The fried chicken was good with the sweet spicy dipping sauce but doesn't stand strong enough on it's own without the sauce. We'll try their fried spring rolls next time and stuff chicken wings. Best Thai on the island!!! They are located near Pearlridge in one of the plazas right on Kamehameha. Super easy parking which is always a plus. We did takeout, but they also have seating which some others were enjoying. It seems like they currently do mostly takeout. It was a long wait for our food (close to an hour) but we were told this one the phone. Everything came out hot and was so flavorful! When you ask for spicy, they will deliver, so plan accordingly. We ordered a bunch to share and everything was perfect. We got the Chili Fried rice and added pineapple instead of meat and it was AWESOME. When I ordered, the gentleman on the phone at first seemed confused, but then said that it was a great idea! I am here to tell you all that it was in fact a great idea and you must try it!! The pad see ew and the pad thai were both incredible. They are two of our go-go entree choices when we get thai and this place has the best of both that we have had on island. The pad thai was a little unique, in the best possible way! The pad see ew was super spicy, but the flavors were on point. This little restaurant is located in the Pearl Kai Shopping Center and let me tell you, I'm happy I found this place! Delicious food, decent portion and fair prices! I was craving Thai food around this area and I decided to give it a go. My friend and I were able to make a reservation for a Saturday lunch. The area was a bit crowded since it was a weekend, but finding parking wasn't too hard. When we entered, it wasn't busy at all. There were a lot of take out boxes in the front, but that is expected with the current situation. We gave the reservation name and they sat us immediately without taking our temperature, but we had to give our contact information. The restaurant is like any other typical restaurant, the lights are dimly lit, but it was clean. The table next to us had all their hand sanitizer. I believe they are following 6 Feet rule because they sat their other parties apart. Service was also pretty good. They took our order fast and the food came out in a decent amount of time. We ordered the Combination Platter, Eggplant Stir Fry, Seafood Stir Fry, and Pad Sie-Ew. I was surprised at how delicious the Eggplant Stir Fry was. If I go back, I will definitely get that again. The rest of the dishes are pretty much identical to other Thai restaurants you'd visit. All dishes were consistent in taste and were all enjoyable. Back to their service, they checked on us often. But what I found interesting is that I think that their children help around the restaurant. When we finished our dishes they came and took our empty plates. Located in Pearl Kai, we decided to try this place on a whim. Unassuming when you first walk in, we arrived on a Wednesday around 1 PM for lunch. We were seated immediately. There is nothing in regards to atmosphere that is outstanding but the service was impeccable. I ordered the green papaya salad and it was tasty. I would've liked my papaya shredded a little thinner, but it was still OK. I ordered the pumpkin curry and it was also good. Very flavorful, heavier on the coconut milk. My brother ordered the tofu pad kee mao which was loaded with thick noodles. This is probably the best pad Kee Mao I've ever had on the island because of this. He also ordered a yellow chicken curry and said it was good. We were not asked a spice level so when the food arrived, we asked for chili paste. I think they make everything mild generally speaking. My only complaint was there was not enough rice rationed to the curry and we ran out of that with lots of curry left over. We just took the curry home so we could eat it later. Ordered delivery via Door Dash. I was kinda disappointed at how I received my papaya salad. It came in a plastic container, it was watered down I could barely taste the sauce/dressing. Not sure that I'll be ordering this salad again, it's definitely not worth $11.00. Upside, my kids still love the chicken pad thai and fried chicken wings. First time coming here and I absolutely loved it! I dont usually get Pad Thai but I had a craving for something new and I'm so glad I did. The beef pad Thai was delicious, a generous serving and I even had some left over. The spring rolls were different from what I'm used to BUT it still had all the flavors! O M G! This has easily become one of my favorite Thai restaurants! I actually came here by accident... my mom and I had lunch plans and wanted to try the Japanese restaurant a few doors down, but they weren't accepting any walk-ins, so it was a bummer. We kept walking and weren't feeling any other restaurants, so I decided to try Thai Bistro Suksabay. It was different from my normal go-to restaurants, so it was nice to try something new! We came early in the afternoon on a Saturday, and it was super empty. It's pretty spacious inside. The service was quick and friendly! We ordered lots of food