see how things were going but was standing and speaking and reaching over our mom's food, even dipped her sleeve in her baked potato. Outback is one of our favorite go to places. Unfortunately, not this location. We called ahead and were told 30 minute wait but we could get on the list. When we arrived 10 minutes later the place was dead. After waiting a few minutes at the hostess stand (to check in as we were told) and no one acknowledging us, we decided to just sit at the bar. Blooming onion wasn't seasoned, our steak was supposed to be medium and came out medium rare. We did send it back and it came back better. We sat at the bar and service was not great, but she was nice, so I'll leave it at that. read more

let me start off by saying I'm only giving a 2 star because our waiter was super outstanding. I mean this young man was on point, however allow me to start from the beginning. The little fire who sat us were completely rude. I ask could we have the booth next to the half booth we were seated at, she said she can't she has to seat other people. Well the half booth my date and I was seated at would had held the 3 friends that just wanted to eat, but ok. So I let it go. So we ordered and got a blooming onion. well the presentation was horrible. onion was burnt, and not on the bloom tray. Just a black plate with a burnt onio. so I let that go, well it's a date so don't want to be that person complaining. so the main course came, and I was just horrified my pork chops was raw. Not medium as I ordered but raw. So my date waved down the waiter and inside of taking the plate back they took my pork chops that I had handled, off my plate leaving the raw meat juices running into my broccoli, back to the kitchen and put it back on the grill. My husband and I went to Outback today for an anniversary lunch and for the first time ever we were both disappointed. All the food tasted fantastic but we both ordered steaks. I ordered a 6 oz steak with coconut shrimp and my husband ordered a 12 oz ribeye. Mine was a little bit tough and I couldn't chew it really well and my husband's was full of fat. We could have complained but we never said anything other than that was good but $67 for two steaks that you can't eat much of it. I really thought that the waitress would see our plates and ask about all the remnants of steak on our plate and maybe offer a discount but never did. Anyway I love the atmosphere in outback. I just know next time that we go back not to order any steak whatsoever. read more
