    Basil Chicken Fried Rice

I ordered the basil chicken fried rice at the hottest level possible. It was beautiful and delicious. I cried.

    Wonderful Pad Thai with shrimp!

We were in Austin for the eclipse and scouting options for dinner. Thai Kruefha was recommended to us and so we called in an order for pick up. We ordered the Pad See Ewe, the Pad Thai, the Garlic Chicken, the Yellow Curry, and the Egg Rolls. We drove over to pick up our order and were pleasantly surprised by the purple trailer! The person behind the counter was very friendly and had our order all packaged to go. There are some tables outside in front of the trailer if you are not taking your order to go. The pad see ewe was a delicately spiced combination of stir fried flat rice noodles with egg, broccoli, and carrots. We really enjoyed this pad see ewe with vegetables that still had a nice crispiness. The pad Thai was a traditional stir fried rice noodle dish with egg, cabbage, and green onion. We had the ground peanuts on the side. So good! The garlic chicken was stir fried with garlic and black pepper. A nice garlicky goodness to this dish. The yellow curry included yellow curry paste in a coconut milk sauce with potato, carrot, and onion which tasted great over white rice. Yum! The egg rolls were a great compliment with a nice crispiness. We really loved our one and likely only visit to Thai Kruefha as we are headed out of town tomorrow morning. We are happy that someone recommended this wonderful dinner option to us.

We wanted to get some takeout food to bring along to a picnic and thought thai food sounded good. We ordered the following: - pad thai with chicken: pretty good and flavorful, with a generous amount of peanuts, served with a lime. Better than average for sure. - pineapple fried rice with pork: I have tried this dish at many, many thai restaurants. While I think this one was good, the rice was a bit mushier than I typically would prefer. The flavors were all there, though. - Crispy rice balls: 7 for $5 is a great deal for a good appetizer. This was a delicious, crispy rice snack with some sauce that pairs well with it. Try them out! Overall, if in the area and looking for some thai food to take out, give it a try!

Awesome Thai in the food desert that is Westlake! Wow, just wow. So after having some of the best Thai of my life in Houston (I see you, Thai Gourmet), we're not the easiest to excite. However, this place is amazing! The crispy rice balls are complex, flavored with a delicious red curry and atypically flavorful sweet sauce- and the order contains 8. The Pad Kee Mao stole the show- somewhat spicy with jalapeno, but brightened with the perfect amount of basil, and delicious small cubes of tofu. The pineapple fried rice was also great. Tasty balance of pineapple chunks with cashew, and savory pork to round it out. Pad Thai was the request of our little ones, who gobbled it up, but for the bite we tried (also delicious). Amazing Thai, with a good selection of popular options that are well executed and among the best I've tried. Not to mention, the food was ready quickly and very reasonably priced- and in a totally underserved area, couldn't be better. Can't wait to come back!

Great Thai food truck! Big portion entree and soup (with rice too) and it's tasty! Pad Thai include cabbage in it which is a great fit and very impressive

Thai Thai Ice Tea, Yellow Curry

Food is AMAZING. I've been looking for a go-to spot for Thai in Austin and I think I've just found it. Ordered chicken yellow curry and Thai tea and both are excellent. Service was quick and friendly :) can't wait to come back and try more things!

I ordered from them through UberEats. I've never been to the trailer. I would recommend ordering and picking up. It could get costly with additional cost. I paid $20 for two orders of chicken satay (4pcs) and a Thai green tea. The chicken was seasoned well. Just a few things I wish. I wish the sticks were longer or that they add a little more to the order. 5 or 6 pieces to compensate for the short stick. I've had various chicken satay that comes in various sizes. I was sad about the length. I included a picture. The chicken was slightly dry. I was looking for a juicy piece of chicken. The combination of the cooking and seasoning made it soak up all the juices. Felt like eating beef jerky. Still tasty though. The peanut sauce that accompanied the chicken was bomb! Wouldn't shock me if they made that in house. It was delicious. It had a peanut butter flavor to it. However, adding that to a dry chicken made it tougher to eat. The side of pickled cucumber was delicious however I would have preferred a little more sweetness. The vinegar overpowers the cucumber and gives you a straight kick to the face. The Thai green tea was my overall favorite. I've had other places use regular tea and milk but they use green tea and man was it deelish! My favorite thing from this order. Overall, I would try them again but I'd like to try something different.