to try and share. Our food came out so quick too! We got: Fried Fish Patties Mixed Roll Platter Long Rice Salad Garlic Shrimp Fried Rice Those fried fish patties were something else! It was literally my favorite thing on the menu. My second favorite is the long rice salad - whatever dressing they use is so tasty. It really makes the salad taste so good! My third favorite was acrually the summer rolls! So refreshing and healthy lol! Ok, so I'm a regular. I call and order ahead and usually there's a 15-20 min lead time. Today I got a lead time of 30 min which meant it was particularly busy. So I took my time getting there. But this update isn't really about the food which was awesome, it was about the rudeness of certain folks... Sure enough when I walk in the entryway is packed and the two guys expediting orders at 7:00 on a weekday are swamped. But doing an admirable job. There were TONS of orders...on the phone, online, food at the pass, food ready to be packed for to go orders. It was BUSY AF. Protip: if you're going to be obnoxious and rude to the two wonderful guys expediting orders, you should probably not use the name "HICKAM ONE" for your order. It's a not so subtle clue which organization you represent--in uniform and out. I was embarrassed for you since you had no shame. And of course Hickam One had a huge order. And it was ready *literally* two minutes after entitled guy starts mouthing off. But of course the two dudes expediting handled him with professionalism & had him out the door fairly quickly. I don't get it. If you learn *NOTHING ELSE* in the military it's how to wait patiently in a line. Anyway, great food and service as always Thai Bistro. Very good Thai food. Everything we had was tasty and high quality. Not chinzy on the meat...some places you order the dish and get a few grizzly scraps. Not here. The veggies were fresh and cooked to perfection. Entering the front door is a little strange, it's a narrow hallway and you almost feel like you're walking through the kitchen. But then it opens up to vaulted ceilings. Table cloths and nice glassware, paper napkins, disposable chopsticks. Service was a tad slow but the place was busy for Tuesday dinner-a good sign of a successful restaurant. We would definitely come back again. Probably best Thai food I had in awhile. We ordered the spring rolls, pad woon sen and yellow curry with sides of white rice and sticky rice. The spring rolls may be the best I've ever had. They were so good we were one bite in and asked for a second order. The pad woon sen was simple but delicious, I wasn't crazy about the way the tofu was prepared but the noodles were fantastic. The yellow curry was perfectly creamy and delicious. Potatoes cooked perfectly and the tofu was perfect. Our bill was less than $50. Delicious... stumbled upon this hidden gem while driving through the shopping center. The yelp reviews had us intrigued and it did not disappoint! The chicken wings are to die for with the right amount of coating and spices. The server was so patient with me when I kept asking questions about the menu. The pad kee mao is the best I've ever had. I can't wait to try more dishes here. They were super busy here even on a week night with a lot of to go orders and lots of people dining in for dinner. There's plenty of parking as well. read more

When you walk in you get the vibe that the restaurant is mostly geared toward take-out and delivery. But once you walk through the front area to the dining room side there are a little more than 10 tables. Service was great! our server answered any questions we had about the meals and kept our water glasses filled which was good because we both ordered our noodles spicy. We ordered two types of appetizer combo platters because we wanted to try everything. So them having the mixed roll platter and the house combination platter was great! Both appetizers were delicious. My favorite of them all was probably the summer roll but I'm slightly obsessed with summer rolls so I'm biased. I had the look fun pad Thai noodle and I really enjoyed it. At first taste the flavor of the dish reminded me of ketchup but it was delicious! First off, they were friendly and sat us right away. We got our appetizers fast which was great but they forgot that they had a large party so asked us to move.....we moved our appetizers to a side table they brought our food soon after rice and curry. We also order pad Thai but totally forgot about it, we finished are curry and rice which was okay for us, we paid and told them to never mind the pad Thai because we got tired of waiting. Craved Thai, so got the yellow curry with tofu. I eat Thai a lot, so was surprised that the meal didn't include rice, had untried tofu, and had a strange consistency to the sauce. One of my favorite Thai places. We haven't been here in awhile, but my parents come all the time so we joined them for dinner. The service is great and the food is awesome. Fave Thai food spot near my house. Parking is atrocious sometimes but it's because the area is congested with restaurants and stores. Be careful backing up.
