Loved, loved, loved this spot! All of our food was so fresh and yummy, ESPECIALLY the egg rolls I still dream about them to this day. The service was fast and they were so kind! We had a group and it was our first time and they did a wonderful job showing us all around the menu and things we'd like! The ambiance is so cool and calming with lots of religious things representing Thai culture as well as lovely paintings. The only issue I had with this place was the hours because I wish I could come whenever!

I've only had their yellow curry with chicken, but it is simply the best. Has everything you want without a bunch of frills. Mild and medium heats are delicious, and I'm sure the hot is too!Togo portion is huge, including a full side of rice, and I can have it for two days. I always order it when I have a cold, and it heals me of all of my ailments. The employees are always super nice and I've never had an issue with my order. 10/10

Blah....I ordered drunken noodles at lunch. So so bland. The Thai tea was good. To bad, so close to campus but so far from authentic Thai flavor

Chicken Pad Thai. Husband and I split every plate.

Hands down the best Thai food in Chico. The other places do not compare. Portions are smaller than other Thai restaurants, but the flavors are so much better than the other Thai restaurants.

Really great Thai food! Our server was a complete sweetheart. Food came out hot and the vegetables were done to perfection! Will be back!!

Staff are very friendly, comfortable dining area, what we had was delicious Their menu has changed. Not as many options as the menu on older reviews show. Lunch menu comes with rice and a egg roll. Option for the level of heat on your food, mild medium spicy. Not large portions but it was enough. We left satisfied. Yellow curry was delicious! Unfortunately come to realize the portion sizes are terribly small. The mango sticky rice is literally one slice of mango that's been cut up into several small tiny pieces and a few bites of rice for $10. The fried rice, dinner entree size, that I had tonight was so small I was able to easily finish it on my own in one sitting. I seem to remember this place was better when I first came here, maybe it was just my imagination or maybe change in ownership?

Nothing much to say than mediocre. Food was pretty bland, which is not what I look for in a restaurant.

I reeeeeally wanted to like this place and after many attempts to eat here (and finding them…read moreclosed), I FINALLY discovered them open during the Downtown Christmas Preview. I was beyond excited to try the spicy katsu chicken sando (I literally attempted eating here for 2 months but kept missing their open hours. They are VERY limited). The pricing I was charged was a bit more than what was on their menu, which I hadn't noticed until after the fact. :-/ When the sandwich arrived it was not at all what expected. I looked up the sandwich months ago and it appeared to be a juicy chicken breast between sliced cabbage on thick, fluffy bread. What I got was some beat up, flattened GREEEEEEASY gummy chicken that wasn't the least bit appetizing. It reminded me of frog legs and I was pretty much grossed out after the 2nd bite. The bread was exactly the same as Astesano Bakery Bread and didn't seem "home made" as their menu states. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't (home made) but it sure seemed like the same bread I buy at Safeway. Needless to say I was BEYOND bummed out. I guess that's partially my fault though, I mean... I saw a picture they used to have posted on their menu (it's no longer there) and had expectations that it was going to be exactly the same, which it most certainly was NOT. If I could sum it up in 2 words: Gummy & Greasy. Yuck. The best part was the cabbage so, that's what I ate and ditched the rest of the "sandwich" to the trash. So yeah, $13 + tip for some cabbage. Awesome. With that said, I don't recommend this place for the Sando's but! I may return for the egg rolls. They look good in the pictures however since I got 100% duped this time around, I think I'll ask if anybody I personally know has tried the egg rolls first before I spend any more money here. I do like their outdoor dining and if they could move the ginormous trash bins away from the outside dining tables it would be a great place to dine (who wants to eat next to trash cans??) I'll end on a positive note and say, I did like that they have an option of indoor or outdoor dining, if they move the trash cans, that would be my preferred place to eat.

Today I just tried the Hmong sausage and Thai tea. The lady working was sweet and let me sample the tea to test its sweetness. I think it's spot-on. The sausage is perfectly juicy, spicy and savory. It's rich, flavorful, and reminds me of the holidays.

Debbie's isn't one of those places you find just anywhere when looking for someplace for breakfast…read morebut once you find it, you make note of it so that if your ever able to make it back this way again, you'll visit. That was my thought the first time I went there and I was even more pleased because we had just migrated to the area and can visit anytime ! Debbie's is just how you'd imagine a small coffee cafe to be, homey with farm style furnishings, a lunch counter and friendlier staff then you may have expected. At slower times ( not days, I've yet to see them have any of those!) your invited to sit wherever you choose. The menu is simple, the usual fare you'd expect for a diner but don't let that put you off. There hasn't been one thing I've tried off it that hasn't been delicious and portioned generously. A specialty of the house are their "thin" pancakes. Crepe-like but not a crepe, it is a pancake and you can get them plain or blueberry, I recommend the blueberry but I'm partial to blueberries. I don't ever order pancakes EVER but, this caught my eye so I gave em a try. I order pancakes now. Well, I order pancakes at Debbie's. Parking can be an issue, they're a small place and parking is limited but thankfully you can park on the street if the lot is full. If you're traveling in this area, this is one of those local gems you definitely don't want to pass on.