Just started working in the area, this truck is right across the street so I had to check it out. Friendly, good prices and portion size, FAST, and some of the best Thai food I've ever had. It was totally empty when I got there at noon. Definitely support this truck they deserve it!

Killing time while getting my car washed at the Nice N Clean next door, I was scavenging for a warm meal as it was freezing cold outside. I loveee Thai food so I was very excited to come across a Thai food truck! It was located in an isolated square where some organization was hosting a Jamaican festival of sorts. Yes, that is very cool but ya girl was FREEZING and HUNGRY and being stopped at the entrance about donations from was not ideal when ya girl doesn't carry cash and has a very guilty conscience. ): Weird event for a Thai food truck to be at but hey, I'm not complaining! When all hope was lost, I found Thai Kruefha, got my Pad Thai fix, and my belly warmed. The Pad Thai was flavorful and exquisite. I will be back the next time I get my car washed. Yummm

I prefer the mini but they're sold out a lot which shows you how spectacular this place is. My go to is the nutty valentine. The donut is always warm, fresh, and crispy. There can be a line on the weekends and they tend to sell out so keep that in mind. The staff is friendly and service is quick!

When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.

This unassuming food truck tucked inside Radio Coffee packs way above its weight when it comes to flavor and savoriness. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu but my personal favorite is the brisket, egg & cheddar biscuit sandwich. The brisket is smoky and flavorful, while the homemade biscuit makes the whole thing next-level. If you have more of a sweet and savory preference, they also offer strawberry and blueberry jam options that pair surprisingly well with the sausage and pork belly. They have traditional BBQ plates as well, but you'd be crazy to come here and skip the homemade biscuits. The one downside is the price. You're definitely paying a premium, with a biscuit sandwich easily pushing $20 but the quality is there. They also offer convenient online ordering which makes it easy to skip the wait. Come to Radio for the coffee, but stay for the BBQ breakfast at Briscuits, you definitely won't be disappointed!

I'm on a JOLLY Food Tour --- next stop: Briscuits…read more Briscuits is found in a Food Truck Yard, with parking located around the vicinity. There were so many options to choose from, but I was able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone --- I wanted Briscuits --- and on this trip, biscuits and gravy. The result? Their offering, the Briscuits & Gravy ($17.50). One of the (dumb) things about Briscuits, is that it's ONLY ONLINE ORDERING. At first, I thought I wouldn't order --- my phone had minimal service, but thankfully the Food Truck Lot seems to offer public Wi-Fi. After placing my order via QR Code on the Food Truck, I waited about 10-12 minutes for my order. As soon as it came out, I immediately opened it and was pleasantly surprised. 2 fluffy biscuits, drowned with that amazing southern gravy --- and the pièce de résistance --- the amazing, thick slice of brisken on top. My review: Honestly? Mind-blowing. The biscuits were fluffy, huge, yet light --- the gravy was stick-to-your-bones, and the brisket, tbh ---- was one of the best briskets I've had during my stint in Austin. YES, EVEN BETTER THAN SOME PIT-MASTER STOPS. The brisket itself was thick, moist, tender, soft, amazing crust and smoke-ring. The reason why it's not 5 stars is exactly for this reason: it is so rich, it is so filling, it becomes too much, too quickly. They definitely need another dimension. Some raw red onion, some pickled red onion, candied jalapenos --- something to cut through the richness of the dish as a whole. DON'T GET IT TWISTED, I ENJOYED IT THOROUGHLY. However, I didn't feel the best after biscuit.gravy.briscuit without another element breaking apart the richness of said dish. Overall, totally recommend the dish BRISCUITS & Gravy. I get the hype.
