After years of being a regular at Thai Chili 2go on Higley, tonight was enough for me to finally say I'm done. The service was absolutely terrible. The girl working the counter tonight was rude the entire time, completely clueless about the orders, and honestly looked like she couldn't care less about customers. The phone just rang and rang without anyone answering it while she stood there talking to a friend who didn't even work there. The food quality has gone way downhill too. None of the sauces matched the dishes they were supposed to go with, and apparently they were out of certain noodle sauces so they just threw random stuff in instead. The soups were awful, the noodles were awful, and nothing tasted consistent or fresh anymore. This place used to be one of our go-to spots, but now it feels poorly managed and completely disorganized. You can tell standards have dropped across the board. Time to find a new Thai place. read more

We love Thai food and this isn't the most authentic but it satisfies the craving. Most of the time we get pad thai which you can't go wrong because it's the most popular. Pad seew and thai fried rice is pretty decent. Just recently tried the tom yum soup and that really hit the spot. I think the price is a little pricey when you add in the protein. We always order from this location. It's our fav. I ordered online for pickup, order was just ready as I walked in. The staff working are always friendly and greet us when walking in. We have never actually eaten at the location but it has a few tables and always seems clean. I ordered the following: Panang Curry Medium heat and no bell peppers. It was so good! The curry is so flavorful. The Thai tea is so yummy! My husband ordered Pad Prig Pao medium spicy. It was the perfect level of heat. I just moved to Gilbert and I'm super pumped that this place is just right down the street from me. It is SO good. Everything was fresh even though I ordered online. I had the pineapple fried rice (Thai spicy) and the pad prig pao with chicken (Thai spicy) and they were absolutely incredible. I've been to other locations of Thai Chili 2 Go. I've recently moved, and was happy to find one close by. There was a big sign outside stating the restaurant was open, but every time I came to the store it was closed and empty. So definitely confused on whether the location was indeed open. I tried again tonight, and was so happy to see the OPEN light on, AND people inside!! There are only two tables inside for dine-in. There was a party of 4 at one, and 3 at the other. There is a small high top along the window as well with a couple of seats. This is primarily a take out location compared to others that have much more tables and seating. And there was a steady stream of customers coming in to pick up take out orders. I ordered the Massaman Curry with white rice (options are white rice, brown rice or noodles). The wait was 10 minutes or less. The food was hot and I think it tasted better than the other locations I've been to, so that's a plus! They did not skimp on the entree - lots of chicken and vegetables! You can order online or by phone. I was told that it's better to order by phone as there are glitches with online ordering and can sometimes not be received by the store location. Recommend! read more

So glad we found this place to satisfy my cravings of noodles! Drunken noodles with medium spice is my go to and it's always great. My wife likes 0 spice in food so she gets the pineapple fried rice super mild, it's perfect for her. We normally order takeout and it's quick, pipping hot when we pick it up, and a good value for the costs. Maybe not the most authentic place but I don't care, it's damn good. read more

First time at this location. No fountain drinks, as it seems catered to carryout orders. There are a few tables, but our order was packed for carryout, without them even asking. Pineapple rice with chicken was ok, but a bit dry. My curry with chicken had more onions than any other ingredient. I spent about 5 min just fishing them out. Chicken was weird shapes, like someone ran a chicken breast through a shredder. Taste was ok, but overall it was a messy bowl. read more

I just arrived in Gilbert after an amazing hike in the San Tan park. I had a great time at their locations on Camelback Phoenix and Scottsdale road, N. Scottsdale; so I was happy to find this one in Gilbert in the shopping center at E. Chandler Ave & Riggs. Service by Manager Ray again was outstanding as well as server Gavin. My Pad Siew(lean beef, broccoli, egg, rice noodles, special sauce was the the best of that dish I ever had at such a reasonable price of only $11. My chicken nuggets were even better than most wingshops. Place is very clean and service very fast. Thai chili 2 Go retains my title as best Thai chain in Arizona. read more

Great delivery food! We got the red curry, pad thai, and thai chow mein and all were very tasty. I loved the flavor of the pad thai and the curry was good too (although a bit too heavy on the green peppers and I think a little too light on the chicken in terms of portioning). The medium spice was a little spicier than other mediums at other restaurants, but I like spicy food so I was happy with it. They came very timely considering we're living in a busy time of delivery, and everything was packaged nicely. Will definitely be ordering here again. read more

Believe it or not, first time to a Thai Chili 2 Go. We stopped in yesterday and both my husband and I ordered the chicken pad Thai. We got it hot and it was the perfect about of heat. The portions were good size and great amount of protein in each bowl. I deducted a star because the prices are pretty high for a Thai restaurant and more so for it being a to-go restaurant. We paid $25 bucks for 2 orders of pad Thai and 1 drink. More than likely we'll be back to try the curry. read more

We have been patronizing this restaurant since it opened. We have NEVER been disappointed with our food or our service. The only thing we wish they still offered was Penang Beef, which is our favorite. I'm not sure why they discontinued this item because this entree was one of the best items on their menu.
