Been here for an hour. Keep getting the 10 more minute speech. Told we were next as three more groups walk by. And again and again and again. My wife won't give up she has her heart set on this place. I'm over it. No honesty here. The place is now empty and they sit us. Can't wait for the service. Do yourself a favor. Go to Outback Ok got sat down and Donte our waiter saved the whole experience. He gets 5.5 stars. He was Johnny in the spot, kind and a fantastic staff member. I abolutely enjoy this TRH. Great atmosphere, great service, awesome place for the family. We are all steak eaters, so it's a perfect place for us. The steaks have always been great but the last few times ( for whatever reason) the steaks have been noticeably better. So if you like their steak, you should go and try what they got now. I had a very bad experience with this restaurant, witnessing one of their workers leaving the ladies room without washing her hands, and the service was horrible, and management was not much better. She didn't seem very concerned about my experience, which just lets me know to by pass this place when searching for a place to eat. Charleston is a much better restaurant. read more

This TR is our favorite because the food is fabulous, it's so accessible, and we don't have to fight the traffic on 71st. The service is consistently great, no matter which server you receive. The steaks, shrimp, chicken, etc is ALWAYS delicious and cooked to perfection. All the sides are yummy, but my personal favorite is the loaded sweet potato. The rolls are delicious as always. If I could give zero stars, I would. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE & VERY RUDE hostess staff. I'm 49 years old & they are the worst hostess staff I've ever encountered in my life. Especially, the short brown-long-haired hostess. She thinks she's God with seating. The Manager said he would get each of our tables a free appetizer for our trouble. They never came. Anyways, this location is the worst. The food was average, at best. Lots of fat in my steak. I could only eat half of it. My waitress (Allison) gave me the wrong baked potato. I asked for loaded, minus sour cream. It came with bacon, cheese & sour cream. Anyways, I wont ever return to that location. read more

Occasionally I'll call ahead and skip their hour wait list on the weekends and get immediately seated as I get there with call ahead seating. They have really good steaks for the price and plenty of alternatives if you don't prefer steak. Ample well lit parking, peanut shells all over the place, great customer service even on the busiest nights. I always get the big bone in cowboy ribeye with double steamed broccoli on the side and it's always cooked exactly like I love it medium rare. They serve delicious rolls to tide you over until dinner and they have some good appetizers as well. They have a nice bar although on the busiest nights it can be s challenge to hold a conversation unless you raise your voice.......nice and romantic just like I like it!! If it's your birthday they throw a well worn saddle on your back and ride you around the dining area a few times as the crowd cheers......... and jeers! We love Texas roadhouse we're probably one of there biggest customers. we go almost every week if not multiple times a week . That was intel last night ! I probably won't come back for a long time. we went last night around 7pm it was my nana sister an I and a few other people who didnt eat anything but salad . I woke up around 12am with stomach cramps an feeling nauseated. woke back up at 1am throwing my guts up I filled a mini trash can up . I got food poisoning which ended up happening to my sister and nana as well . Here we all Are in bed dehydrated, cant lift our heads, throwing our guts up, an missing work bc we can't stand up . My sister even through up all over my 1 year old thank goodness she only ate fries or you'de have one mad mama bear. Texas Roadhouse idk what went on last night but it's caused a house full of people with food poisoning an a day of missing work causing me to not be paid for a 12 hr Shift . I paid $30 an missed out on a 12 hr shift to get food poisoning . read more

So, this was my first time going to Texas Roadhouse. I've heard so much hype about this place and me and my friends said, "Why not?" We got seated immediately (thank God), and went straight to drink menu. Drinks -- 9/10. I had a Blue Lagoon (I believe) and my friends had fruity margaritas. When I say those were probably the best margaritas drinks we've ever had, I'm not even joking nor trying to hype them up. Perfect flavor! The margaritas were actually sweet, and the fake sugary sweet you get in most margaritas (if that makes sense). Shoutout to the bartender that worked on 5/5/19 in the early afternoon! Only thing was the extra shot we asked for was in a small tube, and I would've preferred if it was already mixed in the drink. Food -- 8/10. I ordered ribs and chicken combo and my friends ordered the steak and shrimp and a ribeye. The steak and shrimp combo was fire! Amazing flavor, cooked to perfection! Literally no complaints. The ribs and chicken were okay. Just okay. Nothing significant about them. Probably something I wouldn't order again. Service -- 10/10. Our server was Amanda and she was absolutely amazing. She consistently checked in us, very positive attitude, was super quick and attentive to everything on our table. Drinks were never empty, table was never cluttered, and she kept those SWEET bread rolls cause she KNEW we were hungry!! She was on top everything and we definitely appreciated! My food was cold and Dillian (I believe the manager) kindly apologized and had my food remade which came out super quick! All around experience -- 9/10! Everything was superb! I am always happy with the food and service here. But tonight we had the best server I believe we have ever had in my life. Hutch was friendly, prompt, kept up with our drinks and explained everything that I asked him. I am very impressed Texas Roadhouse! All servers should take lessons from this young man. We love this Texas Roadhouse. My husband and I prefer this as our date night restaurant because it is so consistent and we generally go early so we usually get really good seating. The steaks are really good and cooked appropriately with just an occasional one overcooked. Overall the service and food is pretty awesome and what I like the most is the consistency of their quality down to the wonderful and fresh house salads. read more

I will definitely rave about this restaurant, specifically this location. We took the kid's for an early dinner (around 5 o'clock) and it couldn't have been better. The staff there was so incredibly friendly, from the moment you walk in to the wait staff, they were so helpful and very attentive. What I really love about this restaurant is the menu they have available for early diners. The menu has so many options and the food was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Tulsa Hills. What stood out most for the this location was the staff and the wait time (we had no wait). Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area! read more

Great addition to The Walk at Tulsa Hills. The food was excellent. Service was good initially, but we were all but forgotten once our food arrived. Another waiter noticed my glass was empty and brought tea over. I think our waiter was new and a little overwhelmed. With that said, we will definitely return. My husband had the 8 oz filet and it was well seasoned and cooked exactly medium rare. I had the 12 oz prime rib and it was exquisite. Highly recommend this location! read more

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite places to eat out. The rolls and their signature butter is super yummy, but the prime rib is out of this world! The baked potato is pretty good too, I love that it is coated in sea salt. The servers are usually excellent as well. read more

It's a fine enough place, but nothing spectacular. My friends and I recently came to this location and unfortunately were left dissatisfied with all of our meals, whether they were too salty or too bland. today i came into the restaurant and had the best experience of my life. i met a worker and his name was zae. zae is now one of my favorite people ever. he was so kind and gave me and my friends all of the leftover rolls for free and was so friendly. he also let us take a basket. i cannot express how much joy this encounter brought to me. i actually cried. i hope zae gets promoted to manager, he deserves it. read more
